Upfront the communication with the hotel was good. We asked rooms close to each other and received communicating rooms. Staff at the hotel were very friendy and helpfull. The rooms were very big. a lot of space, bathroom with shower and bath, living room and kitchenette. Beds were very good. Breakfast area was nice ans also there very helpfull staff. Breakfast options were large, including fresh orange juice, good coffee, and a variety of fruit (and much more). Hotel is located out of the city centre but at walking distance there is a subway entrance. Great value for money.

Pool was closed during our stay. There is no wellness area anymore (has been closed after covic apparantly), which was not very clear from the info received.

A very enjoyable stay altogether and ideal for getting into the centre of Madrid.

The only thing that concerned me was the Wifi. Whilst I have various quality security measures including VPN on all devices, I was constantly strongly alerted to the Wi fi NOT being secure and unprotected. I have been away for 5 weeks travelling and therefore need to access my financial accounts from time to time but did not feel safe to do so at the hotel. All other hotels I have stayed at gave standard warnings but not as strong a warning whilst at Eurostars. Sorry to mention it, but maybe on a positive note this could be looked into as this is becoming a big issue globally. Shame about the outside area being under maintenance and not accessible, but otherwise a really enjoyable experience.

It’s a very nice facility located in a quiet, primarily residential neighborhood. It isn’t centrally located but a quick, under 30 minute one transfer subway trip from the station, a ten minute walk away, is manageable. Buy the 10 ride ticket in the station machine and it is very affordable as well. The room was nice, the breakfast buffet exceptional and the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Under ground secure parking was reasonably priced.

Can’t think of a thing we disliked.

Comfortable bed. Big room. Good for families with little kids. Swimming pool. An interesting option in the hot days of august. Near metro station. Free parking.

Far from the center (more or less 40 mn by metro). Couldn't inform us how the low emission zones works. Didn't know if we could get to the hotel with a foreigner car. Told us to call do the municipal authorities... Lack of staff to serve in the bar (half hour seated and nobody comes). Limited restaurant. Lack of restaurants nearby.

The staff were fantastic! The room was very big and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Outside pool area was lovely and pool had an outdoor bar which was great as I am disabled and need easy access, also lifts available so easy access to rooms.

The spa was closed and sometimes it took a while to get served at the bar area inside as staff were busy on the reception desk.

Nice size hotel and rooms. Friendly staff. The supermarket is a short walk away.

The breakfast could have been better. As we checked out, we were charged for bar services that we didn’t use from the bar. They did eventually clear this up. Not a negative as such, but fora five star hotel there was no turn down service.

The large scale of the place. The rooms are huge for European standards. The bathrooms are also huge. The lobby is very nice for lounging around. The parking facility is also a plus. Walking distance to a shopping center and a supermarkets.

The fitness facility is sub par and almost like they put one together haphazardly to say they have one. The place is a little dated and definitely needs a slight update.

Absolutely clean room. This proven by black light (I’m a clean freak). Comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Good food. Roomy suite. Excellent view of the sierra mountains and city.

Sofa cushion slides forward when you sit on it. Sofa and chairs are a bit hard and uncomfortable. Shower was difficult to figure out how to turn on and temperature control.
