We needed a place close to Chamartin train station, and close to metro as we had luggage, so for this the hotel was perfect, right on the metro. We took one metro stop to Chamartin, but the high speed trains were located further away, about 12 min by foot. We should have just walked, it’s really close. You can take the metro to the center, it’s quite far, but we didn’t mind as we stayed only 2 nights and needed the convenient location for the airport and the train station. At night you can hear the noise from the outside, there was a noisy family sitting outside in the evening and we could not sleep, even though we were on the 3rd floor. But the next night all was quiet.

Great location and comfortable room, bathroom and bed! Parking availability at a lower cost than other parkings. Over all it was a good experience.

The whole weekend one of the two elevators was out of service, which made it a nightmare to go up or down, since there are 11 floors. People on the floors in between had to wait because the elevator was already full. I believe such a big hotel should get technical assistance to repair the other elevator as soon as possible.

The Exe was fine, though clearly older than the one we stayed at by the train station in Oviedo. Great staff, great breakfast. We selected them partly because they were kind enough to store our luggage while we bike toured for three weeks. We greatly appreciated that aspect, and hence (along with being near the train station) stayed here the first and last night of our trip.

Hotel felt a bit worn (scrapes on walls etc). Not a big deal. But it does suffer from only 2 small elevators and while we were there 1 of them was out of order :(. We had folding bicycles in suitcases so climbing stairs 6 floors was not a great option. If we'd have known, we would have selected another location simply because of the elevator situation.

We had come to Madrid for my daughter's birthday and stayed at Exe, as we did last year. When I asked for a small surprise via email, you replied that you do not offer such a service. However, when we entered the room, we were greeted with your note and cake. My daughter was very happy on her 16th birthday. Thank you very much for your thoughtful gesture and kindness. Be sure to include breakfast with your stays. The hotel was next to the metro. We reached everywhere very easily.

Staff was helpful, room was great and beds comfy. Location is good - easy to catch metros to city center, huge shopping mall 20 min walk away. Breakfast is tasty (with some small issues).

Wi-Fi was very slow. Felt like breakfast could use bit more options and warmer food. One single lift for whole building was not optimal (they have renovation of the 2nd lift)

Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The room is large enough and clean, and, above all, very quiet. The wi-fi works very well. The position of the hotel is excellent. The staff is serious and knowledgeable.

The only flaw of the breakfast is the café machine...but it is an obsession of our Italian: it is very difficult for us to taste a real expresso out of Italy :-) The bathroom in our room is without windows and the electrical outlets are not near the bed and this is not very convenient to recharge the mobile phone during the night.

The hotel is located just few minute walking from the metro station, so it is easy to find it. Also, very convenient to move around as metro and bus stop are right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious enough. The hotel does have amenities but it needs to be requested. Staffs were very nice and friendly, and I was able to check in a bit earlier.

Hotel is not close to city center so it would take a bit of time to commute. Gym needs to be reserved in advance in order to use.

Not in the groovy part of Madrid, but convenient to get to and from airport. More for business people rather than tourists looking for character. Good breakfast to splurge on for last day of holiday.

I didnt realise at first that the metro station was so close by, so had an un-necessary long walk from from train station.

The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, and we appreciated the service of their storing our luggage for safekeeping as we went to a different city in between stays at their hotel.

Maybe more room amenities, but really there is nothing to complain about. Location is good as upon exiting the hotel you are at the Metro station and Chamartin is a few minutes walk from the hotel.

LOCATION WAS AWESOME AND LOT OF RESTAURANTS NEAR THE HOTEL WITHIN 10 METRES , STAFF - Mr. PAUL & EVERYONE IN STAFF WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY, FACILITIES IN THE ROOM WERE GREAT. ROOM WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. EVEN THE SUGARCOATED SWEETS WERE AWESOME WHICH WERE IN THE RECEPTION AREA.

ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE SIZE OF THE ROOM AND REST WAS ALL GREAT, I CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE WHICH I DIDN'T LIKE IN THE HOTEL.
