Perfect location, 5-10 minutes walking to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. Everything was clean and the facilities were great. There's a nice common area too. The staff was nice and helpful. Very fast WiFi. Also it's very affordable, I booked 3 months in advance so I got a 8-beds room for just 22 Euros per night. I love how Spain and Madrid have the best hostels experiences with affordable prices in great locations, unlike other countries such as France and Netherlands, even Italy that has a reputation for being inexpensive but when it comes to hostels it's expensive for the provided service. Hope Spain stays like that. Would definitely recommend this hostel.

This was so far the nicest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Lil patio on the first floor is perfect for enjoying late lunch or reading a book. The rooms are beautiful, the common room as well. There are teas in the kitchen. Walkable distance to the city and various parks.
It did not have a proper kitchen. I did not mind as I ended up eating out or having cold dinner but I was planning to cook dinner one night and it wasn’t an option. The oven is only used by staff, no hob, there is a kettle for quick noodles but not much else.

Excellent location near Antón Martín metro station (though it's not accessible for wheelchairs/strollers). We had a variety of rooms and at least the private room with shared bathroom was modern, clean, and comfortable if a bit small.
I had a stroller and there are three steps down to enter the property. They have a ramp and wheelchair lift against a wall but it wasn't until the second day (and after multiple times of trying to bring the stroller up and down the steps) that one of the cleaning staff finally told us the ramp was movable! The front desk person could have told us that on arrival. :/

The room was clean, beds comfortable and storage lockers in the room. They have excellent laundry facilities. The common kitchen is well equipped. There is sitting area with comfortable chairs as well as an office area for those needing to work!
The bathroom was clean and cleaned regularly during our stay. It's design, however is not practical. It is practically impossible to shower without getting your clothes and/or toiletry bag wet. Also you have to stand on the shower floor to open the door again when you leave the cubicle. So you are going to tread wet footsteps all over the bathroom floor when leaving.

The common area and the kitchen were really convenient and helpful. Everything was clean and everyone was respectful
Im new to hostels, but getting in at 3am and creeping into a room with 7 sleeping people made it impossible for me to get situated… shared sleeping is not my jam. The room smelled like feet. It was pitch black. I’m sure this is a normal shared sleeping experience at a hostel, but nothing was really explained to me. The guy who received me at 3am was so mean. After I started crying he explained to me how the shower worked. The girl who was there the following day was a lovely human. It takes all kinds, I guess.

The hostel is very clean—bathrooms, rooms, common areas, and even the bedsheets and duvets are well-maintained. The location is excellent, probably my favorite in Madrid. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, and I really appreciated having a washing machine and dryer for longer stays
I stayed here twice within a month and have a few suggestions. Adding bed curtains would improve privacy, and rooms need hooks or a wardrobe, plus a shoe rack for better organization. Some guests are inconsiderate, turning on lights late at night when others are clearly sleeping and leaving belongings around. This creates a tripping hazard—I even saw someone fall over misplaced shoes. Lockers are fine but only fit a small trolley, leaving no space for coats or shoes, which adds to the clutter. A few small improvements could make a big difference!

The staff was really nice and helpful and the location of the hostel is perfect, close to a metro station and in the center of the city.

Definitely one of the best hostels that I've ever stayed at. The service was top notch and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The entire hostel was always clean, well organized, and had a good atmosphere. The rooms had lockers that could fit up to a 65l bag and each bed had a light, charging port, and small shelf. The place had more bathrooms than I could count and the showers had body wash. The kitchen while not fully equipped had an oven, toaster, microwave, teapot, silverware, and plates/bowls. Lastly, the location was in my opinion perfect. It is within five minutes of sol, putting it in walking distance from each of the neighborhoods of central Madrid. Overall, I definitely recommend this hostel!
Kitchen was lacking a stove, knives, and a cutting board. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say!

I loved this place from the moment I stepped inside. A clean, welcoming, cozy reception with very friendly and helpful staff. The elevator - little but existing, and modern, clean, with a huge mirror. Clean corridors. Very nice common area and a little kitchen. The breakfast was delicious - there was milk and cereals (frosty loops, coco pops, Kelloggs), there was a delicious Spanish meal made of potatoes and eggs, warm sausages there were two kinds of toast bread (plus a toaster), Nutella, strawberry jam, honey, ham, cheese. No veggies though. But of course tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of DELICIOUS juices, my favorite was pineapple, there was exotic/multi fruit, apple and orange too. Also a mini crossaint and a chocolate pastry 😋. The rooms were super super clean and spacious. A super big yes for a tiny but spacious shelf just by the bed, together with a socket. A locker was almost big enough for my big suitcase. The bathroom - super clean, a lot of space to put or hang your stuff.Comfy beds! Super close to the metro and everything you need just by the corner, McDonald's, Burger King, restaurants, supermarkets, an Anime Ramen place (!) is etc. Also - a kindest thing happened to me thanks to some random fellow traveler and the reception - I got the travel card loaded with 5 journeys 🥹, that someone wouldn't use up...
The only thing from keeping me giving me full 10 (but it's very close) is 3 things: 1) that the washing machines (apparantely a typical thing in Spain) operate on COINS, and I don't use cash when travelling - I booked the hostel with the intention of doing my laundry there as a mid-stop on my 3 weeks trip. 2) that one couldn't really cook food, there is a microwave, a water boiler, a toaster but no stove. I was hoping to cook there. 3) something that I both liked and disliked was the automatic lights on in the room. It was convenient - no need to put in the keycard for the light - but also disturbing for the person already asleep if you were getting late to the room and moved a lot from your room to the bathroom etc.
