Location of this hotel was great for the metro and buses to connect to all the places we needed to visit. Beds were comfortable and great size bath towels!! The reception and morning bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

No coffee making facilities in the room and reception a bit of a walk to get takeaway. Most disappointed on the hottest weekend of the year so far the pool was closed. Was told it opens on the 1st June which was our last day. .. still closed, although it did look like they were cleaning it. The late afternoon/evening bar staff were very slow and not the happiest members of the hotel team. Also the hotel bar closed at 23.00 which I feel is early for a hotel especially as there are no bars in the area.

Breakfast was good, welcoming reception and staff with a nice little bar area. Bathrooms had been recently refurbished and rooms had 2 double beds. Short 10 walk to metro station or 20min to convention centre. Free airport shuttle which you need to call on arrival.

Room was downstairs in an indiviudal chalet and guests acessing the upper room via a metal staricase was a bit noisy late at night. Shame shuttle bus to the airport had to break from 2-4pm as it happened to be when I was heading to the airport. I did know in advance and hotel booked at taxi but it was over 20 euros for being so close. Pool was closed despite having water in it!

Hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. Room was large and comfortable with two double beds and plenty of storage space. Bathroom was also a good size, with a decent shower. Location was perfect for the Civitas Metropolitano and the free bus to and from the airport was a bonus! Metro station is a short walk away which takes you into the centre of Madrid. Pool was lovely and we enjoyed lunch and drinks on the poolside terrace.

Staff were a bit indifferent and only offered any information or services when approached. When we checked in we were not given any information about meal times, where anything was or what services were on offer which I found unusual for a hotel. Breakfast was the same, when we arrived the guy at the entrance took our payment and that was that! We weren't even shown to a table! There was no toilet paper in our room when we arrived and there were no tea/coffee making facilities.

Great value for money! The staff is extremely kind and helpful, everything is clean and tidy. Towels are changed regularly, and the beds are neatly made every day. The food is tasty and varied. The hotel is located in a quiet, cozy suburb surrounded by low-rise, family-style houses—far from the hustle of apartment blocks. Excellent connection to the city and airport. Highly recommended!

The only small downside was that I missed having a table mirror, but it didn’t affect the overall great experience.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful reception staff. Good stopover hotel for a few hours rest between flights. Clean and comfortable.

We used the hotel for a few long hours between flights. The hotel was booked as it has a free shuttle and the hotel shuttle times are stated on the booking if you look CAREFULLY but I missed the information so NOT the hotels fault. This Shuttle timetable is the following: MONDAY to SUNDAY: From 07:30 to 14:00 hrs and from 16:00 to 19:00 However normally I have found that shuttles operate continually during the day and late into the evening - we arrived at 3pm and left at 8pm so no shuttle available.

Nice location with easy travel connections, free airport shuttle nice touch. Nice breakfast, helpful reception staff.

The swimming pool water isnt very clean, there is dirt on the pool bottom, worzt of all is the grimy scum on the too sides of the pool. Ideally they need to clise it for a day and get staff to scrub the sides clean, remove the dirt from the bottom and then treat the water so its cleaner and clearer. Put me off using it, I did raise it with the pool attendant and the receptionist but nothing was done and it didn't imorove. I will visit again so hoping this feedback is taken in good faith. I invite senior management to check the pool themselves.

Loved practically everything about this hotel except a few things, hence 9* instead of 10*. Basic but yummy fresh breakfast with soy& almond milk options; freshly squeezed orange juice; fresh fruits & veggies; large bungalows (we had one with the terrace), green beautiful area, friendly staff, daily cleaning, quiet neighborhood, 24h reception desk etc

No kettle or coffee machine in the room; at the restaurant they told me i can’t have breakfast at the pool, only inside the restaurant, although there’re tables around pool area and there were no people. Also keep in mind there’s no too much in the area, which for us was ok since we looked the closest proximity to IFEMA. You’re gonna need a car or taxi.

Good room and bathroom size, comfortable beds, everyday cleaning, very clean room, nice breakfast area, bidet, they do offer transfer to airport between certain hours. Fresh automat at breakfast, fridge in the room.

Very noisy hotel and guests, the door does not isolate at all as well as the window. Was like sleeping without windows, a lot of noise coming from the street. The hotel is 15min walking from the metro station. The breakfast had a lot of empty plates, they do not refill easily, therefore not so many choices for breakfast for a 4 star. No bathrobe or sleepers offered as well.

Rooms are a bit dated but clean and spacious, beds are comfortable and generally sleep quality was excellent as the hotel is in a quiet residential area. AC works very well – it was important as the temperatures outside reached 40oC. Breakfast at the hotel was also OK, with a good selection of cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, and fruits. The location is very good regarding the airport, they also provide a shuttle service.

There is no coffee/tea making equipment in the rooms. A small, but somewhat annoying thing is that there are drinks in the room fridge, but no bottle opener.

The shuttle was very convenient and the front desk staff was very nice. The location is a bit isolated but there are restaurants and some shops (like grocery and a bakery) a few blocks away. It's a great place to stay if you want to be close to the airport.

Our room overlooked a school right across the street so opening a window for fresh air meant it was very loud whenever the children were outside. If this noise would bother you, request a room that faces into the property.
