The property is located on one of Madrid’s most prestigious and luxurious streets, Calle de Goya — an address that truly reflects old money. I absolutely love this street; it offers everything within walking distance: charming cafés, lively bars, high-end shops, pharmacies, and salons. Connectivity is excellent as well, with both a metro station and bus stop just steps away. Situated right on the main road, the property is easy to find and perfectly positioned for city living. Inside, the interiors are modern and stylish, with well-proportioned rooms and spacious bathrooms that add to the overall comfort and appeal.

The only downside was the hospitality. The property provided just one small bottle of water for the entire stay, which felt quite insufficient. Basic amenities like complimentary drinking water in the room were lacking, and I believe such small gestures go a long way in making guests feel welcome given that we paid quite a premium price for booking this property.

Just the location and the cleaning. The fact that the tube is just outside the hotel is super. And it’s walking distance in Salamanca quartier.

The noise! It’s a bit of an old construction and the noise is everywhere. I could hear the people in the room next door, upstairs, the club in the next building, and as I had an interior room facing an interior patio, I could hear all the other guests till late because of the open windows. The reception staff is also not very friendly, just qb. Sorry to say but I travel a lot and I found it just ok.I

Great hotel. We had the junior suite on the 9th floor. What a view. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great, so it was super windy on the balcony. Nevertheless, the balcony was amazing. The suite was huge. 75m. Large king size bed. 2 Tvs. One in the living area and one in case you wanna watch from bed. Nespresso machine. Both shower and tub in the bathroom. Robes and slippers. Concierge to bring your luggage up to the room and back down when you leave. Breakfast was super! Scrambled, sunny side up and boiled eggs, Crispy bacon and 3 different kinds of sausage. Cheese and cold cut selection, churros, cheese cake, tarts, cereals and muesli. I'm sure I'm missing a lot of stuff. It was stocked with all kinds of guilty pleasures. 24h roomservice. What more could one ask for?

Only comment is the outdoor furniture needs attention. Ye fabric on the couch is torn, no doubt due to the rain and wind.

Check in/out was very smooth. Location is excellent and easy access to lots of areas.

The curtains in the room are see through so not only was the light coming in early but we were visible to the building opposite. Not necessarily the hotels fault, but there was construction happening nearby so it was really loud early in the morning.

Everything is good. The Location is what makes it worth to stay here. There is a Restaurant nearby named Treze a michelin star which we love it. Close to everything (we walk) which is great. Breakfast is delicious!!! The breakfast staffs and the housekeeper are polite!

The receptionist named Christine is so rude! She slammed my passport. I dont know what is her problem. If you are the front of the house, you should be welcoming and smile with the guest since you are the face of the Hotel.

Location if you plan on staying in specific area in Salamanca.

The elevators. I was assigned to the 8th floor room and the elevators were eternal. My room had three windows but you could not see outside. And that really felt suffocating I didn’t like it I had a bit of anxiety. It’s a beautiful clean room gorgeous decor but not sure why you can’t see considering that I was in a room with windows located on different sides.

Fantastic location for a concert or events at the WiZink along the road. Plenty of great shops bars cafes etc nearby. Staff were great too, both friendly and efficient. Loved the breakfast, pricey but good ingredients (you get what you pay for). We asked for a bath , but in order to get one had to settle for a room above the disco. What disco? - slept through it such was the confort of the bed . Loved everything !

Apart from leaving, absolutamente nada.

Good breakfast, Nice and clean hotel. They let you leave your luggage.

There is a construction site behind the hotel and my room was right in front of it, with early annoying noises. Also I asked at check-in for late checkout and they said it was ok for 1 more hour, and extra for a price. Then the morning I had to leave I called again reception to confirm, still they call to my room with a bit of an attitude at checkout time, receptionists should communicate that type of things with each other.

Good and varied selection, nice ambience

speed of elevator. I was on the 6th floor and it could take up to 4-5 minutes for the elevator to come. My friend had a room right next to the nightclub, and the music was deafening until 4.30am on a Thursday.

The room had amazing light and space. The bed was really comfortable.

The gym didn’t have the right space for more than 2 people working out at the same time. It is one of those places they put some machines to say they have a gym.
