Location couldn't have been better, hotel is right on the beach with wonderful sea views and beside all the bars / cafes / restaurants / nightlife. We booked a deluxe suite with a spa bath on the balcony (you fill the tub yourself so you can choose the temperature) and it was the best thing to chill out at night overlooking the beach and listening to the waves. Room was large, mostly clean and very comfortable.

Bathrobes were like gold dust, the cleaner kept removing them from our room and not replacing them and there were never any others available from reception which was annoying. Having bath robes available would have made a big difference. Fire alarms went off twice in the middle of the night during our 4 night stay. The hot food breakfast buffet was huge, but food itself was just ok - the sweet options were great though. Shower was not thoroughly cleaned between stays.

Arrival 2 lovely ladies on reception to meet us, spoke English too. Very helpful in what we needed, explained everything to us. Very polite. Room Very clean, spacious, fridge filled with soft drinks. Bed clean and comfortable, extra pillows if needed. Towels in the bathroom and a robe if required. We were situated at the back of the hotel looking over the beech, no noise of an evening a little in the daytime just people enjoying themselves. Cleaners everyday, clean towels, fridge filled up, spa emptied and cleaned all to a high standard. Restaurant Breakfast everything you could wish for and more, polite staff and always very helpful. Lots of fruit and yogurt. Evening each night something different but always something for the fussy eaters, lovely salad to choice from each evening to start then your main of your choice, plenty to choose from. Dessert, well you could have sat there all evening absolutely amazing. Ice Cream to cakes to fruit or crepes. Bar Open most the day, hot and cold drinks, lovely staff. Weekends entertainment also. Area Lovely sized swimming pool and loungers around, spa area too. There is an indoor spa and solarium but not been to look. Lovely beach with umbrellas and sun loungers to rent. Plenty to go around. Lots of shops around, gift shops, cloth shops, bars, restaurants the walk along the beach path was lovely. Never pestered to buy anything. Masseuse on the beech too. Ventured out a couple of nights but happy to stay in the hotel bar. Water sports to either watch from the balcony or beach. All in all I would give this hotel 10 stars and will certainly be returning this year hopefully and next year definitely.

I loved: the view from our room, the location, the room, the jacuzzi, the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast! We were upgraded to drinks included in half board which we appreciated. The clean pool towels everyday. The pool is super clean and makes for a perfect relaxing spot before dinner with enough sunbeds for guests. Esmeralda, the lady at the bar! Awesome positive energy everyday! The bus stop is a bit far if travelling with heavy luggage and children, but still has direct access to and from the Airport. Palma is also 20 mins away by bus. The Magaluf nightlife is aggressive, but if you want a serene walk and good vibes walk to the Palma Nova and enjoy the wonderful bars/restaurants there.

Dinner, it has its basic offers but It is not spectacular. Could upgrade the quality of the food and drinks. The Spa is very basic.

- No sunbeds on the beach (all-inclusive) - Really loud at night(bring earplugs just in case) - Not a wide variety of breakfast - No toiletries in the room(no soap, nothing except one big bottle for 2in1 shampoo and body wash which is inside shower)

"I absolutely loved this hotel, especially the room with a sea view—it was truly fantastic! When you open the window, you’re greeted with a breathtaking ocean landscape. My room had a balcony, which made the view even more enjoyable. There’s also a lovely promenade perfect for evening walks. The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the food was both delicious and varied—we enjoyed having both breakfast and dinner included. I especially recommend this hotel for adults or couples. While I stayed there with my 6-year-old daughter and found that the hotel doesn’t have specific kids' programs, it’s still a wonderful choice for adults. If you don’t want to rent a car, the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Plus, there are plenty of nearby attractions for children, like the House of Katmandu, just a 10-minute walk away, and Marineland, where you can enjoy dolphin shows. There are also lots of shops around, so it’s a great place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it!"

Great location with good facilities. Clean and helpful at reception. Great service at breakfast and rooms cleaned very well.

Tv didn’t work. Rooms are basic for a 4 star with signs of damage - ceiling leak/ cracks in ceiling. Water temperature not consistent and at times lacking hot water. Normally inclusive services for a 4 * hotel, come at extra cost. Safe in room for example. Many Service staff appear very tired and struggle to find a smile, as such portray an appearance that they hate their job sadly. This is only 40% of the staff. The 60% were amazing.

The hotel was very clean , modern and comfortable and right on the beach. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Towels were changed and rooms cleaned every day. The buffet restaurant provided a wide variety of food and a great salad area. The WiFi was obtainable in all areas and was excellent. The pool was small but adequate and no loud music playing round the pool area. Plenty of loungers. Beach towels provided and could be changed for clean ones daily with a 5€ returnable deposit. The location was excellent for both Magaluf and Palma Nova.

Not enough lifts for the size of the hotel so always a queue for the lift. Not really catering for gluten free diets. The coffee was very very weak in the morning. On a half board basis you can't have juice from machine only water at dinner. All inclusive you get 6 drinks a day at meal times.

Perfect locations, good foods. The buffet is different every day. You have plenty of choices to eat. It is possible to change the towels every day, very good. Very friendly and welcoming staff in the reception, they upgraded our room without any additional payment. We appreciated it, thanks! You can have lots of free drinks at bar with all-inclusive option, highly recommended :)

The swimming pool is a bit small, but the hotel is in front of the sea. Maybe you don't care about it :)

The hotel its self is very well maintained and decorated to a good standard. Staff were helpful. Pool and hot tubs outside were really good looking onto the beach. I would recommend this hotel

The mattress was so hard it was hard to sleep I was only there two nights so I coped but it would stop me returning for a longer time. The spa is a good added bonus however it’s dated and tired needs a bit of upkeep. The location for me was perfect because we didn’t go in highly season but it is on the strip and will be loud in high season

Nice property directly on the beach. Nicely decorated fresh looking room. Lovely view from the room. Welcoming check in, the lady who checked us was nice and friendly. Towels are nice and white. Bathroom shower a good size. ATM outside the property. Supermarket directly across the road. Breakfast was good with numerous selections. The spa had to be booked which is good as it’s just you and your travel party using it exclusively.

The floor in bedroom needed a sweep over. I was asked if everything was okay but I didn’t want to make a fuss about the bedroom floor. Also the dinner food options were not great and the jacuzzi felt like it needed more chlorine, it didn’t have that fresh spa smell. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
