The staff were so helpful and very friendly. The bar had lovely cocktails. We ate in the bar on our last day and the food was good too. We asked for a twin room but didn't get one, attended reception and it was changed straight away. But FYI it was two single beds pushed together, in case that would put anyone off.

The pool is tiny. It's not a place to stay with kids who love to be in the water. There's a VIP place for sun loungers, which really should be open all the time to accommodate the number of people who stay. It was always packed, and there's no umbrellas to provide any shade. The gym area is also tiny.

We thought our room could have been nicer for a 4star. We had to ask for the bed valance sheet to be changed when we arrived as it was dirty

Excellent location. Just outside the old centre, but accessible by taxi. Brilliant for a Malaga city break. Very clean and good facilities, especially the rooftop pool and bar. Almost all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not good value. It is easy to get a delicious good value breakfast within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The bar man in the ground floor bar. He was the only member of staff who was unfriendly. I had a recently broken wrist and needed ice to cool the swelling with ice every day. By the end of our stay he was very rude and virtually threw the ice at us.

Reception staff very good and room large and pleasant.

Emails telling us booking would be cancelled unless we linked to suspect links. This message allegedly from the hotel was forwarded by Booking .com We reported this and we told that the hotel site had been hacked. The hotel contested this and said it was Booking.com site not theirs. We are not able to judge who is correct but at least someone owes us an answer and an apology.

We were upgraded by a lovely front desk lady to a spotlessly clean room with a balcony and loved it! Very comfortable bed with a medium pillow top mattress and soft foam pillows, which made for an excellent sleep. Breakfast staff catered for my gluten and lactose intolerance with a smile, and the selection of the buffet was good. The location is a short 10-minute walk into the centre, and it feels safe. The rooftop cafe had a great view of the cathedral of Malaga, and we enjoyed some scrumptious cocktails as a nightcap every evening enjoying this fabulous view. We would definitely return to this hotel and can recommend it without hesitation! GRACIAS POR TODO!

The rooftop pool is small and given the amount of people using it we refrained from utilising it on this occasion.

Staff were lovely at reception and in the rooftop bar. Hotel spotlessly clean. We arrived on a very early morning train, we were expecting to leave our bags but our room was ready on arrival and we were allowed to use it immediately. This was very much appreciated. Beds and pillows comfy. Great, we had a fridge.

The evening we decided to use the pool, there were wet tissues around the pool and one floating. I had to pick it out. Staff seemed unaware. That was my only niggle. After a quick dip we changed and then spent the night on the rooftop terrace watching the sunset.

The hotel were incredibly helpful in meeting all our needs and requests. It was very clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful and the rooftop bar and pool presented a great place to meet after a full day riding our bikes. The hotel were particularly helpful in accommodation us as a cycling group. They had a room where we could store our bikes safely which we very much appreciated. The breakfasts were plentiful, good quality and provided a great start to every day. The hotel is just outside Malaga Old Town, so it only takes a minute to reach by foot.

Nothing, it was excellent.

Location was ideal for short stay ,couple of minutes from the Old Town area of Malaga ,lots of restaurants bars & shops .The double room was spotless with extremely comfortable beds ,it’s the first thing I check with reviews ,beds were very firm and had requested extra pillows which were in the room on arrival.Early check in was available.Didn’t get to use the rooftop bar as the weather wasn’t good .Bathroom was spacious with large walk in shower .Full size hairdryer provided .Shampoo Conditioner & Shower gel all provided ,USB ports to charge phones etc ,great when travelling from Ireland or UK .

Would have liked more coffee sachets as didn’t want room serviced every day just to refill coffee supplies

The location of the hotel is perfect for a few days exploring Malaga. It's nice and tucked away from the main strip, so it's nice and quiet (no sounds of loud bins in the morning!). We thought the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room. We had booked a standard double room but had a massive bed (albeit 2 beds pushed together) and two showers! Amazing. We didn't book the breakfast so can't comment on that but we had 2 days by the pool where the lunch menu was delicious, as were the drinks. The roof terrace was lovely and the perfect place to chill out and escape from the heat. Would recommend.

We were happy with everything.

Beautiful hotel - nice sized twin room (the long pillows I have never had on a bed before and they were life changing I need them at home) with an incredible bathroom. Very good location ideal I think - cross the bridge you can get the old town or walk opposite direction down the road you can get to shopping and further on down would be the train station. I found Málaga to be very walkable but if you'd need/prefer there are buses that run near by or can easily get a taxi. The roof top area was beautiful - I think a good amount of seating for the bar area the pool we did not use but for the size looked like it had a fair amount of loungers

Some of the light switches in the room either did not work or if was not clear what they were connected to. Honestly a very very minor non-issue just something I noticed it did not effect the stay at all
