Spacious apartment, clean and comfortable. We loved the position as we were on the bottom apartments so only short walk to beach or to the facilities of the Orquidea. We had lovely outside space,so we could sit or sunbathe outside. The pools were great. And the park and kids club for my children. Esp my 5 year old,he loved it. The food was lovely, something for everyone. So much choice. And the desserts were amazing. And the pool snack food was pretty good too. Great for families especially 10 and under. The Playa Feliz was lovely too we did use the pool there a few times but a little quiet for us. We like atmosphere. And also not so much shelter there. So felt hotter. Loved being able to walk along though within a few mins and being by the sea. And eventhough the beach was stoney,so I recommend taking shoes suitable my older son and husband enjoyed swimming in the sea and when tide went out a bit running along the sand. The entertainment was pretty good. Not amazing but good for kids. The Tui team go above and beyond for the kids. It's great. The staff are lovely and helpful. And constantly cleaning. And the grounds are kept lovely.

Nothing negative to say. We really enjoyed it 😀

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. There is lots for kids to do with 3 pools, a playground and organised activities. The gym and outside pool are lovely. Well stocked supermarkets nearby and tourist shops. Staff were pleasant.

Our apartment was located at the top of a steep hill which was fine for us but would be difficult if you had any mobility issues or had a buggy. The beds were not comfortable and are on wheels. Which does not work well on tiles. Also there is not a lot in the area to do or places to eat. You can book trips and get collected and dropped off but generally outside of the hotel resort there is nothing.

Really nice location. Friendly staff. Many restaurants nearby and on site. Good for families with little kids. We would go back!

There was a really bad sewage smell in our bathroom (apartment 310). We had to keep the bathroom door closed most of the time to avoid sewage smell spreading across the apartment. I reported the problem 3 times and also filled maintenance/repair notice twice, but no answer, apology or action from the staff to resolve the problem. From time to time the smell was so bad that you couldn't spend more than 2 minutes in the bathroom.

Great clean hotel with really good facilities. Right by the beach, which is a rocky one but lovely. Breakfast buffet was good and lots of options for seating areas. Different pool areas too and quite spread out. We never went to it in the end but nice to have the adult pool at the spa area too. Tennis hire is a little pricey but good to have the gym and facilities. The apartments are well equipped- some better than others it seems. Ours was perfect, all worked fine and had a lovely terrace with sea view but other family members ones were starting to look a little tired. It is in a quiet location, which is nice if that’s what you want- easy bus into Playa del Inglés. Only 15 mins from the airport and you can get a bus for under 3 euros.

Was possibly a little too cut off with not much you can walk to for us but that’s not the hotels fault. Otherwise couldn’t really fault anything for the price, all good.

I liked the location, also the area of the hotel was wellkept. The whole vibe was friendly and cosy. Lots of palmtree, close to the see. It was beautiful and calm , perfect for holiday, rest. Also there were activities to sign up for and nice swimming pool.

I did not like the bed at all in the stuido appartment. Was extremely uncomfortable, so we ended up sleeping on the floor instead. Breakfast was good, but not much option for people who do not eat pork , gluten or milk. While other people have so much variety of pastries, cakes, salami, ect.... For us only was offered glutenfree bread, and rice cake, sometimes one type of bisquiet. Only one type of salami from turkey. And no diary free cheese or anything.

We had a large and comfortable apartment with a nice balcony with sunbeds overlooking the sea. All the staff were helpful and friendly, We were half-board and thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and evening meals. We particularly liked the themed evenings (e.g. Canarian and Asian). Drink costs seemed reasonable. Free in-room safe, comfortable beds, heated swimming pools and plenty of sunbeds. Although a stony beach, we swam in the sea several times. We enjoyed the evening entertainment on a couple of nights. The grounds of the hotel and apartment complex were well tended. We would happily stay there again!

Lack of information on arrival e.g. Wi-Fi details, hotel facilities, meal and drinks packages, etc. The TUI app had some information, but a printed information sheet on arrival would be appreciated. There is a small airfield nearby. It did not bother us, but some people might not like the aircraft noise. Only street parking is available and it was sometimes hard to find space nearby.

spacious apartment, great food in all inclusive, right by the beach, a sufficiently heated swimming pool, nice spa for adults only and a 25m swimming pool

entertainment for kids leaves to desire: there’s nothing on Saturdays, the little playroom for kids is inaccessible most of the day, would be great if they could find a way to let families in unattended (with a key and signature to vouch for any damage?), i.e. not to drop kids off to their staff, but just to come play as a family and have access to the toys there on a rainy day (as you don’t normally bring a ton of toys on holidays).

The hotel and area was perfect for me and my son who has autism, we need quiet and not too much people and happenings around. The staff was so kind and accommodating and the apartment layout in the studio was really smartly planned, spacious and close to the main hotel with all the activities, but still quiet and a little bit at the side, so you could choose when to engage. The apartments are on a hillside (You don't have to climb stairs, there is a ramp.) The apartments are very close to the beach, and also to the pools, so you can easily choose where to go. The hotel has sun beds in the sand at the beach, and inside the hotel area around the pool or facing the sea. Wonderful! Really cute little café/resturang at the beach. It's also easy to catch a local bus anywhere from the main road just near the hotel, to Maspalomas, Aqualand, Las Palmas and so on. San Agustin, a bigger beach with a shopping mall, is just a couple of minutes away from Bahia Feliz for around 2€

The supermarket in Bahia Feliz was a little small, but it is a small area, so I guess I understand why. But you could still get everything for making your own meals. We never went to the hotel restaurant, just self catered.

Nice hotel with good food. We had "all inclusive" so we got delicious food and many different drinks. The ocean is cold, but very beautiful. There are several pools, but only one is warm. We didn't like the fact that we had booked two rooms, but they couldn't accommodate us next to each other and couldn't move us closer to each other. It was inconvenient. Also, in one warm pool, it was not possible for a child to swim with an inflatable ring, because they blew a whistle and sent people to the cold pool - it spoiled the rest.

The facilities for kids were excellent, and the pools were perfect for families. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet was fairly good, and the meal options changed regularly enough to offer a reasonable amount of variety over one week. The rooms are adequately equipped, and the sea view from ours was particularly nice, in Tres Vidas. With a short walk from the hotel, there are some shops and some nice restaurants also. There is an adults only pool and spa, accessible for a small extra charge, which was great for some exercise.

The all-inclusive is more limited than other hotels we have visited. For example, one of the on-site restaurants only offers a 25% discount with the all-inclusive package and the other is only free one night of the stay (the buffet and snack bar are all-inclusive though, plus, beer, wine, Sangria, hot drinks and soft drinks are unlimited on tap). The beach is more pebbles than sand, which was a little disappointing, but the pools were a nice temperature (end of August) and a good depth for our 5-year old, so we spent more time in the pools.
