Best service, the staff was great and attentive at all times. The hotel is kept immaculate as well as the rooms. We had room 401 (one bed apartment)which had the best view of the sea and the pool. The hotel is right on the beach which was the best. Playa de Muro is beautiful and you can hear the sea and watch the sunrise from the balcony. Food is a big plus too. It's varied, delicious and with lots of choices for everyone. Great cocktails at all times and lovely coffee too!. Sunbeds in the pool were always available (not many annoying people reserving them with their towels first thing in the morning) so no need to stress about that.

The pool itself is not very big so when there're loads of kids with big inflatables it can get a bit too crowded after breakfast. It helps that the beach is just a few steps ahead. Sunbeds at the beach seem to be administered by a local authority so nothing to do with the hotel. You pay about €7.58 for 2 beds, one umbrella for the day and the use of a locker to keep your belongings safe. You have to pay cash.

Well-kept and cozy hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Kitchen with the possibility of cooking simple dishes in. We had booked an apartment with one bedroom and sea view but were upgraded at no extra cost to two bedrooms and a fantastic view of the pool area/sea. Nice breakfast and dinner buffet with a wide selection. Chefs who cooked on site - for example pancakes, scrambled eggs, fish and meat. Large dessert table. Drinks were included, including wine. Several pools with free sunbeds and close to the beach. Possibility to borrow beach towels for a small deposit. Child-friendly with a children's pool, swimming toys and kids club. Entertainment for both children and adults in the evenings. Near to shops and restaurants.

A small gym would have been nice. If you´re visiting Alcudia don´t take the bus. It was almost 25 min late, hot and crowded. We realized, as a family of four, that the price for taxi was almost the same.

Excellent location with direct access to the beach. Spacious apartments with large balcony. Paid extra for the sea/swimming pool view and it was lovely. Staff very friendly and apartment was cleaned every day. Breakfast in the hotel was good and was at a reduced rate of 12 euro for adult and 7 euro for child if booked for minimum of 3 days. Was given beach towels so didn't have to bring or buy any! Found a good foodie place down by the beach called The Swan and it was cheaper for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Food was good and staff friendly. Not too busy a location, no rowdyness at all so perfect for kids or a quieter style holiday!

Hotel lacking in evening and day entertainment for adults and kids. Only seems to cater for toddler age. Has ground apartments with approx 8 in a row with their own pool. Great idea for younger kids or large group travelling together. Have been to this resort about 5 years again and it has definitely gone up in price. Overall found eating out and drinking out very expensive in a lot of places. Buying from the shop not cheap either. Probably spent double of what we thought we would. Bedroom beds comfy but the sofa that has a sheet across it in living room for my son was definitely not comfy. Wouldn't be ideal for a heavier adult.

Great location and facilities. Fantastic for young families. Great beach. Nice staff and kid's club staff all very good at their jobs.

Although we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was much appreciated, the rooms have quite a bit of black mold formation in the bathroom. I wouldn't be happy staying in that for longer than the time we did for health reasons. Also, the beach loungers need to be paid for. The hotel doesn't have a reserved/free area for guests but you can bring your own tents etc.

The hotel is in a great beach, especially for kids. The breakfast is really good, the pools are great, never feel crowded. The highlight of this hotel is the staff, very attentive, helpful and friendly. We could always find something we don't like in a hotel, but it is the service that makes us overlook it, and this place has great service. A very special thanks to Valeria at the front desk, we had a problem at our arrival and she was exceptional. All in all a great place to stay, specially for families. We'd definitely go back.

The only thing I'd say is that I wish they had a more diverse menu at the pool bar, more healthy options on that menu.

We had a swim up room which was definitely worth the extra. The room was spacious, with a small but functional kitchen area and a lovely big terrace. It was amazing having our own pool access and sun beds. The hotel seemed quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The shower had good pressure and was always warm. The cleaners were friendly and came daily. The beach just outside the hotel was beautiful!

The rooms are definitely tired - they need a good paint but also probably a replacement of the bathroom and kitchen. The sliding door lock was broken and in its place was a latch lock. The door didn’t close fully as a result (just a little slit at the bottom) but it felt secure enough. The other sliding window in the bedroom had a slightly bent frame on the outside as if someone had tried to break in. The sand bar was tatty, the drinks weren’t great and were expensive. There was no food being served in the sand bar during by our visit - maybe due to being right at the start of the season? The pools were also old with tiles falling off and the sides crumbling in places.

The staff were simply amazing. They were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help out. We arrived after 30 hours of flying and even though our room wasn't quite ready, we could change and have a swim and a meal while we waited for the room. The location of the hotel is fabulous and with young children it is nice not to have to worry about the hassle of crossing roads, or trying to find carparks to get to the beach. We were fortunate enough to have a swim up pool. We were delighted with our room also, which was 102, the closest to the beach. The location, staff and swim up pool made this a wonderful holiday.

The fridge in our unit didn't really work very well, but we hardly used it. We went all inclusive, so just got cold drinks and ice-creams from the bar during the day.

The hotel is position to the front on a main road and to the back, directly on a beautiful vast beach. The proximity to the beach was a real plus point when booking and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were nice and friendly. The hotel wasn’t too crowded to sun beds and drinks weren’t an issue. The same may not apply for school holidays but that’s standard. Good options at breakfast, can’t vouch for lunch or dinner as didn’t eat here then. There are a couple of lovely beach bars right next to the hotel which really levelled up our evening experiences.

The rooms were good but there is no door on the bathroom and when travelling as a family with teens this wasn’t ideal. I feel that that is a bit of design flaw. I wouldn’t let it put me off booking but I really would have preferred a different bathroom arrangement.

Location is perfect, the staff are really nice and the rooms are comfy. They also moved us to a room with a better view after we asked if it was possible and the food at the canteen/restaurant is pretty good.

Food at the beach bar is not very good. Some rooms in the newer area are right next to a club which plays music until midnight every day and later over weekends; it wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something you’d want to know in advance. The two “longer” pools are reserved for some rooms only.
