I stayed in the hostel at winter time so it was quiet and I found the people very friendly and respectful but I was told that in summer the vibe is completely different it is more for youth who come to Mallorca to go party so it is important to have this in mind if you are an old bean like myself. The staff keeps the cleaning at a good standard so the kitchen is never messy and the toilets are clean. I found the kitchen to be well equipped and I could cook dinner and breakfast with no problem at all. All beds have a curtain that can be closed so I found it very useful to have my privacy every night. The temperature is fine in the bedrooms and common areas. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing is the location that did not work for me as I had to take a bus every day to go to the station intermodal but the bus stop is 2 min from the hoste and it takes 20/30 minutes to get there so not a big deal.l.

The Stuff were amazing so friendly and helpfully. The gave me information and Tipps and also i could change my bed. The Hostel is good organized and the beds are very comfortable. I rented a Scooter from the Hostel, witch was also great.Also the Bus Number 4, 46 haa his Stop direkt infront of the Hostel. A MINI Supermaked is just next door and the big Carefure is like 15 min walking. The Wifi worked great as well. I would stay here again. MUCHOS GRACIAS A TODOS

There are only 2 Bathrooms for Ladys and two for Men. If the Hostel is full this is not enough for 50 Persons. Same with the Kitchen (1 Fridge, 2 Stove) often there was no Toilettepaper. In the showers is no place to put your stuff.

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and this place definitely made a great first impression. The staff were wonderful and helpful, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere. The common area encourages guests to connect, and it’s easy to make interesting new friends – especially since most of the guests are young people. Everything was kept very clean, and the lockers provided made me feel safe and secure. There’s also a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, which is super convenient. I absolutely recommend this place – it was a great experience that inspired me to keep traveling. Big thanks and best wishes to the staff!

The appartement for 6-8 people is decent, clean and came with basic facilities. Personal was super nice and helpful, two stores next door and not far from the port. Also the bus departs right in front of the hostel. Nice beach 15 min away by bus.

Not made to spend a lot of time there especially if its a larger group. The layout of the bunk beds is a bit weird as they are very open and in one row, only recommend if you really know the other people. Locatio is a bit off, the bus (every 15 minutes +-) is needed to go to the beach, town and the mall/supermarket.

Cery clean beds with curtains for more privacy. Every bed have lights and power socket. Big locker provided for free. Staff especially Jampieer was very helpful and friendly who make my stay pleasant.

Small kitchen -cant imagine sharing this small kitchen with 24 people in busy period. Also only 2 out of 3 showers working and there was no place to hang clothes or put toiletries . No hungers, no shelves etc. This need to get improved. Also 1 fridge might be not enough for 24 people in busy period...

Jean Pierre was a great host, very approachable and helpful. The size of the female dorm was bigger than expected with a sofa, table and stools. The bunk was acceptable and comfortable with a storage box to fit a cabin suitcase. The curtains around the bunk were a great benefit. There is a shared kitchen and also a dining area. The shared bathrooms are not off the dorms they are off the living area.. There are facilities to wash and dry clothes. Fantastic location.... Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants, buses are frequent. You can walk to all the main attractions in the city.

The kitchen and fridge are too small for the number of guests... You aren't able to lock the female dorm room, which would have made me feel more secure. However this wasn't an issue at the time of my visit. .

The staff was very nice, and the room was good. You are provided with a bed like a sleeping pod and could fit a bit of things next to you. However, for bigger items (luggage), you had to rent a locker. Since I only stayed one night (and came very late in the day) the staff was nice enough to give me the locker for free, as otherwise, it is 5euro a day.

This depends on the people you share a room with, but when I came someone had left some stuff on my bed (the staff did take care of it though and warned the person to not do it again). However, the person left more stuff on the ladder that I had to use (I was on the "top bunk") the following morning (even though signs clearly indicate that it is not allowed).

excellent hostel hotel go for it guys everything is spotlessly clean, the dormitories are always cleaned when someone leaves, they even take out the mattresses and clean everything, I saw it... the beds are very good comfortable and with a curtain it even has lighting inside two lights its specifications are perfect I was served very well by a lady I found .. And another kid ... I also met another person at the reception who was very rude and I asked him his name and he didn't tell me. but everyone else is very good even the cleaning girls were very good

The place is in a very good and calm location. It’s quite far from the centre of Palma, but that’s okay. The capsule is big enough even for taller people and space under the bed was just enough big for me. Public space and bathrooms were allways clean, calm and cozy. The staff was one of the best I have ever experienced, so there also wasn’t any problem.

The check-in hours are until late night, so people getting explained their bed and room at the time when I was sleeping wasn’t perfect. But it was expectable and was still managable.
