This was my third visit and I have only ever booked the platinum package. But I think the quality of the main restaurant has definitely improved from last year and I thought it was really enjoyable. All the staff are lovely, from check-in to restaurant, the staff are always friendly and attentive. I had a massage for the first time and it was excellent. I walked away feeling amazing, I highly recommend. I think it’s a really great place for a relaxing holiday. Not too many children, definitely focuses more on adults. The hotel is spotless and well maintained

The rooms are okay but nothing special - I found having to use a wall attached hair dryer in the bathroom quite irritating. If I’m paying for a platinum ‘experience’ I expect more. I also had a hand injury and found it difficult to use but there were no ordinary hairdryers available. Personally I think they allow too many people in the platinum club - I would prefer to pay more and be less crowded around the pool. There is a roof terrace that is underused. Maybe that could be enhanced to stop the crowding around the pool. (& stop people from putting their towels down before breakfast and then leaving the beds empty for hours… )

I chose this resort for my solo New Year holiday and I haven't regretted it. The hotel was fabulous, excellent facilities, very clean, safe and comfortable, with super friendly staff. The room was spacious, with modern comforts and decor. The location was perfect, my balcony overlooked the pool area and the sea, such an amazing view! The hotel is located in the quiet little village of Puerto de Santiago, mostly frequented by families and couples, it was perfect for me as I wasn't looking for a lively party scene, it felt very safe and welcoming. Although I was there on my own, never for a moment did I feel lonely. There is plenty of space in the hotel to lounge with a drink, surrounded by the other guests, listening to live music, and even from my room I could hear the piano bar or the live music shows at a distance. It was never too loud or too late and it was pleasant to hear. The food was incredible! I bought the Platinum package which gives access to more secluded and quiet areas and I loved it. I used the gym as well, which was perfect. There is entertainment every night, and the New Year's Eve pool party was awesome !! I can't fault the place in any way, and I'll definitely be coming back!

Beautifully laid out interior and exterior areas of the hotel, that used the landscape and light very well to enhance the whole ambience of the place. The rooms have everything you might need, were spacious, very clean and comfortable, and the mattress on the bed was excellent. Great location overlooking the beach, which easy access to all the local amenities- especially the walkway along the coast to Los Gigantes. And bus stops very close to the hotel. Great airport shuttle bus service at an excellent price.

Sometimes during peak service times in the buffet restaurant, the tables were not being cleared and re-set in a timely manner. Often the servers that were working were so busy, that it was hard to get their attention to place your order for drinks. I could see the staff were very busy, running around trying to do everything, so I wondered if perhaps it was a shortage of staff issue?

I booked the platinum package, despite this being expensive I think it was absolutely worth the spend! I loved my stay - the resort was very relaxing and had a high standard overall from cleanliness, service and facilities. Thank you very much for your hospitality! 🥰

This is a personal preference but I dislike the two single bed options and Inthink you should be able to select a double bed option. Also to note there's not much walkable in surrounding area but that's okay because you don't need to leave the resort 😉

A remarkable hotel, nicely located within a pleasant seaside town, but having the feel of a luxury resort. The interior of the hotel is spectacular with grand, spacious interiors and a nicely designed outdoor space with two large pools surrounded by well maintained, mature plants and trees. The restaurant and snack bars serve a good variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a small gym with a variety of slightly aging machines, and a small spa area where you can get a reasonably priced massage. Rooms are spacious with large beds and a good size balcony. The staff were noticeably friendly and seemed to enjoy and take pride in their work.

I would not use the car rental service again. The car I was given was old and after driving it for an hour I found it had a number of defects. When I called the numbers I was given, there was no answer and no one replied to the messages I left. When I stopped at one of the company’s offices, it was closed. If I’d had a genuine emergency I would have been quite distressed. The machines in the gym could do with an upgrade. The one cycling machine was broken.

This is an easy review. This place was perfect! I was looking for an effortless escape with sunshine, and that's exactly what I got from this hotel. All the staff were friendly and attentive, and you could tell they were genuinely happy to be there and wanted to make sure you had a great stay. There was a gentleman (well dressed staff member, assume a manager) walking around the hotel speaking to guests and he was genuinely interested in how guest's stays were (not in an annoying feedback request way). The food was amazing and such a huge variety in the buffet. The one night I had a booked dinner at the restaurant, it was delicious and super fast service. Also very kind and attentive staff. The room was great! Lots of room and an amazing view from the balcony. There was also a pillow menu(!) which was just a cherry on top. Highly recommend the platinum. Worth it in my view.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! It’s just a 5-minute walk from one of the best beaches in Tenerife. The hotel itself is very large, spacious, and impeccably clean. The breakfast is a highlight — such an incredible variety of dishes and a huge selection of fresh fruits. It’s also great that there are water refill stations available throughout the hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything in this hotel is designed for the guests’ convenience. Highly recommend!

This accommodation was overall fantastic. Upon entering the hotel you are stunned by how beautiful and lushly decorated with plants the hotel is. The rooms of the Platinum Club offer privacy and comfort and are clean, with great amenities. I loved that there were a multitude of pools and a gym that was basically open around the clock. The staff was very friendly and made my stay very enjoyable.

The food selection was vast but it was not always the best. Some food seemed to have gone a bit stale, so it is recommendable to pick from the freshly prepared meals. The à la carte restaurants do not have a large selection of food. However, I was still very happy with what the hotel offered me.
