Location was great. Breakfast and dinner very priceworthy and with variation every day/night. Nice room.

Bathroom shower button was not working but they fixed it after complain. Only bad thing was that balcony door was not able to close withour locking (not possible when outside on the balcony) and bigger fault was that water in the shower was not easy to set up, it became very hot for no reason suddenly and you couldnt set it up no matter what way you turn it to. I guess that they would fix it fast but we managed without it. Indoor pool and sauna costs 18 euro per person for a 2 hour visit and needed to be booked in advance. During the breakfast elevator traveled up and down without taking you where you wanted so in the morning many people went in the stairs.

Great location, highly recommend the upgrade if you can get it - amazing ocean views and the private complementary dining area is worth it for breakfast and drinks - the main restaurant gets way too busy. The pool area was nice and food was quite good as well in the poolside cafe, staff very friendly. Room and bed very comfortable.

The 3 elevators are not enough for such a big hotel - they were always packed and in busy times impossible to go to or from your room. During breakfast or after beach rush you could wait 20 min!! And good luck walking up to the 10th floor... At the pool, there are not enough umbrellas and people tend to run and reserve sun loungers with towels from the morning, so unless you are early, you're out of luck or in the full sun.

Where do I start? The hotel is literally 20 seconds away from the ocean front and the view is spectacular. You can leave the hotel and walk along the ocean front for ages, it's beautiful, with plenty of places to stop by. The small town is touristic but not only. It's a real small town, with a real local life, and an abundance of places to explore and discover. The rooms rooms are super clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and eager to help. The food is delicious! There's a big buffet for breakfast and supper, with enough choice for everyone to find something they love. We travelled there as a family of six, and our stay was truly wonderful.

The only thing I would have liked is a slightly heavier duvet. I wasn't cold, but the duvet was super thin and I would have appreciated an extra layer. Aside from this I'd say everything was perfect.

The staff were truly fantastic! From the welcoming reception team to the friendly restaurant and cleaning staff, everyone was warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We visited with our toddler, and it was heartwarming to see how kind and attentive everyone was to her, always smiling and making her feel special. A special thank you to the lovely lady who spent time playing with her and keeping her happily entertained.

My only complaint would be the hotel parking fee, €24 per day feels quite steep.

The view from the room to the ocean, breakfast, location

The room facilities - no fridge, no kettle, no bathrobes for spa (we got initially room which had connection to the other room so we were hearing neighbours like they were in our room. So we asked to change the room and got a room for disabled people hence we didn’t have any equipment that we had in our first room. Also, spa was disappointing-it was super hot, only one sauna out of 2 was working. The water in the pool was too hot, not worthy paying extra to go to the spa

The location/ breakfast/ staff are fantastic. Invitation to a generous Christmas buffet dinner was great.

The hotel offers parking spot for 18€ per day, however we used the free of charge city parking located 15 min walk from the hotel. We thought that the pool water is heated but if its not a sunny warm day, its not possible to enjoy the pool. The other heated Jakuzi is not free and rather expensive.

Breakfast nice, food was nice. Mostly enjoyed the warm dishes that were cooked. So for instance new eggs, for dinner fish meat being cooked. Almost all of the staff. Good youth aswell that could tell me where to eat, where to go party and so on. Overall I felt really welcome and I would come back

I would prefer the sun being out longer than 14:00 so sunbath. The Clean of the room was a little dirty on the floor, if I had my misses with me she would complain. Some of the staff talked good to Spanish people, but I felt like some of the staff just ignored me (like foreigner). You know just the vibes one can tell.

The hotel had the 3B as we say in Spanish, bueno, bonito y barato. Had a very Good location, the room size were good and close as we requested. Stuff always happy to help and very polite. was a good experience.

The Bathroom in the first floor, as the pool was near, always with the floor wet and the trash bin always overloaded with paper. We cannot say you don't cleaned enough. also we need to blame the clients. People are dirty in all countries. So just keep someone coming more frequently to clean up.

The hotel had all the main amenities, breakfast buffet was really good with enough choice, the pool was also nice although the water was pretty cold.

We got the simplest room with a view to the ocean, which was nice. Unfortunately it seemed to be missing some basics, such as a kettle and teas/coffees - this was the only thing we missed. The one other thing is that due to the position of the pool and the building, the sun hides behind the building after lunch time, so towards the end of the day, there is no direct sunlight on the pool area.

Nice location, not far from the beach and shopping. We picked this hotel as our second stay after spending some time in the south, keeping busy with all kinds of activities. Our main goal in Puerto de la Cruz was really to kick back and relax and I feel like this hotel was a great choice to do this. We were happy with the food. My niece had a great time swimming and jumping in the pool. We had a big room with a balcony, with a nice view of the ocean.

We were aware of the 12:00pm check-out time and were prepared to leave on time. There was no need for the cleaning lady to start banging on the door at 9:30 to let us know about it, and when we didn't answer after a few knocks, to let herself into the room. I was half-naked, in the middle of getting dressed and could not answer the door right away. I had a very good impression of the staff up until this point. If you want to make sure your guests know about the check-out time, maybe try using the phone or make it clear upon checking in. (As I said, we were aware - at 9:30 though, we still had plenty of time to leave the room.)
