A remarkably large pool, swimming area. The staff takes the cleanliness of the pool seriously, it is cleaned every evening. The hotel complex is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and well-designed. The food was varied. The staff is kind, helpful, we also got answers to all our questions. The beaches are within walking distance, it was not tiring, the main thing for us was a cozy and comfortable hotel with a large swimming area and pool - Alannia Salou met our expectations.

The room was a bit small for four people: there was not much space to put things. Therefore, there was no place if you wanted to be private. The shower door was not a problem: it was not transparent.

If you have small kids this is a great hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful always. The location was closer than expected to lots of shops, little kids amusements, restaurants pubs all only 5 mins walk away. Swimming pool was amazing for kids and they loved it. Rooms were cleaned every day, air con was great. Grounds lovely and clean. Great place for small children (under 8). We had one 4 year old who loved the entertainment. Our 7 and 9 year olds had No interest in evening entertainment which was a pity. But cocktails are fab at the pool bar! No issues with noise. Toilet and shower situation was fine didn’t bother us at all.

Could do with Better entertainment in evening. More for kids from age 8-12 age group to mix and make friends. Continental breakfast was nice but hot breakfast wasn’t. Meal times were chaotic but not down to the hotel more so to the clientele being generally under the age of 10!! 😂😂. I would definitely stay again but not have the food included. Needed to queue early every morning for sun beds/parasol but was fine once we did.

I like that the rooms wore clean and had no balcony’s especially when you have young children. I liked the facilities for the kids and entertainment at night which was really good my kids had a great time. You feel safe because there’s a security guard on the gate. My children really enjoyed it

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the Buffett did like the food at all. During the day they had food that was nice they should be able to do that dinner time.

Everything was designed for families with kids and exactly what we needed. Great waterslides, clean pools and bathrooms, comfortable room, great animation for kids and adults. I liked the Queen tribute band and my son the Magician, for example. Also, a variety of food both for breakfast and dinner was great. And yummy, as my son said. I especially liked that there were juices included for dinner and so much fresh fish dishes.

The distance from the beach. It is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach. I didn't mind the room design, because I wanted to have it like that, but my husband had a complaint about the toilet door. He would prefer more privacy.

Rooms were spacious, clean and very modern, with great aircon and the food was good - soft drinks included during meal sittings. The bar is cashless and you can put money onto your wrist band, your room key is also on your wristband (but if your a family with more than 1 room your dont have a key card you can give to someone to enter the other room). Pool opened at 9:30 so nobody can claim a sunbed before then. Short walk to the main bars and restaurants Ideals for younger families (under 13s)

Nothing wrong with the the hotel, very good, the minor things - During high season (possibly 700 guests) the facilities may not be ideal for the number of rooms/guests, the pool area is big but all the Sunbeds are gone quickly - you can hire pool days bed for €35 (seems expensive when the sunbeds are free). Allocated a time to eating if you have a meal package (though not sure how policed this was) 1 person serving a the pool bar, can be queing for a while, there was always a queue. The Hotel seems to be aimed at families with younger children under 12s, so the pool isnt very deep (1.1m) - this could be a positive if you have young kids. Toilet & Shower within the rooms are not a seperate en-suite, its part of the bedroom so it depends how much privacy you like.

The pools are the best I’ve seen. One shallow one for the younger ones that was big and had climbing frame and slides in it. The bigger pool had the big slides and the bouncy climber aswel as a climbing frame. Both mine had an amazing time in the pools. The whole place is very clean.

We were in a 4 bed room and it was tiny. Barely room to walk through. The toilet is in the bedroom, with just a frosted glass half door separating it. Not ideal! The shower is also in the bedroom. There’s no separate bathroom. There is a sink and a fridge in the room but no cutlery or dishes. It’s also quite expensive for food and drinks and they don’t do full board at the hotel it has to be prebooked. The food was the same every night we went to the buffet.

The entertainment was awesome: swimming pool with plenty of fun for the children, cute miniclub for the liltle ones to engaged with other kids and great for parents to have some alone time to unwind. The entertainment staff were excellent and i was really impressed with the evening shows 👌 👏 . The food/ buffet and the restaurant was really good, there was plenty of choice, but then again, i am someone who likes to try and eat almost everything, really enjoy the Japanese theme cuisine on my last night was spoilt for choice so thank you so much !!! Overall, clean comfy rooms with a very nature feel to the resort very family orientated with lots of entertainment for the kids 😀!

My only complaint would be the bathroom facilities. It's all in one kind of room. The shower and bathroom are covered only by a glass door that doesn't come all the way to the ceiling, so there is not much privacy. I travelled with my 4 year old and my partner, so after the first day, i kind of got used to it. But i can't imagine travelling with a teenager with that luck of privacy. The rules of the hotel stated that only two sunbeds were to be used per room. But no one seemed to be doing that, so it was quite difficult finding a sunbed past 10 o'clock ! Maybe the stuff could keep an eye on this to make it fair for everyone!

Room was great, big, modern, very comfortable beds, good hairdryer, good shower Very clean. Great pool facilities and entertainment for the family. Lots of sun beds available but it was low season. All staff but one friendly and helpful. Great place for kids

Food at breakfast was very varied but some of it wasn't great, greasy fatty bacon, not a great variety of fruit considering it's Spain. Mainly apples, bananas and pineapple which was frozen one of the days. Poor juice, very processed taste. Coffee also not great. Cocktails were 9 euro which was dearer than most places in the town.

Loved it! We had two double rooms on the ground floor with an adjoining door which was perfect for us and our two older teenage sons, they had their own space and we had ours. Great pool area with water slides etc and day/evening entertainment ( ideal for families, especially those with young children). We only had breakfast included so I can't speak for lunch/dinner but the breakfast was fab, very fresh, replenished regularly with vast options, the dinning area does get busy and noisy but you can take your breakfast out to the terrace which was much more relaxing (and breakfast goes on till 11am so no need to get up super early) Locations brilliant, on a map it look miles away from any other life, but its only one street away from bars/eateries etc, personally loved the fact we were close but not too close that it was noisy at night.

Loved it all but just a note to others... There is a coffee (nespresso) machine but no kettle so for any die hard tea drinkers like me...take a travel kettle (the machine will dispense water but it's not very hot) Also there's no iron, so again take a travel one with you if needed.
