I really loved everything about the property to the point I am missing it so much. It was so peaceful here, so clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating, everything about this place was amazing, cannot fault it one bit, and I will definitely be back to visit.

The only negative about the property would be the location. Despite it being so peaceful here and away from everything, there wasn’t much food places nearby walking distance, but who cares when we have Uber eats ! :)

Firstly the staff were very helpful and friendly - the reception is manned 24/7. Although I arrived early my room was ready and i was pleased to see that I had a balcony and a bath - I think all the rooms on the ground floor have these facilities. The room was very clean and the bed was firm and comfortable. everyone in my party slept very well - it was very quiet and the black black out curtains helped too. The swimming pool was large, very clean and there were plenty of sunbeds as well as tables and chairs. The gardens are very well kept too. We were all very surprised at how good the help-yourself breakfast was considering was considering it costs so little - it is well worth adding it to your booking. The cafeteria on site was open until late which pleased us as we all fancied a drink when we returned from seeing The Cirque de Soleil. There was plenty of on site parking which was only 5 euros overnight.The hotel is just behind a Repsol garage which had a well-stocked little shop. All in all an excellent little hotel for a night or two in ALicante.

The hotel is in the American style motel. It is located near the main road and highway ( but it is not noisy because the rooms are oriented on the other side). It takes aprox 10 minutes with the car to the beach in El Campello Very good for those in transition. Big and enough parking space They have a quality internet WIFI for those who have to work. Big TV screen in room.

Breakfast consists just from a juice, coffee and a croissant. If you need a big breakfast you have to buy anything else. ( in the weekend you will receive a more consistant breakfast). Maybe the cleaning can be done better.

All staff, especially the Manager Eduardo and the front desk agent Ona who are exceptional,were professional and efficient. The room and all facilities were clean and well maintained. The cafeteria is a good place to start and finish your day.

The swimming pool was closed which was frustrating .

We were weary travellers coming for a good night’s sleep and this was excellent. The staff was really kind and helpful, we could park our van right in front of our room (the hotel is laid out like a motel with doors leading straight out towards the parking lot. The beds were crisp and clean and very comfy and there was even a little balcony. The breakfast was simple but perfectly good to fill us up before driving on further. Thanks very much!

Easy access to main road arteries and commercial shopping areas, as well as to beaches, etc.. Room fairly spacious, with REASONABLE, but not GOOD sound isolation. Rooms were clean, and beds comfortable.

Noise from adjoining rooms. No lift to the upper floor, where we were. With advancing years, injuries and heavier luggage, it was problematical, to a degree. Close Proximity to a fuel station was not altogether great, but the wind, thankfully, blew in the right direction during our stay!

FANTASTIC LOCATION, ALL WE NEEDED WAS HERE, STAFF EXCELLENT, ROOM ALWAYS CLEANED SPOTLESS, COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE, RECOMMEND IT TO ALL...

Room and bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast it although was served from a local cafeteria 20 yards from hotel, the food was very basic and hot food was cold.

the room and staff were lovely and enjoyed the pool and there is a cafeteria and petrol station metres away with a shop

the nearest tram is in ElCapello which was disappointing the town of SanJoan was a 20 minute walk which was ok

It was pretty close to where we needed to go over the weekend. Room is spacious too and got a nice balcony to sit down, relax and take the sun in.
