staff here were absolutely fantastic from booking until check out. Mariano and Ruben at reception, Javi at the pool bar and Rosa at the Spa made this 3 day short break absolutely fantastic and relaxed. I had booked a junior suite 2 weeks before my stay as needed a long weekend to completely de-stress. Specifically requested a west facing terrace as I enjoy the afternoon sun and sunset. Was disappointed on arrival when I had a North facing terrace with high enclosed walls both sides although the room itself was stunning. I asked politely if I could move rooms to Block A which are all West facing which they arranged first thing the next day. The room was the same but the terrace was a vast improvement. Although only on Level 2, still had benefit of sun from 12 noon until sunset. The 2 large pools are fantastic, with more than ample sunbeds at high season at the weekend, so NO getting up early to put towels down required!!! Very chilled music around the pool bar and the pool areas large enough to choose if you want to sit near or away from the speakers. Live guitarist by the pool Sunday afternoon was superb. Very quiet area at the end if the town so no through traffic and no kids is bliss. 3 local restaurants opposite the hotel with a small beach with a wonderful cocktail shack and sunset views. More restaurants, shops and bars and 2 more beaches only 10 minute pleasant walk to and from the hotel. The clientelle ranged of mostly couples (some groups) from early 20's to late 50's so a very good mix but not Derby and Joan territory. If you are planning to visit Ibiza to party then this is not for you. I booked this as is adults only and away from all of the party people, which is exactly what I was after. The rooms and hotel were extremely clean and well kept, good air con, WiFi, shower, (and shower on terrace), toiletries coffee machine and fridge (and hob if you wanted to cook???). The buffet breakfast was good with a plentiful range of hot and cold options.

The location is very quiet. Very good food, above average. The rooms are well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool areas are very clean and calm. We would absolutely book this place again.

There is no door between bedroom and washbasin. The nearest beach is not so inviting, but it's only a short walk to the beautiful S'Arenal beach.

The staff were all wonderful, the breakfast was brilliant, the pool area was a great, quiet and relaxing place to hang out. Nice big rooms and great big beds. Lovely food at the pool bar for lunch - especially likes the salmon poke bowl and goats cheese salad

The lifts broke a few times and were a bit worn out. More personal greeting on arrival with offers of help with baggage would have been nice. The room had a great view but this couldn’t be enjoyed from the balcony when seated as the wall was too high. It would have been nice to have complimentary water provided in the rooms. But these are just little things

We had a Junior Suite - size was amazing, large king size bed, separate living are and even a small sink, microwave, fridge and hob - so great! The pools were great, good size and so many sun beds, no need to dash to grab one! The facilities were great, lovely buffet restaurant and breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definately use this hotel again. Adults only too - bliss!

The only complaint was that one of our taps was broken, but no worries it was useable and we let the hotel know when we left.

Very nice spacious, clean bedrooms. The food was amazing, freshly made with lovely ingredients. Really nice menu & premium drinks. Very attentive friendly catering and bar staff. Lovely massage area. Great entertainment but only on every other night.

A daily shortage of beach towels. Yoga etc often on too early- be nice to have a mix up of times…maybe the odd aqua aerobics would be fun. Beach bar you have to pay for but we didn’t know until we sat down to eat.

The hotel was small and personable and it was really nice to have some total down time. The location and views were lovely. Food was pretty good and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. It's a short walk into Portinatx ... we enjoyed doing that one evening. The sunsets on the beach were incredible. Loved the chef in the evening who would take great pride in letting people know what he'd cooked. The lady in the bar making cocktails in the evening did a really good job of making delicious drinks.

We had a couple of grumpy staff in the restaurant in the evening, which didn't spoil the meal but was a bit of a shame.

Great beach location , fabulous breakfast, helpful staff- they upgraded our room as it was a special anniversary- thank you! 2 very nice relaxing pool areas, one without music which we liked. Plenty of sun beds and parasols. Sam and Dave were brilliant entertainment- had a great night. The room was lovely- clean, bright and with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is right next to a lovely beach.

No vegetarian main course at the buffet dinner on the night we stayed. I did ask but was pointed to the side dishes of veg. There is no hotel car park - which is clear in the description to be fair. there is an area of land next to it however with free public parking and we were able to park- but it is on rough ground- slippy and dusty so don’t wear your best shoes! Expensive but that’s Ibiza in August! Entertainment each night would be good.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in the hotel and breakfast room. Shout out to Michael who went above and beyond. Food was great and I don’t impress easily. Size and comfort of the room Proximity to small beach with beds and waiter service (not connected to the hotel) Pools Amazing view

No instructions in the room on how to work anything. Air con wasn’t cool enough when we finally got it working after 2 calls to maintenance. Only went down to 19 degrees. Hope they adjust it for July and August. Hot tub on our balcony had brown water but maintenance fixed it. Only enough room for one person at a time though. Staff could have been friendlier at the pool bar.

Some staff quite rude and abrupt- in particular one lady on reception However the men were really polite and helpful and the cleaners were absolutely lovely Phone in room didn’t work

Loved the decor of the whole hotel - very modern. Excellent breakfast and evening meal selection. 2 Lovely beaches within walking distance. Perfect for a quiet get away.
