This was not the fault of the hotel but getting taxis in Santiago was a huge problem. The man on the desk in the morning was not totally brilliant at speaking english and when we missed our train due to a taxi not arriving this was really upsetting and stressful. The taxi took around 50 mins to arrive which was absolutely appalling. This is not the hotels fault but other travellers to this hotel had the same problem as us and there is clearly a problem with taxis so people need to book these the day before

I booked a room late and got the biggest room in the hotel it was a triple room and was huge. The bath was just what I needed after my long walk. And the bed was really comfortable. I liked the hotel and the staff were super helpful I decided to stay an extra night and moved rooms. Which all went great. The staff moved my bags into my new room and took care of everything. The breakfast was sufficient in the morning with all the usual items. A great stay. It’s a short Walk into town and I really enjoyed it here. Thanks you

Great to have a normal hotel experience. I used Booking.com and payed an extra 10€ for a room with a tub which I didn’t get but I explained to the hotel staff and they happily corrected. The breakfast was plenty and the amenities were standard. Great location since it’s only about a 8 min walk to the cathedral but it is far from the noise and craziness of the tourist traps

Lovely hotel a little outside of town but still only 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. Excellent staff and quiet neighborhood with views of the countryside. The bathtub was also a bonus! Have stayed here several times and enjoy each visit! Highly recommend!

Location was great, a short walk to the town centre and there was a nice terrace bar to the rear of the hotel.

Parking was on a public car park 10 minutes walk away but with a discount for the hotel it worked out at £8 for 24hrs

This is a modern up to date hotel. Located in a great spot, 10 minute walk to cathedral and 20 mins to bus station. They offer breakfast for a small fee, which is great. It opens at 7am for the early birds (me) as a lot of places don’t open till 9 or later. Everything you need at this place. Highly recommended. Also an awesome hidden gem patio out back. Lots of sun and looking into green space and countryside.

Pleasant accommodation and helpful staff. Lovely outside terrace from the street. Easily placed for walking into the Cathedral square.

No hotel parking but could use an underground car park about 10 mins walk away and got a discounted rate.

The room was fine nice and clean

The parking was not close to the hotel and on a rainy day was not fun walking from the hotel to the parking garage but I understand it is old city and the parking is not going to be close to the hotel

Excellent location just ten minutes walk to the cathedral. Late check-in after midnight was a bonus compared to many of the other hotels. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Very happy to stay there.

Very friendly staff, lots of smiles. Comfortable and clean. Lovely breakfast too!

Loved everything.The location was good for Santiago de Compestela, near enough and far enough away too from the main area that when you returned to your hotel it was quite peaceful.
