A really beautifully restored building with an interesting combination of fine stonework and modern furnishings. The views over the valley are lovely and the Plaza Mayor next to the cathedral is a 5 minute walk away. Very comfortable rooms and spotlessly clean. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were good - but the breakfast room is small (especially for a party of 4) so perhaps plan an early arrival. There is reserved parking for the hotel in Catedral Parking with connectivity to the hotel itself. The hotel helpfully emailed directions to the parking beforehand so ensuring we missed the labyrinth of small streets! Would definitely stay here again.

Wow! That is all I can say. To quote my wife: "This may be the nicest place I have ever stayed." We were on the Camino de Madrid and were looking forward to a nice room. We were blown-away. We were escorted to our room after being checked in. The hotel itself is an old convent that has been very tastefully converted into an ultra-modern hotel. The free champagne and snacks in the reception area were a very nice touch. Our room was spacious with an amazing view across the river. The bathroom was...wow. Just so nicely designed and appointed. We also took advantage of the spa in the lower level of the hotel. The best 50 euros we have spent in a long time as we enjoyed the pool, the steam room and the sauna. We will be staying here again for at least two nights the next time we are in Segovia.

Fantastic hotel with very helpful, friendly and efficient staff. Good location, sufficiently distant from the busier tourist areas but the places of interest are only a short walk away. The hotel is a beautiful fusion of history and contemporary and the large room offered great views over the Segovia countryside.

Breakfast wasn't included with our booking but we paid extra. It felt a little expensive (€20 each) but it was a nice buffet of food and drinks. Unfortunately, due to the relatively small breakfast room, you have to choose a 30 minute timeslot which didn't really allow enough time to fully enjoy it in a relaxed way.

The hotel is beautiful as it used to be a historic location for the monks. Although it has a lot of history, the hotel itself is completely modern which exceeded my expectations with its beautiful views of the surroundings, the facility’s cleanliness and spacious environment. This was a great hotel we chose to stay. The staff were very helpful from the onset, providing map of the city and highlighting the main city centers for our reference to go explore. The room itself was large and had a spectacular view of the countryside. Amenities were the usual you would find. We traveled to Segovia in the winter, this said, outside was pretty cold but the hotel had a warmth in both its temperature, space and its character. Checking out was quick and concise, the staff being very hospitable in this regard as well, as they offered transportation services on our way out. 10/10 would recommend.

Elegant, beautifully kept hotel. Lovely spacious, clean, quiet room with a beautiful view of the countryside. Very comfortable bed. Good location for walking around the city and close to the Alcazar. Breakfasts were good.

Expected the building to have retained more of the original convent features and ambience. The exterior was beautiful but inside was very modern and lacked atmosphere. Apart from the reception, the staff was rather cool. Massage was not available at short notice. Workout room was available but unusable due to lack of air because the AC was not working.

Spacious, comfortable room in old town. Don’t rely on customer service though, it’s bad. We asked for a taxi to arrive at a specific time - when that time had already passed, I went in to reception and then they started calling for a taxi. At day of departure, we asked for someone to help us at a specific time with our luggage - no one ever arrived, not even late. If you want to be a 5 star hotel, qualify your staff or hire better staff. And don’t try to save money on not refilling water bottles and cheap toilet paper.

A wonderful hotel with a great location, a cozy modern design integrated into a historic building, breathtaking views from the windows, delicious breakfasts, and a good spa area

If I’m being picky, getting out of the parking lot was kind of a puzzle. Getting in was no problem, but finding the way out wasn’t so straightforward. To be fair though, it’s a municipal parking lot, and the hotel just rents a bunch of spots there. Also, I found some long hairs on the floor in the room — not a huge deal, but still a bit unpleasant

The room was very large with a hard floor, which I prefer to wall to wall carpeting, and there was a wonderful shower and a comfortable bed. It was really a lovely, contemporary style room in a perfect location for wandering about Segovia and it's very peaceful. Also, the cathedral is just a short walk from the hotel for anyone wishing to attend Mass.

We drove to the hotel. Walking to and from the garage from our room was a bit complicated, so just be sure to get good directions.

Loved the room, view, facilities. I’m not sure why I wasn’t able to communicate with the staff regarding my request for pool access without services but I ended up going to the spa to inquire and got access for the last time slot the same day which is 19:30. The staff kept insisting there was no time slot after 17:30. The spa area was excellent. A large pool with various whirlpool stations, dry sauna, steam room and relaxation area. A nice option after walking and absorbing the city.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It has real character, located on a quiet street but just a couple of minutes away from the bustling main plaza. My room was exceptional. I was upgraded at check-in, and ended up with a terrace with beautiful views. The room was very large and well designed, with everything you would expect and more. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Highly recommend for a relaxing break.
