the elevator from the ground floor uo to the apartment floor; excellent location to experience the city by foot; excellent air-conditioning; a very pleasant and warm shower; a lot of space in the apartment; clean and no disturbing noises from outside or other apartments; the host responses immediately by WhatsApp; taxi can reach the rear entrance, this is where the elevator is.

Fresh towels are provided every third day, so you have to use the same towel for three days. The frequency of changing could be better or even easier, there should be more spare towels available. The balcony is a little too small for a comfortable use. And the colour of the room ... you like it or you don't like it.

The apartment is well maintained and presented, perfect location in the heart of Sevilla. Comfortable bed and good to have two bathrooms.

We stayed during the Semana Santa, so obviously good atmosphere but lots of noise during the night. Unfortunately the alley behind the property is mostly popular for those who need to go to pee, especially on such a busy time, as a result in the morning we couldn’t open the windows for the bad smell (we were on the first floor). Also, there is coffee machine but we haven’t been given enough coffee capsules for 3 mornings (2 adults) and no coffee cups.

The penthouse apartment, with direct access to the roof terrace is lovely. The accommodation is very central, it is so easy to walk to all the major attractions, the shops and yummy tapas bars and restaurants, yet it is also very quiet. The hosts were excellent, super easy to communicate with and very helpful. They gave us great recommendations - which we followed and they were spot on. Thank you. Great shower, comfy bed, excellent housekeeping too. A lovely bright, comfortable apartment with super views across the rooftops of Seville.

A very minor point - there were lots of champagne flutes, but only one wine glass.

Lovely apartment, central location near shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were most helpful with any questions we had. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything needed including hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The bed is so comfortable and the sheets were good quality. Although in the centre of town, the road where the apartment is located is very quiet, easy to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was great and the Wi-Fi was good. I would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Everything was perfect!

Central location, walking distance to shops, attractions, public transportation. Good rooms, very comfortable for staying in, an interesting design which at all happens not often, but here you feel a nice touch of art. Two bathrooms, good hotel standard bed. Access to the common terrace is a great bonus, but do note that Penthouse apartment has direct entrance and windows to the terrace so there is no real privacy for guests of the penthouse. Good value for money overall!

Communication with the hosts was misleading somehow: we were contacted by WhatsApp businesses account and it seems like there are few different people who communicate with guests. We were given different information about the check in possible earlier time. Also note that to check in you'll be asked for your ID photo to be sent by Whatsapp which for us didn't sound too safe, so we had to go to the hotel to check in with our IDs in person. This hotel was located close to the apartments thought and it wasn't much problem.

Fantastic location in the middle of the Old town; all the amenities available - Coffee machine, two bathrooms, cleaniness, easy to find for the first time and during your stay which is convenient.

Noise- you cannot sleep with Windows open as qll the time something is happening in the night- Street is being cleaned, Glass is being collected and other things which do not let you sleep. So the next night you turn on the air condition at 25 degrees as it is 32 degrees at night but there are strong currents to be felt and in the end you Wake up with Windows closed and aircon off totally sweat. The sofa to sleep on in the living room very uncomfortable.

Excellent location near Las Setas and a lovely 10 minute walk to the cathedral and maybe 15 minutes to the Armas bus station one way or Santa Justa train station the other way. Spacious, modern and clean apartment with two bathrooms, a lift and a communal roof terrace with furniture, ideal for a couple and reasonable size for two children on the sofa bed in the lounge. Very minor points are some (but not much) noise at night from the road and the communal waste pipe, no milk for the coffee pods and no blanket for the bed (in November). Otherwise, perfect!

A lovely apartment in a great location and it's just as the pictures show it. Nice to have balconies and even better to be able to go to the rooftop. There's sufficient equipment to do your own cooking (no oven though) if you want to. There is some noise but it's in the middle of a city. Only negative was a smell from the bathroom (as reported in other reviews) but the door could be shut to avoid it. Would definitely stay again.

Incredibly well-presented and -furnished apartment, complete with really comfortable beds (including the sofa bed) fitted with quality linen, two fantastic bathrooms with plenty of towels, a small but excellent kitchen, and a wonderful location, right in the centre of town but on a quiet street. If you can live with the middle-class guilt of Airbnb-induced gentrification and don't want to stay in a hotel, it's a great place to stay in Seville.

The apartment had a separate bedroom and the living room had a washer/drier and a dishwasher. It was furnished with comfortable sofa and chairs. We enjoyd being in such a central location so we could walk to all the important tourist attractions.

It would have been great to have had simple instructions on how to operate the washing machine and drier. Also it would be great if there was some washing machine detergent for guests to use as we could only buy a 2 litre bottle at local supermarket. The pump bottle for flowing soap in the bathroom didn't work.
