The staff were amazing. We arrived during the total power outage in all of Spain and the staff still kept it together and were able to provide us with simple food and wine and made things as comfortable as they were able to. A great place to be during the shut down.

Very nice room.Huge bed. They upgraded the room without request. Clean and modern. Nice restaurant in a city where is hard to find places to eat

Waze took us to the back of the hotel and was confuse to find the entrance. After this every thing was fine

Peace and quiet, short stroll into town. Bus and train station nearby, very handy to visit Toledo. The restaurant and spa were both excellent. We were well looked after and plan to return.

Hotel vibes are pretty good

There was an emergency light inside the room which had some yellow LEDs turned on without the possibility of disabling it. I had problems when getting sleep as the room was not completely dark.

Nice room, good facilities, friendly staff. Really comfortable, extra large bed! Great food in the bar area. Excellent stop over location after a long drive, and handy for a quick sightseeing visit to Toledo.

The industrial railway line is very close to the bar area which occasionally broke the ambience, but there is little the hotel can do about that and it wasn’t a problem in the room.

Maxi at reception in an excellent professional, knowledgeable and resourceful. Breakfast, though not buffet, was quite complete and good. I took a massage at the spa and it was wonderful.

The only issue was that the shower in our room did not have enough water pressure

Beautiful hotel with traditional architecture. We were so glad we stayed & wished we stayed longer to have a chance to sample the spa & restaurant. Peaceful location with very helpful staff.

however the bathroom was clean and spacious, it was a bit outdated and the shower was in the bath.
