Receptionist was very welcoming and kind. She spoke English as well, which was not expected, but a pleasant surprise. The room was large and had a full size tub, which was nice to soak my tired legs from the Camino. Room was clean as well. Location is great, right on the Camino. Bar/Restaurant on site.

The dinner menu was very pricey at €45, so I did not try it. However, the pinchos were affordable. Breakfast was decent as well. No laundry service available. No available wall outlets near the bed...not a big deal, just something to note. I unplugged a lamp to plug in and charge my phone.

Great location, easy check-in with friendly helpful staff. Lovely room with jacuzzi bath. Would have liked to have had a shower in the bathroom. Not ideal having to stand / sit in the bath and shower by holding the shower attachment. Otherwise room was great

My only complaint was that following dinner we ordered a glass of wine. Very soon after ordering we were asked to leave as the bar was closed and we were told to take our wine to our room. We felt we should have been told before purchasing it that the bar was closing as we wouldn’t have ordered a 2nd glass.

A lovely rustic hotel with all the charm of a Parador without the hefty price tag. Everything was spotlessly clean, crisp bed linen. It has a bustling tapas bar with loads of atmosphere, an excellent restaurant and it was very comfortable. The beds was comfortable, a great shower and bath in the room. Located in an atmospheric town with easy parking. This is a great place to stay to discover the Navarre wine region. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional - thankyou.

disappointed not to have a view but who needs to stay in their room when there's a great bar and restaurant in the hotel.

Right on Camino path and had an amazing breakfast for 9e that started at 7am. Supper was also delicious. I had a tub in my room (304) so I could soak my feet.

My room was a free upgrade but not really a great deal other than the tub. The bed was hard, the air conditioning did not work, and a few cosmetic things-some lights hanging from ceiling and tile sticking up that I tripped on. I did not say anything as by the time I realized the air was not working I was tired and went to bed with my fan.

Good location; nice view of the ruins from balcony; air con in room; room rate is not much more than that for a private ensuite in an albergue, but unlike albergues which typically open only in the afternoon, this hotel opens early so you could leave your luggage / backpack as soon as you arrive and explore the town burden-free before checkin time.

No flyscreen, so can’t open balcony door for cool fresh air without letting in flies

We stayed one night along the Camino. Location is perfect and central. Our bed was huge and we had a bath. The bar downstairs was good and served a pilgrim meal.

I like light and air and our room was on top floor with 2 skylights. They had blinds that we could not open so the room was dark. We could open the skylight but as there had been some rain I didn’t want to do that overnight. The bathroom is open (toilet has a door)

Beautiful building in prime location on the Camino. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a bath which was perfect for soaking my tired body! The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice with hot and cold foods.

It would have been really nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is the bar/pinxos restaurant downstairs to get drinks/food but to have something in the room would have been welcomed.

Beautiful place and the bathtub was AMAZING after a long day walking!!! Staff at check-in was super helpful and kind. Rooms very clean and with AC. Beds super comfortable.

The breakfast buffet (11 EUR) offered at the restaurant nwas nearly empty and not refilled at 9:45 with still an hour to go. It was ok but I wouldn't go for it again. Overall restaurants and meals are very expensive in the village.

Good location right on a small plaza. The windows of my room opened to a dramatic ruins. Restaurant on premises (but restaurant was short-staffed, so my group waited a LONG time to be served). Helpful staff. Nice to stay in a "real hotel" while on Camino. Spacious bathroom with a tub for soaking!

I wish the electric outlets were more accessible.

I ended up staying here for 3 nights, actually— the staff of Palacio de Pujadas was very helpful and kind, allowing me to book two extra nights in the same room when I got sick during my journey on the Camino de Santiago. The room had everything I needed, with a spacious bathtub, sufficient mini fridge, functional television, etc. I was comfortable and felt the room was reasonably spacious, and I enjoyed a nice quiet recovery!

It would have been magnificent to have a water kettle in the room!
