The room was spacious,quiet and bright. We had a lovely view of the swimming pool. Beds were very comfi. What is so great about this hotel is that both breakfast and dinner are included in the price. Both are buffet style and there's a lot of choice. In the evening you can also enjoy a drink in the lounge area. The tram stop is very nearby and it only takes around 15 minutes to get to the centre of Gotenborg. You can use a washing machine and even iron your clothes if you wish to do so. Staff was friendly.

The sauna in the cellar did not look very inviting.

I was very pleasantly surprised, once I got inside. At first , the outside is a little off putting. It could use a nice paint color and some landscaping. I almost thought I'd cancel. Im glad I didn't. Once inside, the staff were amazing, the whole place is exceptionally clean. The room was nicely decorated, the pool area was well maintained woth lots of seating options. The food was basic, but very good. Breakfast had many choices and seemed fresh. Id go again. Good value considering it includes dinner and breakfast.

The outside of the building is not appealing at all. Needs paint and some landscaping.

Definitely a good choice when searching accommodation in Göteborg. Hotel located in an residential and industrial area, quite far from the city centre, there are some retail shops/supermakets next to the hotel, but the einvironment is quiet, there is a tram stop 3 min. walking distance from the hotel (tram 1, 5), both trams take you to the city centre within 12-15 minutes, the connection is very good. The hotel itself is not new but clean and cosy. Good breakfast, good dinner (buffet style, a lots of vegetables, salads, and always 1 main course for self-service, no sweet deserts (which is good) but cheese and fruits. Very good point - water, tea and apple juice for self-service are included. Sauna and well equipped fitness free of charge, too. Last but not least - friendly and helpful staff at the reception. I can only recommend.

It was fantastic for us (travelling with a 5 year old child) to have breakfast + dinner included - and both were great! We were really lucky that the weather was great, so we could enjoy the pool! Free parking is also a plus, and we chose to drive to sights in the city (and pay for parking there) - even though there are great transport options from the hotel.

The room was rather small, but very clean. Our room was located far from the reception and eating area, which is a little annoying when travelling with a child. The hotel is obviously old, but bathrooms and the pool have been restored. We do not understand why the pool have to be so deep in the deep end (unnecessary).

The personnel are very attentive and helpful. They let us leave our luggage in the morning at the hotel before check-in time. They provide breakfast and dinner with several options, and there are some healthy options as well. At some dinners, they do a barbeque for dinner which is very nice. The tram station is near where you can reach the city centre. The nearest market where you could buy food and all the necessities is two tram stops away, and you can also easily reach it on foot. The pool area is also very nicely organized. The beds are comfortable, nice shower, clean rooms. Compared to other prices in Sweden, it is a very good value for money.

The children's playroom could be updated because most toys are broken. Also, you can hear music from the pool area in the evenings, so if you are a sensitive sleeper and go to bed early, you should bring some earplugs.

The food surprised us! Breakfast was quite nice and the dinner was a great plus for the hotel! Staff were lovely, especially the night receptionist man who always greeted us and chatted with us even at 3 AM when we got back to the hotel haha! The pool was super nice to have since it was very warm on our visit to Gothenburg. The location is obviously quite far from the city centre but it didn't really matter since trams went close from the hotel to the city centre. I would say that the hotel exceeded our expetations! Thank you very much!

The room had no air conditioning so the air felt like it didn't have any oxygen left in the mornings. A mini fridge in the rooms would be nice to have.

This place is a hidden gem! Don’t let the outside/location fool you. Excellent gym, the pool area is beautiful and the lobby/restaurant is super cosy. The staff are all lovely, 5 stars for the team! Breakfast and dinner may not have 35 options but the food was excellent and tasty.

Rooms are basic but beds are nice and comfortable. We had some warm days in Gothenburg so airconditioning would have been nice but for the price of a nights stay.. still very good.

everything was great. we will choose here again when we visit the city. dinner, breakfast and cleanness was perfect

For the families with children if they give the rooms which opens to the pool directly it would be super good. dinner was sooo crowded since they accept the groups from outside the hotel as well, therefore they need to arrange two lines with the same food instead of one. the queue was a disaster even if that bad experience I am giving 10

A very comfortable and convenient hotel for motorists, easy to drive to, ample and free parking, not far from the city centre. Good dinner and breakfast buffets. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, quickly resolved a little problem with the room. We did not use the pool but some people were enjoying it so it is a nice feature too, especially if travelling with kids.

it is a nice hotel, located close to the tram stop, which takes you in 20 minutes to the city center. the rooms are small but clean, the service is very nice and helpful. there was no problem with getting a baby bed. in the hotel there is also a small play room for kids, as well as billiard and dart.

breakfast and dinner could be more various. at least a small cabinet would be nice to have in the room, but the rooms are small. and a small kettle to the room would be also nice. unfortunatelly pool was refurbishing during our stay.
