The hotel is located in one of my favorite areas of Gothenburg, not busy but also close to the center. No other hotels nearby, they also have a cozy bar and Georgian cuisine restaurant on the ground floor, which serves as the breakfast area too. The building is old, but in a nice way (high ceilings, wooden floors), the room was quite spacious and comfortable (except for the problem with the high temperatures that I write below). The breakfast was more than adequate.

The weather was unfortunately quite warm and humid, so I would expect the room to be equipped with a fan. We had difficulties sleeping at night with these temperatures. I also understand that people in the breakfast area want to do their work, but it wouldn't be a big deal to let us finish our coffee just 5 minutes after the end of the breakfast time.

The location is great, the city center and train station are easily accessible by bus and tram and the surroundings are calm and green. The room was small, but cosy and well furnished. The breakfast had many options, also regarding allergies and diets.

The fruit at the breakfast wasn't super fresh. There were enough other options though. Some things in the room have to be repaired; the door to he bathroom was difficult to close and the closing system of the window was broken.

The most important is first impression, the girl at the reception, who welcomed me, was amazing, very friendly, we had a nice chat. She made me feeling really welcome in this hotel. Room was clean, even under the bed, what I checked, everything that you need was there. I chose this hotel because it is like a little castle, nice architecture.

Before coming to Goteborg I wanted to change the dates of my reservation, they didn't allow me, because it was non refundable one. Come one guys, even when it is that type of reservation you could be more flexible towards your guests. But this is problem of management, whose policy is too strict. For the breakfast they could have more vegetarian option, but overall breakfast was good.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, and has the usual facilities of a hotel with ok space. Breakfast is fair. The tram line is a 5 min walk, and 10 min by tram to the city. There is a supermarket close by.

We got the room on the 4th floor which has a bit less ventilation because of the small window. The beds have a spring mattress and can be very soft. Besides that, it was a very pleasant stay.

The room had everything we needed. Space for our suitcase, a twin bed, a bathroom and a toilette. The breakfast was really nice and well worth the money.

The guy at the reception looked almost unhappy about us checking in and he wasn't too friendly or overly helpful. The location of the hotel has positive and negative sides, we used the car to go to the city center for dinner or exploring the city but on the other hand we were on the road quickly when we went out for day trips.

The hotel seems under-staffed: during the breakfast tables were not cleaned and emptied of used tableware, there was no staff to refill the juice, the person at the reception was divided between checking-out activities and serving the breakfast. 2. The parking provided for a fee was not immediately close to the hotel, so it was a problem in the morning to find a place while bringing our luggage down from the room

The hotel provided secure parking for us but it was an additional charge we were prepared to pay. It was a fair price knowing the costs in Sweden are higher than other countries.

Everything was great but to include free parking would have been great during our 2 day stay.

The rooms were nice, had no issues with cleanliness or anything like that. The staff downstairs speak English which is a bonus for non-Swedish speakers. Close to the central station, only a tram away which takes 10-15 minutes. Or you can enjoy a nice 30 minute walk and pass through a few local cafes and shops.

Location of hotel is super good, close to city centre and little secluded from city rush. Staff is super friendly, breakfast was good. Special care taken for vegetarian or vegan.

I think, rooms are small and old in some floors, for instance, we had booked 2 rooms, 1 was good and other was old.

Great location for our purpose. Excellent value for the money. Great breakfast buffet included in competitive price.

One minor gripe. The tv switched itself on multiple times in the middle of the night. Very annoying. And for the time of year the sheets were a bit thin. We got extra on request immediately though.
