The room was bigger than the average, with couch and desk and everything. The spa facilities were not crowded and easy to access. Bed was comfortable and location was one bus away from city centre with a nice view of the bridge. The staff at the reception was amazing. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Probably their strongest point.

The room temperature at the indoor pool was bit too cold to make the experience enjoyable. Not really relaxing to swim unless you spent an hour in the jacuzzi. But even after I couldn't dip more than my toes inside that cold water. The room TV makes you feel like you're back of at least 10 years. With no casting option it's pretty useless piece of furniture unless you're a Swedish person who likes national tv or you carry dvds and flash drives with movies with you. Hence the couch was pretty wasted with no tv to watch. The blanket was oddly small for a double bed. It looked like a single bed duvet on a double bed. Weird.

Amazing breakfast with a huge range, from pancakes and Nutella to eggs and cereals. The pool and sauna area were fabulous and great to hang out in at the end of the day and unusually very in crowded. The location was a little out of the city but it was 2min from a bus that took you directly into the city so it wasn’t an issue at all. And the rooms were very spacious and the beds were suuuuper comfy. And the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Huge kudos to Paul who really outdid himself with being friendly and helpful!

We stayed at the Quality Winn as a stop on our way to the Norwegian mountains (starting in South/Eastern Sweden). We needed a place that we could stop on without going in to the city centre and a place that had secure, and affordable parking, and which could give us a family room suitable for older teens. This place, met all of our criteria. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good and had gluten-free options, which we needed.

Room was a little outdated, but other than that, we were very satisfied.

Good location at the exit to Oslo. Full satisfying breakfast, well equipped rooms, nice swimming pool, smart bar, helpful receptionists. Expected Scandinavian standard!

Involuntarily arrived at the peak of U18 championships, difficult to find a budget accommodation, prices soared :(

the restaurant food is amazing! the steak was simply the best! For children, they have a playroom where our daughter really enjoyed playing And the staff who worked on the evening of 28.03 are the best of the best! Thank you for your work!

For me the pool is too cold :)

The location was great, that’s why we chose this hotel for the second time. The breakfast also very good and diverse!

It could be better if everything worked as it should, for example jacuzzi, we wanted to enjoy it, but unfortunately it was out of use.

The rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great because there's a bus station very close to the hotel and it goes directly to all the touristy spots in Gothenburg, like Liseberg for example. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. And lastly the staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor was also very beautiful.

1. there were ants by the breakfast food tables 2. they don’t tell you you need to book the pool visit from the reception expect when you go there yet they were understanding that I was there for one night so they let us in and even not sure everybody follows the rule because it wS crowded 3. parking costs 100kr per day, no one says until you go I don’t mind any of that if clearly stated

I won’t say I don’t like it, but one can note how the building is getting older.

Nice big room, which was really clean. And the allow the stay with pets, which is the main criteria we chose the hotel. Hotel has pool, så its really nice feature for kids. Just remember to book it in advance.

Pool areal was fully booked on the night of arrival and the jacuzzi didn't work in the morning. But that the minor inconvenience. We just had to book pool area in advance.
