I stayed in these apartments with my children and we really liked everything. The location is very good, there's a red line bus nearby that takes you directly to the lift to Matterhorn and other main ski slopes. Richard, the host, is a very pleasant person, always ready to help even beyond his duties, thanks to him for that. The complex has free games like table tennis and foosball; we regret that due to fatigue and other plans we didn't use them during our stay, only managed a bit at the end, it was very engaging. There is also American billiards for francs, which you can exchange at the reception if interested. The aparthotel has all the facilities for storing skis and other equipment, but we didn't actually use them since we rented everything near the mountain lifts. However, the technical provisions for these purposes at the hotel are excellent. We didn't use the breakfast service because we made our own, but overall it was available and looked appealing. The apartments have everything you need; the kitchen is small but fully equipped, probably has everything except a microwave, but you can easily use the oven to heat up food. The heating is adjustable, and I really liked the shutters on every window; you can block out the sun if needed at any time. The windows and balcony offer a beautiful view of the Matterhorn and the surrounding area, very picturesque. Some minor challenges - the aparthotel is located on an elevation and if you walk from the city center, be prepared for about 10-15 minutes of cardio, which we actually found beneficial. ;-) Next year, if we go to Zermatt, we definitely know where we will stay.

I got to see the sunrise over the Matterhorn from my bed every morning, truly breathtaking! The apartment was clean and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, and a Nespresso coffee maker. The bathtub was very much appreciated after long hikes! Breakfast was very tasty. Richard is a wonderful person - kind, helpful, and made me feel extremely welcome. He picked me up and dropped me off at the train station, which would have been difficult to walk with luggage as the hotel is up a hill. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus. It’s close to everything, but away from the noise of the main part of town. The hikes I did around Zermatt were the greatest I’ve ever experienced. What an incredible place! I didn’t want to leave. Richard was AMAZING. The other reviews talked about how great he was but I didn't realize just how wonderful this man is until we checked in and he spent 30 minutes of his time making sure we were well informed and just chatting about the area. My partners $400 ski jacket was left behind by accident and Richard offered to mail it to me as soon as I reached out and asked. I paid for the postage of course but he went out of his way to go to the post office and spend time shipping it off.

A lovely apartment equipped with everything I needed for a week's stay. I stayed at the top floor with a view of the Matterhorn. Richard was friendly incredibly helpful, he was quick to respond to messages and sort out any problems. He also picked me up and dropped me off at the train station.

The location is great, only 7-10min walking to the ski lift (you can leave your ski equipment in the lockers from the rental company right at the lift, so you dont need to walk with them) very close by to the village center to multiple restaurant, bars, etc. Also, the apartments have all the necessary for a great stay and the host is super friendly and helpful! Very much recommended!!

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. We had a fabulous patio with views of Matterhorn. Host Richard was really welcoming and helpful. A great place to stay and would certainly book it again.

It is just a short stroll down to the Spar for supplies. It didn't bother us but it is fairly steep back up if you are less able for inclines.

Amazing stay with stunning Matterhorn views! Our host, Richard, went above and beyond, kindly fetching us to and from the accommodation despite icy winter road conditions. While slightly away from the main town, it’s close to a bus stop and offers peace and breathtaking scenery. Highly recommend!

I really liked everything, especially the view from the balcony. Richard is very nice, always gives advice and helps. Clean, quiet, beautiful. We will come to this hotel, I think, more than once. I recommend it.

The view of the Matterhorn was so clear and real, you could look out at it all the time. Richard had a lot of small touches to make our stay more comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed, and the pans were better repair than you expect in a hotel. There was a little grocery store about a block away.

The apartment is up quite a steep hill which was a lot at the end of the day, but hey we're here to climb mountains right?

Pick up and drop off service was excellent. Location was in a nice quiet area. Excellent view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Having the option of bath or shower was excellent.
