Everything about The Bellerive is amazing! The service is awesome - everyone from the front desk to breakfast to the spa to the train transport were so friendly and helpful - you can tell that they really care about their guests and provide excellent service. The room was amazing - a beautiful view of the Matterhorn right outside our window with a porch to sit and enjoy with coffee or a glass of wine. The welcome treat was very much appreciated too! The bed was super comfortable and there was even a little "sitting room" to rest and watch the Tour de France :) The room was rustic yet elegant - beautiful wood, high ceilings with very cool lighting and bathroom amenities. This hotel is one of my favorites for sure!

A very nice boutique hotel in a good location in the middle of Zermatt between the Sunnega and Matterhorn lifts and a very short walk to the bus stop for the green line ski bus to both stations. Rooms were clean and modern with a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel pick up and drop off at the railway station was most useful and they helped with our luggage. Service was very good and the small little details in the room to welcome guests were much appreciated. In the basement, each room had a dedicated ski locker with dryer for boots and gloves. The hotel provided packets of tissue and sunblock/lip balm in the locker which came in handy. There was a nice spa with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and salt room. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of items. We were very happy staying at the Bellerive during our stay in Zermatt and would most definitely stay again.

I booked a panorama deluxe room. Well-desinged room, good room lay-out, very comfort mattress, high quality of bedding, guest-oriented design and setting, guest-oriented service, always warm welcome, kind conversation, sharing good info about Zermatt area, very fresh and delicious food, very good voew to Matterhorn from room balcony. And very fast response to guest's demand and need. My wife caught a cold and felt cold in the room. The hotel provided a Dyson portable heater immediately. Hotel Bellerive is a 3-star hotel, but I think this hotel is the same hotel as a 4-star. My daughter and son-in-law plan to travel to Switzerland in the near future, and I strongly recommended them to stay at this hotel. Hotel Bellerive gave my wife and me fantastic memories, and we will come back to this hotel if we need to travel to Matterhorn again.

The sheets were so luxurious!!! Couldn’t wait to get into bed every night! The room was great and we had an awesome view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was delicious and had many more options than usual and you could even get fresh cooked eggs. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Great location - close to the Main Street but if by a block so it was quiet and mellow. Such a great stay!

The staff at the Bellerive are amazing! The rooms were modern and well-equipped, and the spa was a cool setup. We enjoyed the nightly fire in lobby after we wrapped up every evening. The breakfast was great, as was the service. The hotel is less than a minutes walk to the best Matterhorn view in town. We easily walked to everything Zermatt had to offer, but the place is away from the busy main street of Zermatt.

Our group raved about the place and I can't recall a complaint.

We've travelled extensively and Hotel Bellerive stands out as one of our favourites so far. Staff are excellent, the location and view is hard to beat. The rooms are stylish and very comfortable. One of the best bathrooms we've ever had. Couldn't recommend the place enough. We travelled with a young baby and even the attention to detail with toys in the room was noted.

The Hotel itself was alright, staff very friendly and helpful. The lady whom cleaned our room even made a heart shaped bedsheet, which was kinda cute.

The breakfast could use a little improvement for the price charged. Onde of the ladies seemed upset all the time we asked her for something Lol. I know it can get busy but everyone else was very friendly at all times.

All the staff were very friendly except for 1 senior lady. But we couldn't care less cause the rest is really helpful and always puts up a smile. Service is tiptop. Location is great. Our room view is pretty good.

Telephone in the room is not working therefore we need to go down whenever we have questions or requests. Toilet bowl in the room got chocked and water refused to flush off on our second day. So had to use their lobby's toilet to do our business.

The attention to detail made us feel very special. Our room was perfect and they even provided a bed and food/water for our small dog. The breakfast was amazing and the staff remembered our coffee orders and our preferences. Our room was cleaned the moment we stepped out.

Amazing little hotel in the heart of Zermatt. Very central located. You can walk to any place from this hotel. Free shuttle service from the train station to the Hotel. The spa was amazing. Charming fireplace in the hotel. Free snacks for hotel guests Staff was very friendly.
