Clean, comfortable, and stunning views of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the spa is a major bonus, especially after a long day on the slopes. The breakfasts were great and offered a good variety of bread, cheeses, meats and other breakfast foods to enjoy. There is also a ski room to store your boots and skis, and the ski shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, making this a super convenient location for anyone coming to Zermatt to ski. Cafes, shopping, and restaurants all within just a few minutes’ walking distance. I will definitely be returning to stay here in the future.

I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in one of the northern twin rooms (301) which was located on the 3rd floor and very quiet with the windows closed and had a great view of various mountains down the valley. It also had a balcony/chairs. The room was spacious with lots of room for our winter clothes and very comfortable. It had a kettle to make tea/coffee and the TV had several channels in English for bad-weather days.The bathroom was well laid-out and spotless clean. The wellness area was great to relax at the end of a cold day and consisted of two saunas, a steam room and several lounger beds to relax along with a supply of towels. The continental buffet breakfast had a good choice plus delicious scrambled eggs and was open until 10hr. There is also a ski-room but we didn’t use it as we were not ski-ing this time. The hotel is in a perfect location and just a 10-minute walk from the train station and right next to the lovely Church. The restaurants/bars/shops are right on your doorstep. There is a ski bus-stop next to the hotel otherwise the other ski lifts/trains are just a few minutes walk away.

What a pity this lovely hotel was let down by the rude, unwelcoming blond lady who checked-us in. Her abrupt and unfriendly manner is not the way you expect to be received after a long journey. She seriously needs to go on a customer service training course. Fortunately, all the other staff we came across were lovely. There is a CHF 10 charge per person to use the hotel taxi service (a few years ago it used to be free !) There is a CHF 15 charge to hire a bathrobe to go down to the wellness area for the duration of your stay (a few years ago it used to be free !).

Staff were lovely. Room was big enough clean and well appointed for 2 adults and one child. Fantastic view of the town river and matterhorn. Room cleaned daily and kindly. Breakfast grand. Ski boot Room excellent with easy access to bus for the lifts. Did not use the other facilities.

Room tv was a little dated.

Good location - easy to walk with luggage from train station. The room was comfortable with an amazing Matterhorn view. The staff were very very helpful and efficient. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Very good breakfast.

I was expecting less but this property really surprised me, everything was great: the breakfast, the rooms looked really recently renovated with nice finishings and a roomy bathroom, the spa was a nice touch and unexpected for a 3-star hotel, and last but not least: the soundproofing of the rooms is awesome! This property is located super central, you can see the Matterhorn from just 5 meters to the right on the square, but noise was really not a problem for me thanks to the good isolation. This property was great value for money given that everything in the area is so expensive.

The breakfast didn’t have any plant based alternatives but this is a minor thing.

Location is perfect: close to center of Zermatt and especially just in front of the ski shuttle stop: from the ski-room, after 20m you can get into the bus !!! The B&B is very nice, clean and managed by very kind people. The breakfast is excellent, with good mix of salty and sweat food. The SPA area is also very nice, well organized, quiet and clean. The room is spacious and comfortable: what my wife loved more was the fantastic view of Matterhorn from the window.

The price is high, considering a B&B even if in a perfect location.

Very clean and spacious room. There's a big terrace where we can walk out to see the views and have our meals. Mr Junior was very patient when we first checked in. The bathtub is very big. Nice breakfast and good partial view of the Matterhorn. Location is good as both red and green ebus stops are nearby.

There are flies hovering in the room which was quite annoying. No slippers were provided.
