Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Thumbs up to the housekeeping staff in keeping the rooms neat and tidy and make it a very comfortable accommodation for me and my family. The shared kitchen is very well equipped with utensils, cutleries and a dishwasher as well. Excellent facilities.

15min walk uphill to reach the hotel is quite a challenge with 4 heavy luggages! It wld be ideal for the property to provide free taxi pickup from the train station to make it more attractive for travellers to pick the hotel for their stay.

The staff here were wonderful. So kind and helpful, particularly as my luggage was delayed. The front desk attendant was able to call the courier and ensure it would be delivered to the hotel (when the airline said it had already been delivered!). Very nice breakfast also. Recommend adding it, as it allows one to immediately hit the slopes after.

The only thing that was not ideal is that the location makes it a little bit of a schlep to get to the ebus with skis. The e-bus green line is sort of close but the red line’s stop was closed for some reason. It might have been me but I never was able to locate the alternative red stop.

Isabelle at the reception was very friendly and welcoming had excellent knowledge of the area and activities. Breakfast is very good with lots of option Location is quite not far from the station - about 10mins. If you take a taxi, might seem far as the driver has to go round the town taking a diff. route. Adonis is about 5 mins walk to the gondola to Klein Matterhorn. Room was nice with comfortable beds, clean, and lovely view of the matterhorn on a clear day.

They say Zermatt is car free, it is actually not, you have got to be careful of little truck taxis going around in town. There was no kettle in the room.

I enjoyed my whole experience of staying at Andonis Hotel Zermatt for 4 nights. I felt very welcome when I arrived & was greeted by Isabella. Dan was also great to chat with & nothing was a problem for either of them. They were quick to give me advise to any questions & also had maps ready to go which was extremely helpful. Breakfast every morning was very enjoyable with a great choice & the staff in there very obliging & quickly knew what I liked. :) Lynette Alderson from Australia

The pillows were so soft, it felt like sleeling in the clouds. The cleanliness - absolutely spotless. The breakfast buffet contains almost everything one might crave, and the hotel is equipped with a self-service kitchen and a vending machine available at all times. The hotel garden offers a nice place to sit and rest, and, if your windows are facing it, there's a good chance you'll get to watch some squirrels or foxes in their natural habitat (or the fluffy neighbourhood cat who tends to come by).

The dryer and the washing machine, as well as the vending machine accept cash only (Swiss francs).

They were nice enough to let us check in early since the room was ready. There was a lift to help with our luggage. It was very nice to have laundry available. There is only one washer and dryer so you may have to wait to start your load and it only takes coins. Room and bed were comfortable. Decent space in the bathroom as well. It was nice to have a balcony to sit out on. There is also a guest kitchen where you could use the fridge and microwave which was helpful.

A but of an uphill walk from the train station if you have luggage. You could take a taxi if you wish. The walk back to train station much easier.

I really loved my stay at this hotel. The place is nice and charming! Small, but cozy room made in wooden style that really fits the village environment and the winter atmosphere. The personal is very polite and always ready to help. Every day they placed a new large bottle of mineral water in the room. The breakfast was also very rich and tasty. They also have sauna, laundry (self-service), kitchenette and place to hold ski equipment. The hotel is not far from the center and also from elevators to mountains. Overall, this is a very great place!

It was challenging to find lodging for our family of 4 with 2 adult children. This room was perfect for us with 4 twin sized beds. We had a lovely balcony, a private bathroom, and space for each of us.

We had heavy luggage and had to carry it up a couple of small flights of stairs since our room was on the top floor and the lift only went to the floor below ours. It wasn't a huge deal but it is something worth mentioning. It is also quite a distance from the train station and we weren't sure how to navigate getting a taxi so we ended up walking and hauling our luggage over lots of cobblestoned streets and up hills. It seems every place in town had their own small transport vehicle for travelers from the train station so I'm sure it is an option but it wasn't mentioned in the booking so we didn't utilize it.

A friendly greeting upon arrival. The host went through all of the necessary information and provided WiFi instructions. The lobby is dated but clean and functional. The room was very clean, a good size, lots of room for storage and everything worked. I appreciated the USB ports by the night table. The flooring appears to have been updated recently. The bed & bedding were good, I slept well. The bathroom has been updated at some point. It looked almost like a new renovation. Clean, functional and plenty of hot water. Overall a nice spot to lay your head for a few days.

It's a bit of a hike from the train station and the main street. Nothing too onerous as everything is within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Place is close to one of the lifts. Could not do late check-out but they have luggage room and also some sort of 'public shower' so could use shower before departure. Ski room spacious, fitness room with basic equipment. Pretty quiet, warm enough. Bed was comfortable, extra pillows and stuff.

Place is way far from the train station so you either call them to pick you up or use taxi if you have heavy baggage. Breakfast could have better variety
