The location itself isn't wonderful, but it allows you to get everywhere quite easily, either walking for like 40 minutes or taking public transport. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Nice breakfast (mostly Taiwanese style). Most of the staff doesn't speak English, but they are nice and find a way to communicate.

Breakfast gets repetitive if you stay for a few days. Some decent juice would've been appreciated. The bathroom is only comfortable for short people (and even they might slip in the shower).

The property is a great value. Room lighting is very warm. I greatly appreciate that they make an effort to keep smoking to a minimum and do a great job cleaning the rooms to get rid of the smell for when people don't follow the rules and smoke anyways.

minor thing but it would be nice if there were a small ramp to the elevator instead of the two steps so it's easier to carry heavy luggage. Outdoor luggage ramp seems a bit run down so it would be nice if this were fixed.

We had good stay here and what a surprise is that we can see flights passing over the Taiwan typical rooftops from our windows and we love it! :-)

Just suggestion and no complain and defense!! :-) We know that most of guests are Taiwanese and Japanese. Taiwanese breakfast is good and delicious (my friend is Taiwanese) and if there are more choices more than just toasts and musli for Europeans guests, that would be besser and appreciate.

Our room was very quiet. Chinese breakfast extensive, continental part limited. Coffee machine with bean grinder. During cold wave there was heating everywhere. Large and firm comfortable bed. Fairly spacious room with hall. Comfortabel showering is possible in the bath. Drinking water in a bottle every day, filling with filtered water is possible. Friendly!

The stairs and gutter at the main entrance were difficult to access. Disabled access was blocked by a parked vehicle. Short stairs near the elevator require attention. Pieces of eggshell in the egg dish.

Selected this hotel for 4 nights stay recently for our group of 11 pax. I loved the comfortable clean bed provided. Thanks to the house keeping staff for the daily room clean up complete with change of bath & floor towels, dustbin emptied and drinking water replenish too. Our team enjoyed the daily great breakfast and the elderly F&B staff was very attentive to our needs. Front desk staff were all friendly and helpful too. Hotel lobby, dining area, lift and toilet are very clean. Centralize location for us to travel by taxi easily. Safe to walk around the neighborhood. Thanks to all staff of this hotel for these great services rendered to us!!!!

It would be great if the hotel management can look into providing at least 1 extension wire and 2 pillows per bed in every room. I am sure the guest will appreciate it.

The staff were very helpful and understanding. The bed was huge and comfortable and the hotel is just around the corner from 24hr convenience stores and bus stops/train stations. We basically just slept in the room, ate the hotel buffet breakfast and showered in the room which was good value for money, then spent the days exploring gorgeous Taipei.

There's stairs at the property before you get to the lift to access your room, which after a long day of exploring the city, were very difficult to walk up. When we checked in we only got 1 room key, so we asked for a 2nd and they provided one for free but it didn't work and we had to go back to reception late at night to get it to work again but the lovely staff were happy to help fix the key quickly.

Location. It only costs 125 NT$ to get here by bus (#1840) from the TPE airport, the walk from the bus stop to the hotel is about 5 minutes. You can also get to the TPE airport from the bus stop across the street for the same cost.

Outlets. The hotel room only have two outlets (one is in the bathroom). Bring your own extension core if you need more outlets to power or charge your gears. The bed mattress is hard and there is only one extra pillow, I think the hotel should offer two extra pillows for the two beds room.

Very good localization. Nearby you have plenty of convenience stores, small park, 10 minutes walk to two different metro stations. Staff was very kind and helpful, room was big and cozy.

Breakfast every day was very similar, you could clearly notice they are aiming for asian clients. As European guy I haven't had much to choose from. The AC turns of instantly when you leave the room, so you are always coming back to kinda hot and humid room.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, it had a window which we could open and it is not so common in Taipei. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice and not so distant from the metro station.

The check in time, they are so unflexible in the 3:00 pm check in. Well in so many hotels around Asia it is a very inconvenient new policy. The price was a little expensive for the room.

This is not a luxury hotel. The hotel is good value for money. The location is about 500-600 meters from the Metro station and 300 meters from bus stops. It is quite convenient to travel around Taipei. The room is relatively large, comfortable bed, a small working table and cabinet for clothing. The breakfast is good and the coffee of the breakfast is good, from bean to cup coffee, not instant coffee.

The hotel should improve the wifi, a bit slow during the evening time.
