The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was more than adequate (quite large for just 2 people!), and the restaurant menu featured a variety of tasty meals. Concierges Paul and Patrick deserve special recognition for their willingness to go above and beyond with any request or inquiry. The room featured a large full kitchen (without cookware) and bedrooms separate from the bathrooms. Very large living room with abundant furniture and T.V.

We did notice some wear and/or decay in flooring areas, as well as some trim. This did not cause inconvenience during our stays. Although not in "downtown" Arusha, and on a busy road with plenty of daytime activity, the neighborhood gets quiet after hours.

Amenities were very nice small pool but was enough because normally on a few people in it just to cool off so perfect

The noise one night from the back street. Was a Wednesday night but sounded like a night club? Otherwise, it was very nice and good location . Gym was very outdated as well

We thought this was a great property - the family rooms are spacious and we had a great time. We had a large group and all accommodations were great.

The only thing I don’t like about the property is the noise next door at the bar/club on Fri/sat nights. This is on the side of the hotel with the family sized rooms and is just not conducive to sleep when the building is vibrating from the sound system next door.

Overall our stay in the hotel was really great. The breakfast has a lot of options, personal is always there to help. The swimming pool is also there to enjoy the sun, and in the evening nearby are a lot of pubs

Rooms, hallways and generally hotel was so clean and neat. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, they made out stay more easier.

I like the hotel overall but menu can be more variable.

There is no lift at the hotel so is difficult to climb 2 floors to get the room. Into the room the bed is also upstairs and very noisy Really difficult for old people

we had the very spacious and comfortable Presidential suite. our son had his own room and bathroom.

our bathroom was very crowded, with the sink very close to the shower. it was hard for two people to share. The decorative pillows snd blanket looked dirty

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. I asked for two soft poached eggs and got rock hard fried eggs. And, they served them with a smile, which I took to mean, "they don't have a clue."
