The property was had amazing views, modern, perfect finishes. I particularly loved that there were no carpets; it was clean and just gorgeous. I loved the murals, the food, but what stood out for me was the staff. The service was absolutely incredible. I wish I could rate them 11 out of 10. The staff at this place are always ready to help, from the frontline staff, to the restaurant staff, the cleaners, management, right down to the security guard outside. I would like to make a special mention to Prince, Evelyn, Sharon went above and beyond their call of duty to make us comfortable. Also Hadson, Rodgers, the chef (Sharon I believe) and her guys (sadly did not get their names). Also briefly met Vivian who went out of her way to help out, had a great chat. Honestly, it was just incredible, they made sure I had all I needed, even services not offered by the hotel I received, absolutely loved our drivers too, also organised by Prince and Evelyn, I will end it here

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sanna Boutique Hotel, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. ✅ Perfect Location – The hotel is situated at a very good location, making it convenient to access the main attractions and also enjoy the local surroundings. ✅ Spacious Rooms – The rooms are not just comfortable but also very spacious, giving a homely and relaxed feeling after a long day of travel. ✅ Caring & Courteous Staff – What truly sets this hotel apart is the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. From the very beginning, I felt well taken care of. • Miss Diana and Miss Nima at the reception went above and beyond to take care of all my needs with a smile. • Mr. Cuthbert deserves a special thanks for looking after my breakfast requirements in a very thoughtful manner, especially since I am vegetarian. 🌸 The hospitality here is genuine, and it really makes a difference when you are away from home. Overall, I highly recommend Sanna Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting the area. Spacious room with great view over Arusha

Very slow breakfast, we had to reorder several times because something was always missing. They focused on content creation for social media but forgot to serve the current guests properly. I waited one hour for a simple avocado toast. We booked also a couple massage for Valentinsday as they had a special offer on Social Media. The massage was good but we did not get the advertised special (drink after massage). Whereas the room is great, it seems like the hotel still struggles with keeping up their service promises on social media. It might be the case that the hotel/ restaurant is still new and tries to find the right service level.

I had a fantastic experience at Sanna Boutique Hotel during my recent stay in Arusha. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, especially important for a lone traveler. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh options, and the on-site restaurant served some lovely meals in the evenings as well. The location is also very convenient, close to key parts of town but tucked away enough to feel private and secure. A real bonus was the access to the on-site gym. The gym is well-equipped for a boutique hotel and perfect for a quick workout. The level of care and hospitality is brilliant. The team goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Arusha, whether for business like me, safari, or just passing through. I’ll definitely be back!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to accommodate any requests. The rooms were spacious, with large, comfortable beds and all the essentials provided. Breakfast was included and freshly prepared on the spot, which I personally find much better than a buffet. The fresh fruit and juices were a real treat! Thank you for the excellent service.

The only area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi in the rooms. The internet connection was not very reliable, which was a bit inconvenient as I was traveling for work and had online meetings. There is, however, a workspace available on the 10th floor where the internet works well, but it would be great if the coverage was strong throughout the entire property.

Such lovely, professional and friendly staff. This was a last minute booking. We arrived late at around 9pm due to flight cancellations . From the minute we arrived everything was great. Brilliant receptionists , staff and manager, lovely decor. The rooms are massive. Comfortable beds, fantastic shower. Nice roof top bar. Decent food available. We loved this place. We’ve stayed in numerous 5 star hotels but the service and comfort in this place was just as good.

Maybe the items on the menu in the restaurant should be labelled e.g contains gluten, milk etc to prevent people with allergies getting sick or worse.

My family and I stayed here after we finished a safari in Tanzania. This hotel is set in a very good location for Arusha. There is a cafe downstairs and an ATM nearby. The gym on the premises was state of the art. My whole family was able to get a good workout in and the equipment was top notch. My wife and I also received massages during our stay which were tremendous and good priced for western standards. There was some construction going on which caused some noise in our room but the rooms were comfy, large and with nice amenities. A great hotel in Arusha!

The staff were amazing from the second I stepped out of the taxi the security man was so friendly and helpful and kind and welcoming and all of the staff were incredible. Prince, the manager, is an electric hard-working generous fountain of knowledge. I would not have made it to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro without his advice, guidance, encouragement, and inspiration as well as the help of many other of the wonderful staff. The room was so beautiful and spacious. It is rare to find a hotel with such an extensive fully well equipped gym just like one of the best gyms in the world. The restaurant on the top floor has beautiful views and ambience and the food comes in generous proportions and is delicious and the staff are so lovely. The cafe downstairs also has great options and delicious smoothies for after a gym workout. The location is central and close to banks and restaurants and other amenities. It was so good that I went there again and would love to go again

recently stayed at Sanaa Hotel during a quick business trip to Arusha, and it turned out to be a solid choice. The hotel is conveniently located near my meeting venue, making it a hassle-free stay. One of the highlights was the stunning views from the terrace—truly a great spot to unwind after a long day. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, which is always a plus, and I appreciated the peace and quiet, especially being on the 13th floor. Service was decent, nothing extraordinary but efficient enough for a smooth stay. Overall, a comfortable experience, and I’d consider staying here again for future visits.
