Spacious room with great view over Arusha

Very slow breakfast, we had to reorder several times because something was always missing. They focused on content creation for social media but forgot to serve the current guests properly. I waited one hour for a simple avocado toast. We booked also a couple massage for Valentinsday as they had a special offer on Social Media. The massage was good but we did not get the advertised special (drink after massage). Whereas the room is great, it seems like the hotel still struggles with keeping up their service promises on social media. It might be the case that the hotel/ restaurant is still new and tries to find the right service level.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to accommodate any requests. The rooms were spacious, with large, comfortable beds and all the essentials provided. Breakfast was included and freshly prepared on the spot, which I personally find much better than a buffet. The fresh fruit and juices were a real treat! Thank you for the excellent service.

The only area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi in the rooms. The internet connection was not very reliable, which was a bit inconvenient as I was traveling for work and had online meetings. There is, however, a workspace available on the 10th floor where the internet works well, but it would be great if the coverage was strong throughout the entire property.

I wish I could give this Hotel 11 out of 10. I have stayed in many hotels and this tops the list. The staff were amazing from the second I stepped out of the taxi the security man was so friendly and helpful and kind and welcoming and all of the staff were incredible. Prince, the manager, is an electric hard-working generous fountain of knowledge. I would not have made it to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro without his advice, guidance, encouragement, and inspiration as well as the help of many other of the wonderful staff. The room was so beautiful and spacious. It is rare to find a hotel with such an extensive fully well equipped gym just like one of the best gyms in the world. The restaurant on the top floor has beautiful views and ambience and the food comes in generous proportions and is delicious and the staff are so lovely. The cafe downstairs also has great options and delicious smoothies for after a gym workout. The location is central and close to banks and restaurants and other amenities. It was so good that I went there again and would love to go again

recently stayed at Sanaa Hotel during a quick business trip to Arusha, and it turned out to be a solid choice. The hotel is conveniently located near my meeting venue, making it a hassle-free stay. One of the highlights was the stunning views from the terrace—truly a great spot to unwind after a long day. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, which is always a plus, and I appreciated the peace and quiet, especially being on the 13th floor. Service was decent, nothing extraordinary but efficient enough for a smooth stay. Overall, a comfortable experience, and I’d consider staying here again for future visits.

The staff gave us a welcome drink that was delicious. It was our honeymoon but we mentioned until we arrived and once we mention they gave us a better room. The room was quite big, impecable and we could see the city from our room and Mt Meru. The breaks fast it’s included, it is not a buffet but they have a menu and it was incredible and fast. Since our flight was a couple hours after the checkout we asked for a late check out and it wasn’t a problem for them, so it was a big favor for us.

The hotel restaurant is a bit slow in terms of cooking the dishes but I saw the same in other restaurants in Tanzania so maybe it is common to wait more than in my country

We were staying in a twin room. It was very spacious and the bathroom was huge too. The hotel has a terrace on the 14th floor with terrific views of the Meru mountain. Still, the main value of the hotel are the people working in it, they are just great. Really helpful and attentive. We could arrange a later checkout without problems. The cafe downstairs is lovely and they have good coffee too.

Could be good to have a fridge in the room. Also, mattresses are kind of weird, too hard and stiff. Also, it is very strange that there's no deemed lighting by the bed for reading. Not even the small lamp. Oh, and the sockets are hidden and located in very inconvenient places. I need my phone charging by my bedside and not by the tv set. Light management is also quite outdated, you either have a full light in every corner, or everything goes off. Diversity in lighting could significantly improve the overall impression of the room. Food in the restaurant was ok, however too huge portions and I usually hate leaving so much waste after eating. E.g. one portion of crispy fish and mashed potatoes could easily feed three people, so please consider this while ordering.

Lovely hotel overlooking Mount Meru. Room was modern, spacious, and well equipped with all essentials. The staff throughout the hotel were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The included breakfasts at the rooftop resturant was good. I will recommend having dinner there as well. They make fresh homemade pasta from scratch and tasty burgers. The gym at this hotel is one of the best gym I been to in Arusha. Amazing facilities, top equipment and great environment. I will highly recommend trying a session with Abu Quintine that works there. He is a knowledgeable instructor that offers sessions within fitness and martial arts. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Arusha. Will be back to this place soon!

I am thoroughly surprised by this hotel. We booked it based in all the good reviews but it exceeded our expectations. We booked the cheapest twin room and was offered a huge queen room instead. Had the best massage in Tanzania by Neema at the spa and enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the rooftop restaurant. It also has an actual gym fully equipped with all the machines I can think of that takes membership but hotel guest can use for free. Breakfast is also made to order and make sure to try the apple jam which looks freshly made and tasted so good. The location feels very safe with a whole bunch of travel related office downstairs and a nice cafe on the first floor. This is our last night before flying out but wish we could have stayed longer.

The Sanna Boutique Hotel is located very central in Arusha with several restaurants reachable by foot. The Gym is a 10/10 Gym with all necessary Equipment and high quality machines (similar to a premium gym in europe but a little bit smaller) aswell as Heavy Dumbbells (up to 50Kg) and enough weight plates. It also has an underground parking garage included. The staff was very nice and our stay was comforting. The room is very big and includes all essentials and even a smart TV. The view from the rooftop is great! We had only breakfast included but it was very good. Also it was possible to get it on the go. We highly recommend this hotel if you are starting your trips to the national parks in Arusha and search for a nice, comforting place to stay. Shoutout to the very friendly Security Gabriel!

Nothing really to complain. The parking garage is a little bit too small for safari cars and you have to be very careful. Also the arrows on the ground are confusing as you can reach the top of the garage very easily if you drive the wrong way.
