the location is absolutely out of this world and we really enjoyed that it is a secluded private beach between mountains to where the general public doesnt get. The boat to get there was always available although u had to wait in advance to secure ur place on case too many guests needed it at the same time. We used the monkey trail one day to walk towards the public beach and village which by the way is full of superb bars cafes and shops, took 10 mins to walk and was super worth it! The hotel had very good breakfast buffet, restaurants on the premises also amazing. The views from our villa were the best ever!

Some of the staff didnt speak english and took a minute to communicate, but all were very friendly and helpful!!! The Boat that takes u to and from the hotel was sometimes full and hence our luggage arrived separately much later than we wanted but all in all it was ok. I would may just add that the rooms are a bit outdated and need renovations, thats all

I enjoyed the pool, scenery, and the beach!

I didn't like the monkey trail. It was very steep and not very safe. I almost slipped a few times. You should think about an easier route to Ao Nang, perhaps a bridge over the water. The food was decent but very overpriced. The blinds in the room were annoying. One set was broken, so we did not get a restful sleep. The humidity in the room was terrible. The glass doors kept fogging up. Maybe invest in single humidifiers for each room.

The pool, the staff, food

The room could be cleaner. It sometimes just looked the the beds were made and nothing else was done

Stunning back drop location , quiet , nice beach away from the noise of aonang , good gym and free activities. Good breakfast, nice pool and loungers

Everything is getting worn out and a large update maintenance schedule is required around the whole hotel , , I would imagine the hotel is at least 20 years + old . Had a bad open sewer smell on the left side walk upto our room . One day was quite unpleasant.Everywhere you look things are worn and broken . This did not spoil our stay as the gardens and surrounding are breath taking .

The View and Location.

- There was only one shuttle boat from the resort the tier. And it operates only on certain timings. You have to book in advance. And lot of times it's fully booked by large groups so you miss your chance and get stuck at the resort. It desperately needs another boat considering the location. - Rooms are getting old and they need more renovation. Check if Hot water is working before unpacking cuz our wasn't working. - it better to eat in Ao Nnag or krabi rather than the resort because it offers a basic menu and waay too overpriced.

Wonderful location surrounded by the Rocky cliffs. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset at the beach. Wild lovely nature animals like monkeys and little birds come down to the beach or the villas.

Room facility and amenities, no indoor slippers and toothbrush, the automatic indoor lock was not working

Staff friendliness and service, overall well-maintained facilities, the gym (excellent), SPA, etc.

Transportation from the airport took too long, unnecessary, the driver went back and forth to do their own business, more than one hour to reach the pier. The return trip to the airport took half the time, perfectly OK.

The property is heavenly and the service is good. We loved the vibe and the place

The location can be inconvenient since its an isolated island. The jacuzzi dint work for us for hours and no one was available to help. We had to call for hours. The food can have more variety.

Fantastic location, stunning views out across the sea. Really attentive staff. All you could want is on site...canoes, stand up paddling, pool, restaurants, spa etc. really really great place

A bit difficult to get in to town, the monkey trail is doable but you get very sweaty. The resort is also very spread out so to get from our room to the beach/pool/breakfast it was a sweaty 5 min walk, with lots of stairs.

It’s a beautifully situated property with traditional Asian style, which is quite rare these days. The room was very spacious, with a wonderful L-shaped balcony with a little whirlpool and a chaise-long. Partial view of the sunset and beach. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful.

The shuttle boats to Ao Nang could have been more frequent and embarkation/landing more conveniently located in the village. Towels were taken away by the cleaning staff and not replaced- even though we had not placed the towels on the floor for replacement. They did not replace the toilet rolls.
