It's a really nice place to stay in Ton Sai. First of all it's cheapest in the whole Ton Sai and Railay. Secondly it's far away from all the noise and crowds in Railay. I see comments people are complaining about ants in the room and monkeys making noise running on the roofs. People, you are in the middle of the JUNGLE! It's nature! If you want sterile environment go back to your asphalted city. That's simple. They have nice pool frequently visited by monkey and it's amazing! They even have a taxi service to get you to the beach if you have big bags. Every day they give you a free bottle of water per person.

The only downside is they never cleaned our room ( we stayed for 5 days) But later we learned that you need to ask the staff to clean . Keep that in mind. People in reception don't smile and look tired ( understandable, they are working) . Before complaining about that too, try to put yourself in their shoes.

We spent here two amazing weeks. Hotel staff was great, very polite and helpfull. Thank you for making our holidays so special. Every morning and evening group of adorable Langur monkeys visit resort and making you feel like in a proper jungle. It's amazing and in Thailand there's not many oportunities to see them in such a natural way. Tonsai and Dream Valley Resort will put you in a dream, will kick you out of reality. That was our best moments in Thailand and propably in our lives. Thank you so much.

The place is amazing, it feels like you are living in the jungle. Good spot for those, who like to be close to the nature. If you don't mind tropical birds and monkeys jumping on your roof :D Very nice pool. Good breakfast, plenty of what to choose from.

The bungalows could be renovated at some point... There are little openings under the door, around the windows, where ants would come. In one of the houses the hole was so big, that a lizard came into the bathroom.

The place is stunning! The bungalow was simple but had everything you need, bed and pillows comfortables with mosquito nets in the windows and a nice balcony. The garden is amazing, full of birds chirping and some dusky langur were coming every now and then to grab some fruits from the trees. The pool was superb, nice temperature, big, and with an awesome surrouding of the rainforest.

A bit pricey compared to local places even though it’s reasonable considering what it offers. The lack of electricity during day made the logistic a little tricky.

The swimming pool 💙 The nature around and inside the resort, you could see and hear the birds. The room was quite spacious, nice chairs outside near the door. They give you a ride to the beach after stay. Good wifi and really nice breakfast, they cook you eggs on the spot and there's also plenty of choices.

When I first opened my bathroom door, inside there was a lizard, that then escaped through the ceiling 😄 it means in the ceiling there was a hole that big 😄 but it's Tonsai and I think for this place it's kind of normal 😆 monkeys jumping on your roof, some ants here and there, but... I guess all places in Tonsai are like that :)

The pool! <3 it's big and with a nice surroundings. The nature around the bungalows is nice. You can see so many animals running or flying around. Receptionists were helpful. It was quite and calm during the day and the night.

The bungalows are a bit old and need some restoration. They are not completely hermetic, we had ants almost in every room, and one room even had a lizard in it :D but it's Tonsai and we didn't expect anything other :D From March 1st the breakfast was not so good, it lost variation, you had to order rice or pasta, but everyday they were the same. I suppose it was because the high season had ended.

I absolutely loved the decor, the location and the fact it was like a paradise, very secluded. There is Railay beach within slight walk (hike) and it’s a place worth visiting for sure. You’ll see monkeys everywhere but you are not allowed to feed them, there’s a fine for this.

It would have been nice to have a kettle there. I had a tall bungalow and at times I could hear people upstairs but earplugs should sort it for anyone who is not too light sleeper.

Pool and gardens are the standout features of this property. I wish the staff were a little friendlier, although this has definitely improved from some of the experiences we have had at this property since covid. Golf cart ride from the boat drop off point vital if you have lots of luggage, ensure you have a way to contact reception before you depart Ao Nang.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We were able to check in earlier and use the pool straight away. They dropped us of at the Pier at our departure day. The pool area was really nice and refreshing on those hot days. There's no Power throughout the day, but you hardly notice cause you're up and about anyway and we never returned before 5pm anyway. And you're able to charge your phone at the reception. You have pool and shower towels and you get a couple bottles of water for your stay.

The mattress was unfortunately very hard and the fan in the room was so loud we weren't able to leave it on during the night. Also the water pressure in the shower was so low we couldn't wash our hair. But besides those little quirks it was good :)
