Pool was good, breakfast was OK and the staff were all lovely. Stayed 10 days and was overall relatively comfortable. We got used to the things we didn't like.

The room was much smaller and shabbier than it appeared in the pictures! Mattresses are hard and the pillows are synthetic fibre. Wifi was very sketchy in the room and kept dropping out. You'd think most hotels would prioritise decent mattresses, pillows, and WiFi to ensure guest comfort. The hotel stated there was a shower in the room, it's not actually a shower but a handheld attachment fed from the bath taps, you can't stand under it, so have to hold with one hand over the bath and the water goes everywhere! I didn't like the constant music coming from the neighbouring adjacent bar, which started early afternoon and went on until the evening. On most occasions on the balcony you could hear 2 competing soundtracks, one from the hotel bar and one from the other bar, it was not good!

Good price for Railay ! and quiet. Situated on the East side tucked away slightly up on a hill but easy to walk to everything on Railay, Beautiful bungalows and gardens, pretty and well kept. Staff very helpful and nice bar near swimming pool. Breakfast was a feast !

I couldn't just add extras to my room bill. I had to pay for breakfast every day , or bar , rather than it being just added. And the biggest downside was that they wanted you to pay in cash. I didn't always carry cash to the swimming pool so had to go back up the hill to my room. Minor but they could make payment more seamless.

Good location not for from the busy walking street with bars, restaurants and shops. 2min walk to sea front restaurants. 10/15min walk to both beaches. One beach has a lot of boats coming and going but has restaurants the other has no restaurants or boats both good for swimming. Resort pool was great a few sun beds and we didn’t have a problem getting one after breakfast. The pool loses the sun at about 2.30pm as the resort is positioned near a high limestone cliff. Breakfast was ok with plenty of choice.

Beds were a little firm, toilet was slow and shower was cold but this is Thailand and it’s what you expect it’s not the Ritz and it didn’t spoil our stay. Loads of day trippers hit the beaches everyday but is a lot quieter at night.

It was great to wake up with a view of the rock and ocean. Great morning walks with the sunshine. The pool was used all the time if we weren't at the beach. Great breakfast with fresh fruit and options to eat. The location is quiet, yet close to food, massages and the blue dock. With kids we liked being off of the main Railey Beach. Quick walk to head there for the day. We went on the Phi Phi Island Boat Tour, Rocked Climbed, Hiked the view point and over to the other beach. I wish we stayed longer.

Wifi in our room was terrible. We reset many times and still had trouble. Our room leaked on a rainy day in one spot and our room felt musty some days when we walked in. The staff always cleaned the room.

The hotel was as they described. The room was large and well equipped , AC, large room, toiletries, hair dryer, poolside. Diamond cave is located within an 8 min walk from the jetty, up a SLIGHT incline of about 100 metres, not steep. Breakfast is great, fresh omelette to order, fresh fruit, tea coffee and toast and a THai option. Pool is lovely. Staff were so helpful, making us up a breakfast as we had to leave at 0530- before breakfast opened. Read the small print, we were expecting to leave a 1000 Bart deposit , which was repaid the night before departure . This hotel is not five star, neither does it claim to be, but it is in a lovely quiet location, unlike the jetty side 5 stars and so well worth the price. We would definitely stay again should we visit Railay. The resort itself is busy with lots of day trippers visiting the beeches and views, no sun beds on the beeches, but plenty round the hotel pool. Overall, a good choice and we were not dissatisfied. Thank you staff for making this a lovely visit

Nothing, it’s within minutes of amazing local restaurants with an abundance of fresh fish and Thai foods. Nothing not to like

The accommodation was great and the swimming pool was superb! The staff were really welcoming. The place was kept clean. Air-con worked well. The bed was comfortable. The staff helped us take our luggage all the way to the hotel upon arrival and also back to the boat pier. The place had easy access to shops and restaurants. The place was relatively quiet in the evening. We love the mountain surrounding the resort. The transfer to the airport was effortless and well-organized. :)

It would be good to have options for shower access for those with late airplane travel time, wishing to stay around the island, and don't have room access to shower. There is a 300 Baht payment per hour for late check out, which I haven't seen in other properties before. Breakfast was good but difficult to eat when there are a few flies around. There's a bit of a noisy renovation next to our room. Shower head was broken but still usable.

Superbe pool and fabulous breakfast. Definitely at the quieter end of the resort. An attractive lay out of individual chalets, bedroom en-suite and balcony. However the facilities within the rooms could have been of better quality. It wouldn’t take much to add nicer lighting, better quality towel rail and toilet paper holders etc. There could have been a little more furniture and garment/coat hangers. Our clothes were le aid out on the floor.

Bathroom was a bit cheap for such a splendid looking resort.

Quiet location easy 5 minute walk to main street and alot of massage and mini marts for other missed items in luggage if needed ..staff went out of their way for anything needed

Not that I didnt like but breakfast was minimal and not alot of choice Could of been better but was 3 star standard but very cheap for what they offer and the shower head could of been a little higher than it was

The pool was great, surprisingly cool and refreshing. Lots of options at the buffet breakfast (runs 7:30-11 AM, front desk open 6 AM to 10 PM). The bungalow was basic but clean. Nice to have a tea kettle, mugs, and a fridge. Bed was the standard very firm Southeast Asian mattress. Nice little sitting area outside each bungalow. Bungalows were in the shade by mid afternoon and there was usually a breeze, both of which helped with the heat. (AC and fans in the room also helped.) Monkeys came through a couple times in the 5 days we stayed there, which was a nice bonus.

The bungalow needs lots of wall hooks to make better use of the ample space.
