Lovely spacious rooms with kettle, fridge and wifi TV. Large bathroom with plenty of hot water 😗 Room cleaned every day with fresh towels and bottled water🙂 Bedding was superb 🫠 Great laundry service 🙂 But the best thing about Topical Palm were the staff. Service with a smile and nothing was too much trouble 🫠 Nice breakfast which I enjoyed every day 🫠 Special thanks to Benz, you are a star! ❤️

Under new ownership so a few niggles. Internet was being upgraded during my stày but now all sorted. Works in the pool area so drilling for 2 days, but again all sorted. An bar facility would have been nice as none nearby. Location was a little bit out of Lamai for me as a none driver but taxis easy to get. I wanted peace and quiet away from noise and that it was I got.

Our pool access room was perfect for my family. Hotel staff were so kind and they were putting the toilet paper and water in front of the door daily, even if you hang “Do not disturb”.

Hotel staff including reception were available between 08.00 to 21.00 hrs which was kind a strange.

The pool is clean, not freezing and a good size. Staff are EXTREMELY polite and helpful, room smelled so nice every day, cleaners are top shelf staff 👌 I extended my stay because it was so lovely. Great location only a few mins ride to 7eleven and main road with lots of cafes, tesco, restaurants etc. Will definitely book again if staying in Lamai as its the best place I've stayed there and such great value for money! Thanks for having us!!

It’s a bit out of the way, but that’s what we prefer, it’s quiet. They can order you a bike for rental, which is recommended and very convenient. The staff is nice and the facilities are good. Our daughter had a medical emergency and we had to check out one day earlier, but they were kind enough to let us add our last night to a second booking for our son’s stay, thank you for that 🙏

Super friendly staff, very large clean rooms. Lovely pool. And comfortable beds.

A little out of the way and grab taxis were very expensive. Would have been nice to have a shuttle into Lamai. A bit confused what was available at the hotel - for example there is no breakfast menu so you don’t know what to order. They told me only eggs which I can’t eat but then I saw people having toast. So a bit of guess work.

Lovely little family run hotel under new and enthousiastic ownership. Good sized rooms around a pool and courtyard; mine (209) had a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. Away from the noise of downtown Lamai - scooter is highly recommended to get around. The shower has good pressure, and in the two weeks I was there I never heard noises from a neighbouring room. You can rent brand new scooters straight from the hotel. Recommended for travelers who appreciate solid value for money and who aren't looking for shiny new 5* lodgings.

The mattress is very (too) hard and uncomfortable, as were the pillows.

Safe, quiet, great location, very helpful new owners who were excited to help with everything. Beautiful palm tree view.

Mosquitos can easily get in and out but as is everywhere in Thailand.

This is the perfect stay on the island. the place is calm & beautiful, close to the center. The owner is really (realy) nice. room is big, with all the facilities you need. TV with Netflix & much more. I suggest renting a motorbike from the owner for your whole stay, so you can ride the island the easiest way, no need for a taxi. The owner even didn't ask for a deposit for the motorbike ! You have a swimming pool & bar at the loby. they also clean the room every day. I took more days in the hotel because it was so great 🙏 Highly recommended !

A beautiful, well-kept and peaceful place, surrounded by the beautiful greenery of the jungle, a 4-minute motorbike ride to the main street. The entire staff is charming and kind. Spacious and cozy rooms, perfect pool. We were in a room with access to the pool and it was excellent.

We had a great time at this accomodation. It was clean, quiet and spacious. The island is beautiful, but its tempting to stay at the pool all day, because the pool is so nice (and the iced coffee is very good). Thank you Gunther and Tobi!

We like to have breakfast at the accomodation before starting our day, and unfortunately breakfast was not available when we visited.
