Wonderland Healing Center is simply amazing! We booked it, cause nothing else in this area was free and it had good reviews, so we gave it a shout. We didn’t know what to expect and were positive surprised! The healing resort is so lovely and peaceful. We had time to disconnect with the outside world, woke up to the sound of the jungle and could relax at the amazing pool. I also tried the aerial Yoga, which was very nice and the steam bath. We I’ll definitely come back and stay longer! Also the food was very tasty and super fresh.

The only little thing: Protein resources were missing at the buffet. There are many plant based protein options (more than just tofu), which were sadly missing, so we needed to get them after our meals outside. We are athletes (and trained in nutrition)and protein can’t be missed in meals (for nobody). But that’s just a small thing. So our recommendation: adding some lentils, beans, nuts and other protein sources and the food will be perfect.

We didn't quite know what to expect before coming here, mainly because of some of the more negative reviews we read after we had already booked. We were pleasantly surprised and now have a hard time understanding some of those reviews. Any issues or questions we had regarding our room, the food, the events or anything else were happily answered by the super friendly staff. Even the manager, Boaz, is constantly on site and happy to help in any way he can. Rather than complaining about something in a review, I would advise people to simply talk about it with the staff, and I'm sure a solution will be found (or at least, that was always the case for us). The food is absolutely incredible, particularly if you are vegan since you don't have to question what you can and cannot eat. There's a nice variety of dishes, and even as a non-vegan I thoroughly enjoyed testing my way through all of them. The entire facility has been created with much attention to detail and looks very inviting. The pool area is great and offers many seating opportunities with plenty of shadow. You can borrow a bicycle for free to explore the area.

Breakfast/brunch starts at 9am, which is a bit late for us. You are in the middle of the jungle, which means that there is a lot of noise from wildlife during the night. Also, without a scooter you are basically stuck at Wonderland (which is not necessarily a bad thing, but should be mentioned). The pillows were a bit higher than we were used to - some hotels offer two kinds of pillow to choose from, which would have been nice.

Third time coming back here. Always learning something new. Yoga classes for all levels. Other amazing workshops as well. This time I want to point out, especially David’s Hatha class, breathwork with Jerome, and workshop with Kira. Alys meditation class is always a must! I’ve tried other yoga hotels, and this is the best and gives you the most bang for your bucks. Its also such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere compared to other yoga centers. You don’t have to be into yoga to be here and there are many beginners as well as intermediates.

Nothing worth mentioning

The teachers are extremely professional The food is delicious and healthy The schedule is very diverse- you wont repeat any class more than once a week. Sauna and cold plunge- i could live there! The entire atmosphere in Wonderland is something else. You would feel calm just by existing there. Met some very cool people there too. Room was spotless! I would highly recommend staying at Wonderland it youre looking for a meaningful spiritual journey- yet not too hippy.

There are two meals- one at 9:00-13:00 and another at 18:00-20:00. In between the meals there are no food (except bananas) so you need to eat outside- which is a problem for someone who doesn't plan on leaving the retreat. Plus also after 20:00 it would he nice to have some snacks :)

Wonderland is an incredible place, perfect for relax, reset and meeting fellow travellers. After you arrive, you are well taken care of, with the facility providing food, barista-made coffee throughout the day, trips to the beach or local hikes and of course numerous classes throughout the day (we had a chance to try different types of yoga, pranayama, meditation, aerial yoga etc). Also, it is necessary to say that the food is MARVELOUS (the best buffet food we've ever had, and all of it vegan). Altogether it is really a place we will be looking forward to visiting again, as the stay far exceeded our expectations.

The bathroom in our room had a surprisingly low standard compared to the rest of the complex. We would also really appreciate it if there were a few more yoga classes in the evenings. Finally, the complex is not very well protected against mosquitos, so you have to come prepared with your own products.

Beautiful setting, the rooms were spacious and bed was very comfortable. The variety of yoga, meditation talks and workshops was amazing. Loved that you could choose as many or as little of the classes that you wanted as they were included in the price. You could chill by the pool or be full on into classes .. no pressure either way.

There were alot of guests.. at least 100. I felt this affected the overall energy of the place at times. I recognise however this is necessary to be able to offer the all inclusive classes meals etc. It would also have been good to have had more of a Thai influence and culture present. e.g there were no Thai teachers. It felt quite a western experience

The place is beautiful and the facilities are great. I loved the sauna, personally I would also have come just for that. The yoga is very welcoming and is good for all levels. Workshops were amazing and the food is delicious, all in all a delightful experience

The place is isolated and hard to maneuver around so I personally had a bike and would recommend doing that as well. There were ants in our room that we learned to live coexistingly with them.

The place is excellent! It is located in nature, beautifully decorated, has amazing yoga and meditation teachers, and the food is incredible! I would go again for sure!!

Everything was amazing!! The only thing I´d add as something to improve is that occasionally, teachers will not attend, and we were not told beforehand. Also, the teacher was not substituted, so the yoga class could be done by someone else.

Everything! The room was great, comfortable bed, nice shower and the whole place was very clean. The pool was really nice with comfy pool beds in the shade where you can take a nap. The staff were really nice. The food was amazing! An all day vegan buffet with lots of fresh and cooked food. The Yoga lessons or all the other enrichment variety were excellent with super professional instructors. The atmosphere was very pleasant.

Wonderland is a lovely place to heal mind, body and soul. The yoga, meditation and other classes were just great. And to top it off, the food is incredible with lots of variety. I also really like the sauna/cold plunge area. The jungle setting and sounds are very peaceful. The rooms are big and beds comfortable.
