I've stayed at Nitchanan Villa for almost a month and I loved everything: the staff, the pool, my room, everything was perfect! You can ask for the laundry service, and they also rent scooters for a good price . The owner is really friendly and always ready to help, the position is near some grocery shops, a massage place, good coffee shops and restaurants, so you have everything at walking distance but anyway it is really peaceful and the sunset from the beach just in front of the hotel (not good for swimming but good for walks and drinking something with your feet in the sand) are really amazing! Most beautiful sunset spot on the whole island!

I'm a solo female traveller and Nitchanan was excellent in every single way! Stayed there 2 weeks, location is just perfect near all the resturants, 1 min to indigo, 3 to, gym, 5 to zen beach, all flat road. The rooms are new and clean and smell great, air conditioning works amazing, also Wifi. The pool is great, and the garden is 😍. the staff made me feel like home, so kind and helpful. They clean the rooms and the pool every single day, gardening and taking care of the place. Will defiantly come back, this is my 15 time in koh phangan and this resort is one of my top places.

Everything was perfect

It's the second time I'm coming to Koh Phangan and second time I stay at Nitchanan. I really love this place because it's clean, cosy, comfortable, the location is the best, very peaceful and quiet (between Tong Sala and Shritanu). The people who work there are doing a really great job, they make everything to keep this place clean. BIG thank you for the people who work in the garden, or clean the rooms, they are very kind and nice people. I talk with them a lot and they were all very friendly. Anytime I come to KPG I will always come to Nitchanan Villa

Nothing, all was perfect!!

The staff are a family, they clean the room daily. The rooms up stairs are spacious and nice, lots of light and a nice balcony. The place is clean, the owner can organise and rent you bikes for a good price, helped us book ferry tickets to leave. There isn’t much around but by bike it’s absolutely fine. And the restaurant JJ’s across the road sells everything, is a great price and we went there everyday. Again, I cannot thank the family who work here enough, their kindness made our stay.

The rooms downstairs had a bit of an odd smell, our friend stayed downstairs outside pool, but that was only downfall. Our room upstairs was immaculately clean, lots of cooking facilities etc.

We booked a Villa at Nitchanan for 6 nights as a family of three, travelling with our 2 year old. The room was very spacious and clean, we had no problem with ants either with there being a kitchen in the room. The location was fantastic, right on Hin King road which is close to popular restaurants such as L'alcove and Chana Masala and close to Sri Thanu for yoga etc. The place was quiet and perfect for us as it had a very comfortable king sized bed and a comfy mattress on the seating area which is where our daughter slept (surrounded by the table and extra cushions to assure she doesn't roll off). The owner and staff are all super lovely and accomidated us with extra towel, blanket and sheets for our daughter. There is a restaurant right across the road which also made it convenient for times we didn't feel like driving to eat. If you are a small family or a couple, I highly recommend the Villa rooms. We would have definitely stayed there for longer if there was availability. We requested the most romantic room which was at the back of the resort - this was a little more private.

They sprayed our room with a very strong air freshener and as we are quite sensitive tp synthetic fragrances it was personally little too strong for us. It would not stray us from booking again though.

Very large bungalow with a big bathroom. Keep in mind that it's a little old, it's not brand new so there are minor things that could be a trigger for other people, but we very much enjoyed our stay. The bed was quite good, not too hard. You can rent a scooter at the property for 200 Baht per day without having to pay a deposit. The pool is open 24/7. Our host also arranged transport for us to the peer, which is half the price the vultures at the pier charge.

An extra pillow would have been nice :)

The property is brand new and the house keepers clean daily. The room is spick and span. Not one drop of dirt or dust. Towels large and comfortable. Same with the bed. The villa is family owned and they respond quickly to messages and are very accommodating. There’s a vegan restaurant 4 minute walk away that we dined at daily. Pool exceptionally clean with a staff cleaning it every morning

We didn’t have a scooter and it was a bit difficult to get around. There are no massage parlors within walking distance. Easy scooter or taxi ride to everywhere on the island

The property itself is lovely, in a nice quiet location but near enough to local cafes and restaurants that are only a few minutes walk. A huge benefit to us was the motorcycle hire they had on site, extremely convenient for a couple wanting to get around the island in a short amount of time. The staff were amazing, very polite and always had a smile on their face. The property cleaning standard was extremely high both inside and outside. The rooms are so spacious with everything you need for a couple of nights stay. Would highly recommend!

We loved the entire hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were constantly cleaned, the room was spotless, and the atmosphere was quiet. It has a kitchen, refrigerator, and everything else. They rent motorcycles, have a laundry service, and are conveniently located. Everything was perfect. It's a pleasure to stay in hotels like this. 🔝🔝🔝
