Very good location, beautiful small property with nice and big apartment, very friendly staff and manager. Very valuable. We recommend 100 %!

Check out at 10 am, it’s not acceptable ! Without a check in at 2 pm, check out at 12 o’clock (as it goes in 90% of resorts) is absolutely feasible.

I like the facilities, nice and clean. It was a good location for me and the staff was amazing. Particularly MIN the manager, he was super kind, nice, available for anything, willing. Best manager i have met in a while. He just to such a good care of me while my stay.

I think the place need some basic maintenance. Door key was broken, MIN had to fix it. But at the end it just didn't work well, kitchen electric appliences didn't work well or the plugs were failing. The worst part was the door, I am a solo female traveler for me it is very important that I can secure the door and feel save. Although MIN try to fix it it did not work completely good. I did not like that and make me feel not safe. So I highly recommend for the owner of the place to do a basic maintenance. And it is not a cheap stay, neither a very expensive one, but for sure the door and a well working lock is basic

The location was very convenient to visit the west coast of Ko Phangan and the staff (Min) was very kind and friendly. He also helped us with renting the scooter and that was really appreciated. The room was clean, spacious with all you need. The property was very nicely maintained and the pool was nice. Even though the property is on the main road, the room was very quiet and peaceful.

The kitchen was convenient but there was no coffee maker (only kettle), but this is maybe only for the garden view room. Also the kitchen had a bad smell and was separate from the room, so there was no aircon there. The bed and pillows could be improved as they were not very comfortable. The sheets had a stain and did not smell great but I guess they were clean. We had to wait a little bit for check in so better to inform the property in advance about the exact time of arrival.

It is very peaceful and beautiful, the location was ideal as it was close to a lot of nice restaurants, cafés, markets and beaches that we visited. We felt very safe, the owner even offered us a scooter for rent (very fair price), the rooms were cleaned regularly and the staff was super friendly. All in all would only recommend!

The place is really realy nice and beautiful. It has quiet a big pool. Except for the closest 7/11 there isn't something close to by walking, But once you get your bike you're set to go everywhere. You have beaches that take only 5 minutes to drive to and the center is also couple of minutes drive. The most important thing is the staff. Min who works there was really helpful. As soon as you meet him he gives you his phone number so you can contact him directly. Min even took me to a great place to rent a bike and he even helped me to move to another place and also then - he took me there! Also he gave me some good recommendations about places to visit.

I absolutely loved this property! After travelling for a while you start to feel like you really need some common spaces and a space that is big. Aqua suites is a great apartment complex. It looks great, the pool is really nice to swim in and the common areas make it feel really spacious which is what we were looking for. Min is a gem in Koh phangan, he helped us with all sorts of things, if you need to know anything about this island, where to buy something etc he’s your guy. He’s so kind and tried to resolve everything professionally.

We had two issues. One with the electricity in the first apartment and one with the aircon on the second apartment. The problems were resolved with min and the owner and he did the right thing by deducting from the full amount paid.

Missing a trash bin in the room and options of soap / shampoo in the shower. Also maybe some pillow for the balcony’s chair

We spend a night at Aqua Suites! Min was perfect and really helpful. He was really careful with every needs that we had during our stay! Min took really good care of us. He really know how to make himself available early in the morning and late at night! The pool is really good and the room also! We also had a full kitchen !

Everything was perfect

Absolutely loved staying here. In the morning we did yoga and meditation in the garden. Perfect place if you drive a bike cause it's close to the main places and 15 min drive to Zen beach. Loved the wardrobe 😊 Plus it's quiet and peaceful. We had a kitchen in the next room just to ourselves and made slow breakfast on our terrace. It saved us a lot of money. And the staff are lovely here, responded in minutes and sorted whatever arose. Like Netflix connection problems. 100% would come back.

There was a separate kitchen which was great. I loved the situation of the property. Pool was clean and grounds were nice

My one thing would be the shower.. between the first time I stayed and the second time they had changed the shower and now the pressure is a trickle or very very little power. This is the one thing I found off putting. You could always check this when you book - it could have been just my bungalow ...
