It was a wonderful stay in Phi Phi: - the breakfast has an amazing choice, one of the best I've had so far - the pool is really nice with a lot of sitting area - you can rent a paddle board or a kayak for free for 1h, having the beach just in front of the hotel makes it very convenient - the room is spacious enough and modern, there's also some sitting area outside - the restaurant and bar serves really good food, and is reasonably priced - there was free baggage carry services from and to the port that I didn't expect! I was worried about the music from the neighbouring bar, having read the reviews, but from my hut the noise was acceptable and didn't stop me from sleeping or woke me at night (contrary to heavy rains!).

- Advice for check in - it comes with a lot of alerts "don't do this, don't do that" (about reasonable things like opening hours or towels, so idk why it's important to make the message so aggressive). It didn't give a very warm welcoming feeling... - It's a pity there's no gym - Not the hotel's fault, but good to be aware - at least in this season the water in the bay in front of the hotel was very dirty and not suitable for swimming or snorkeling (only good for kayak/paddle). One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was having a private beach, but ultimately I didn't use it - Be aware about mosquitos

The facilities are amazing, super clean, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. The room is exceptional. Everything is thought of up to the very last detail

We booked beach view bungalow. There is a bar 300 m from the property that plays music every night at the highest possible volume till 2:30 am. The hotel provides you with ear plugs, but it is not enough to stop the noise especially if you are on the beach, and it is such a shame to put so much money for holiday when you are unable to sleep

the hotel was stunning, most picturesque place i have ever stayed, the bamboo huts were gorgeous, the beds were comfy, the pool was lovely and the scenery was unbelievable, the breakfast was basic but still ate things like croissants, yogurt, fruit & waffles,

they are not joking about the noise we had ear buds in and headphones at one point and could still here the music, if your staying be prepared for a rough night sleep due to house music nearby (not the beds they were extremely comfy), you could feel the base vibrations whilst trying to go sleep, we walked to find where it was coming from and was essentially on the other end of the beach! which is ridiculous amount of coverage to our huts, apart from that most beautiful place you'll ever stay, just be prepared for the difficulty of sleeping.

Well it is one of the more luxurious ( and expensive ) resorts on the island. One of the better locations (except for one thing ...more about that later) The garden bungalow areas is 'lush" green and very pretty. The bungalows are very comfortable with nice large bathroom and balcony, but even so they are quite small in my opinion. The pool area is fantastic and the food exceptional. Breakfast is included ( not free!) in the cost of the room and is buffet style with a very large variety of dishes fruits and beverages. It was quite amazing. Staff were excellent. Okay back to the location. Im not the first or will be the last reviewer that will speak about the "noise" at night on the island. The elephant in the room (literally because it as if n elephant it in the room at night) is the fact that Phi Phi has become (even more so ) a "party island". Even if you are located like we were 1.4km from the all night (6;00- 2;30 ) beach party that includes a light show and impressive fire twirling acts. Even at this distance ( image attached) You will hear the music especially the "doof doof" bass until 2;30 am. That is why they give you ear plugs. So your choice is to stay up (and maybe even go and visit the party for a bit or put up with it till they stop. You have been warned.

Well.........having been to Phi Phi 3 or 4 times in my life (last time 2006) they crowds are have increased quite a bit. Don't get me wrong it was always busy but my god! They Ton Sai pier/harbour area is complete chaos and madness especially when the day trippers arrive in the speedboats. Pretty ugly in muy opinion.

- when it comes to how the resort looks and how it’s taken car of it’s probably one of the best accomodation on the island; - restaurant is very good, lots of options to choose from; - on premise massage is great, everyone has to try it at least one; - staff super friendly and always willing to help.

- every day there was a really bad smell from time to time that would get into the room. They said it was coming from the resort next to us, but either way it was really unpleasant. They offered to change our room, but the smell was everywhere; - even though the restaurant was good, the coffee that was available at breakfast was super bad, there was a huge difference compared to the coffee they were serving during the day and that you have to pay for; - because the cabins are made out of bambus, there is no soundproof, you can hear everything that’s happening outside or in the other cabins; - wifi is so bad that it would have been better if there was no wifi at all.

A nice resort that offers great bungalow opportunity near the beach. Pool is great. Restaurant onsite is delicious, bar tenders at the pool are so nice and attentive. The cheap massages offered is an added value. Nobody talks about the ease to walk into the busy parts of Phi Phi when the tide is low. Such a great and ease walk.

If you are reading this you have already heard about the music. It is true… it is loud, the first night we were so tired from our travels it didn’t bother us… the second night it ended well past 3 am. It was tough… however good news is there is a Pina colada waiting for you in the morning. And you are in paradise…. So suck it up lol

all the bungalows are the same, the only difference is the distance from the pool & buffet everything was great, it was the perfect resort life. the location is on the other side of the bay, which isn't very close to the town area, & only walking makes it a lot of walking from one side of the island to the other side loved staying here, would recommend, the beach isn't very pretty on this side of the bay, the water not as blue as the other side - travel in september

its pretty high priced, I didn't like that the mini bar was free only one time. it was only 3 cans of softdrink & nuts, this could have easily be replenished daily & the value of the mini bar wasn't very hight, so for the rates paid, this is an slight oversee for an expensive resort & should include a beer or 2. rooms are pretty small, but the vibe is perfect

Loved the huts, the restaurant and pool areas, the staff are welcoming and lovely. Lovely vibe and food was great, really great breakfast selection!

The huts are a little small but cosy... The rooms are noisy at night due to a fire show playing loud music across the bay late in to the night. I would recommend some sound proofing to the rooms and a proper seal around the doors to help ease the noise the ear plugs provided are useful.

The hotel has a beautiful set up, very nice pool and restaurant area and a very charming design overall. Breakfast was super complete and also it was great to have the "downtown" and access to restaurantes on a walking distance. They also provide free use for paddle boards/kayaks which were great.

Noise at night was very annoying. I understand that this is not the hotel's fault, but the music from some beach clubs makes it very difficult to sleep at night since the rooms/villas do not have a noise-proof walls. I'm also surprised that a hotel of this category does not have a gym.

Excellent hotel. Defo one of the best on island! From reception to the room to the pool/bar area everything is excellent. Staff are welcoming and always smiling. If you’re coming to the island I would recommend this as your place of stay. The rooms are all bamboo hut style buildings (with bathroom). They are comfy, air conned and well equipped. It even has a balcony area you can relax on. It’s on the edge of the mountainside at the end of town. You walk from the pier taking the harbour and then through the towns walkways (10 min tops). The hotel contacted me prior and arranged baggage collection from the pier. (They drop off too!) Breakfast is nice but the lunch and dinner menus are amazing and well priced in comparison to the mainland main hotels! (Just remember this is a party island! And music continues into the night!) no hotel escapes it! But it’s fine you can relax by the pool in the day or explore the town and even climb up to the view points which over look the island. We are definitely without a doubt wanting to come back to phi phi and stay here again in the future!

Nothing bad about this place!
