Location is good as it’s super near to BTS station. Love that it’s away from rowdy areas but easy access to BTS to get to many places. Room is big and very clean. Kitchen is well furnished and washing machine is a plus point.

Location. Spacious room. Very close to St. Louis E4 BTS. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant on 7th floor serves good a la carte dinner dishes. Breakfast is just ok.

Nothing much in the close proximity apart from very close to BTS. Water leak from shower. No Air Cond in hallways or common areas apart from the lobby. We didn't request room cleaning for the 4 nights stay. We requested a new set of towels on day 2 and 2 bottles of water only.

Good location away from the congested shopping district, which means it is easier to call for a cab.

Living room air con was leaking when it was raining at night. Didn't bother us as it was above the sink in the living room. Other than that no complains.

complimentary shuttle to siam paragon, central, embassy daily, lots of bottled water was given. shampoo was great. .

We love the space of the 2 bed apartments, this is our 2nd stay here. The apartment has everything you need (laundry with washer & dryer and hanging space, 2 bathrooms, dining area and table and lounge room), the beds are very comfortable. It is a bit older in style but the space is incredible. The location is great, right next to St Louis BTS, there is a Tops and small food centre only minutes by foot one way with Kamu, KFC a few restaurants and coffee/cafes inside. A Seven Eleven is minutes on foot the other way and various great cafes. Rooms were always cleaned well and anything we need (such as a clothes drying rack or extras blankets was efficiently brought up) The pool is a good size and always clean. All staff are very attentive. Especially Paty on front desk who was invaluable helping our family of 5 getting around to sights via Grab.

I couldn’t get a room with breakfast deal as I have previously.

Our room was huge and well laid out. The furniture was comfortable and all of the amenities were working. The bed was excellent. The staff made a great effort to service the room even though we had do not disturb on for some periods. The gym is the best I’ve ever ever seen anywhere in the world. The outdoor pool is lovely. The location is excellent within three minutes walk of the skytrain. There is a beer pub on the corner which has excellent food but is somewhat expensive - probably a separate business. The kitchen is good for perhaps cooking basic stuff. The washer/dryer worked well.

The pillows were slightly too thick.

The hotel looked a lot better than it did in the pictures. Room was very clean. The location was excellent, few mins walk to the BTS/ Skytrain and about 15 mins walk to Convent road which is a street food haven. Also within 5 mins walk from the hotel there is several excellent street food areas if that's your thing. The hotel Gym is amazing, so much great quality equipment. Also this hotel is only about 8 mins walk from the local Crossfit box. Also great location from the center of Bangkok and the river which is great if you want to be out and about a lot. Breakfast was good, though didn't eat anything else in the hotel. Plus the washing machine in the room helped no end during out week long stay. Nice point to add, there is always a lift on the ground floor waiting for you, small detail but nice all the same :)

Entering the room we booked was out of this world. The photos don't do it justice especially with how spacious and clean it was with all the amenities provided. The bathtub and shower area were a perfect getaway especially after a looong hard day of exploring the city, and its location practically around 5 minutes from the exiting the train at BTS St Louis to the front door, its definitely heaven sent. Well worth the price paid and a definite comeback customer from now on. 5 Stars throughout

The in-room washing machine provided could have better instructions as it was clearly pre-programmed and was limited with what could be done. Other than that, the perfect hotel for a getaway holiday.

Great room size and nice pool area. The gym is state of the art (but opening hours are a bit of a joke). All in all a very nice hotel with very little improvements to make it perfect (e.g. more choices for breakfast, and reasonable opening hours for the gym). The spa was really great too!

Choices at breakfast are very limited vs other Ascott hotels (e.g. Embassy just down the road). It really felt like a huge downgrade to switch. Gym opens at 08am and closes at 9pm sharp (so business guests cannot use it before and after the working day).

It was a very spacious apartment. Old but well maintained. Nice views of Mahanakhon, BTS and the neighborhood from windows. Washing machine was a plus. Huge gym. Great location in Sathorn/Silom area, with a BTS stop nearby and walking distance to many places. Courteous staff, at the reception and doormen. Got good rates, so was value for money.

I previously stayed at their new Ascott property , Ascott Embassy Sathorn. Felt like a downgrade moving in to the older Ascott. However, having stayed 3-4 nights, it felt comfortable and don't have any complaints. I think the decor could be modernized for first impressions.
