The rooms are big. There is a water heater and fridge on the ground floor. The staff were somewhat helpful. I explained that I needed a room upgrade, and they gave me one at a little extra cost. The standard rooms are nice because there are soaps, towels and an aircon there.
The cheaper rooms or saver rooms have only a fan. They are much too warm. I spent one night in them and could barely sleep, so I upgraded rooms. The price is not that cheap for the saver room. If there is no aircon and only a fan for cooling, the room should be much cheaper. Location is alright for food. There are a few good restaurants, but it isn't really close to the metro, so it's not easy to get around from there. I'd stay again if it was a bit cheaper. I don't like how the rooms are advertised. It's deceiving, and I was angry when I had no aircon.

The room was simple but clean. It included a desk with chair, which was handy for my needs. I stayed in a single room but it was spacious enough for a morning yoga session. The bed was firm, comfy to sleep on. And I loved the location, near Koasan but in a very quiet side street, with locals selling food and drinks. I stayed in the ground floor, I worried it'll be noisy but not at all.
I didn't lack anything. There's no breakfast possibility, but there's so much food available in the area, that I'm not sure it's necessary. I'd stay here again. It's easily accessible by local bus from the airport (S1).

The room upgrade is definitely worth it. For 100 baht per night I got a much bigger bed which was much softer, significantly bigger room, furniture for my luggage, etc. The location is excellent because it is on a quiet alley way but also close to most of the major attractions. Dont be put off by the google street view; the rubble has now been turned into a lovely courtyard garden with lush greenery and a koi pond. Pro tip: take the hop on hop off sightseeing river boat from the Phra Arthit pier (about a ten minute walk). It’s 150 baht for all day and it’s much nicer than dealing with traffic. Chom, the front desk clerk, was so kind and lovely and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.
The drain for the shower was slow but all in all not a big deal. The shower was hot ☺️

Very good location near to everything, 7-11 just 5 min walking. Khao san road 10 min walking, but the area of the hotel is located in a very quiet road. The room and the hotel was super clean. The rooms are spacious with balcony and light. There is a shared fridge in the reception that you can use to keep cool your drinks and food. I've stayed in many hotels in Bangkok this is one of the cheapest and good quality for private clean room with private bathroom. I definitely recommend it.
Just veeeeery hard mattress at the bed. Also the reception staff working until 5 pm. After is self check in you get the key room from in front of the reception but there is anyone to help with your baggage. Is 4 floors hotel, with no elevator. So if you arrive late and you have a very heavy baggage make sure that better you get a room just at the 1st floor. But i definitely recommend bonita house.

Very quiet location. Within easy walking distance to Khao San Road if that's your thing and the river.. Plenty of eating places nearby, Seven 11, onward travel booking information, street food also. The accommodation is basic but clean throughout. Very inexpensive. Drinks, tea and coffee available in the reception . No kettles or fridges in the room which is not an issue. Yes, the bed is hard but it's Thai. Small balcony was a bonus and air conditioning also. 4 floor accommodation but no lift so if overly unfit then it's not a good idea unless you can be guaranteed a lower level. Staff fantastic with great communication skills. I would definitely recommend this accommodation on my experience having stayed for two nights on arrival to Bangkok.
Nothing to dislike.

Truly reccommend it. I felt lucky for being in this place for 3 weeks. so quiet, so easy. such a comfortable position. Chom will try her best to help you when in need. Also the young cleaner guy and the hoolahoop girl are so nice and lovely people. I really enjoyed this place who felt like home. (this is not the place for people who needs lot of services like gym and similar, anyway)
everything was fine, i reccommend it!

I like Bonita a lot as it's everything you want in a hotel and perhaps a bit more. Of course this is all subjective and depends on the individual and what is important to me may not be to them. All in all, a nice homey atmosphere.
Not the fault of Bonita but the motor bike traffic on the narrow Soi made walking a chore at times. Of course that's pretty much all of Bangkok.

A small hotel tucked away so well my Grab driver had to ask but such a good location. Close to all attractions Khaosan Road, Phra Sumen Fort, Grand Palace, Wat Pho and the river including Rama VII Bridge and the ferry. Staff are perfect* (* if that exists).
There were no individual fridges in room though a communal fridge, which was very well run, but always full. Hard to stock up but 7/11 was only a few hundred m away.

It was my second time that I stayed in bonita house. For the price the place is excellent, super clean and near to everything. As you can read in some comments about the construction noise, I have to say that the construction area finished and became an amazing oasis, which is a very beautiful patio to chill, with small waterfall with dishes, and lots of plants!!
Hard mattress.

Cheap and cheerful. Very basic but located nicely to be able to walk to most of the tourist attractions.
Bed mattress was like a slab of concrete and without air con, the fan is pointless, the room temp was unbearable especially at night.
