Location is good, walking distance a lot of places like massage and 7 eleven. Quite central, but also situated at a quiet area and not directly in front of a busy street. Property had two buildings: one with the basic rooms and one with the newer upgraded rooms. We stayed at the newer rooms and it is worth the extra spend. First reason being there is an elevator instead of stairs in the first building. Rooms are bigger, had better washrooms (shower area is separated instead of just in the middle of the washroom). They also have a bidet which is always a plus. There was enough space to move around and open luggages at the same time. They had laundry and tailoring service at the property. Staff cleaned everyday and were very friendly. Breakfast was also good, they had a good breakfast area with a garden. Wifi was very stable the entire time.

A lot of mosquitoes in the area. Sometimes it got inside our room. During breakfast, they are pretty much all around you because of the garden area. Make sure to apply insect spray on you to avoid bites. Room lighting can be improved. A bit far from public transport like MRT but taxis are very cheap so we didnt mind.

The room was spacious and clean and the hotel location is really nice. The hotel is just a walking distance from Khaosan Road. Its located in an alley which is away from busy streets. We arrived early morning and the hotel staff waited for us so we can check in. They have a comfy bed, AC is working well as well as the heater. The hotel cost is really reasonable. Will surely recommend this place to stay in.

There should have a lift/elevator, our room is located in 4th floor and it's really tiring taking the stairs especially when we were out for a full day tour.

Great location, walking distance from Khaosan Rd, 7-elevens, the pier, and many more. Although close to the main touristy areas, Penpark is situated in a quiet alley so we had no issues with noise while asleep. The actual room was clean & spacious, photos 100% accurate. No foul odor coming from the bathroom, comfy beds, water pressure was great, and there were no issues with the AC, fridge, or Wi-Fi. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day; just make sure to let them know before noon. They restocked our fridge with new bottles of water each time they cleaned. The building has its own laundromat, which was very convenient, especially if you're staying in Bangkok longer than 5 days. The building also has a lift/elevator. Plenty of parking space for those who intend to rent vehicles. Staff were helpful and nice. They kindly allowed us to drop off our bags way before check-in time so that we could go about our day without lugging them around. Experienced no issues whatsoever. Would come back again. Really appreciate that for our family 2+2 was very comfortable room with 2 separate bedrooms but what was really great and not so common that we had separate bathrooms! It’s more than perfect with 2 teenagers:) Breakfast was very nice, with good choice and place for rest and eating was in very nice garden, we enjoy that. There is a lift and enough for 4-5 persons with luggage. Good location to get to Grand Palace and area, we just walk. Close to pier to take a boat. Easy also to get to Khaosan Road if you want. Nice personel and very friendly. You can leave your luggage, also we were happy to be able to check in earlier so very friendly towards the guests.

All was fine and also price is really good vs services. Nothing to complain about

My family and I loved this place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in October 2024. We are a group of 10 people who stayed for 6 days in the new part of their property. We initially rented 4 rooms and after another family member joined, we ended up getting 5 rooms and staying an extra day with them. What we enjoyed the most: 1.Rooms are very spacious 2. Shower having very good water pressure; good size toilets and showers 3. The breakfast timings - you can have breakfast till 2pm - with a big group as my family who may be up on a bit of different timings, the flexibility that we had with their breakfast schedule allowed us not to get up too early or rush; this allowed us to take our time and bond while waiting or eating breakfast in the very nice and covered area with a view of the garden 4. The location is quiet yet very near to a lot of the important attractions (temples) and restaurants and Khaosan Road 5. The very reasonable price of the rooms 6. The very very friendly and helpful staff; always with a smile, professional yet approachable 7. They have a very big space on the third floor with chairs and tables where we hang out in the evening even eating our take aways several times Thank you Penpark Place Team for the wonderful stay!

While we enjoyed their breakfast; maybe they can offer a bit more variety with the menu that comes with the room booking. They can also improve the speed of the breakfast service especially when there is a big group as most people will have a program and may not have the time to wait. Not a big issue for us as we enjoyed sitting together.

My double ensuite room was very clean and spacious with a nice garden courtyard view and i liked that it had a mini fridge with water bottles for guests and a kettle and cups in the room. There was also a lift which was a big bonus due to my heavy case. And the staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. Also there's a travel desk a few steps from the hotel reception where i was able to book my taxi to the airport for 500 Baht which was very handy and the area is reasonably close to Khao San Road area although a bit of a walk so i usually took a taxi or tuk tuk to/from the hotel. Also housekeeping is available on request and there's also a convenient parking area in front of the hotel.

I was unable to get very hot water from the shower as the water came out warm-ish but not hot and i'm not sure if its heated by solar panels or not (?) which may have perhaps been effected by the overcast weather during part of my stay.

The location is great, close to the famous night market and other attractions such as the Royal Palace and Buddhist temples. A bit far from the Siam centre but we took the metro and taxi to get there and it was easy. The terrace with breakfast was nice and breakfast was priced fairly, plus the 24-hour check-in desk is great if you need anything. The rooms in the main building are modern.

We booked an additional night at the start of our trip due to an early check-in (we arrived in the city at 1 a.m.). This room was less modern and located opposite the main building. The AC was very loud, and dust flew into the room. I suppose it's normal because Bangkok is dirty but my father in his 60s didn't like it. Then we were moved to another room for our second booking which was more modern and clean, with functioning AC. Unfortunately, this room didn't have plug sockets by the bed and no small lamps by the bed for reading. This could be improved.

Good location--very near the palaces, Khaosan Road and easy access from Icon Siam and Asiatique via Chao Praya River. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, massage shops and convenience stores nearby. Rooms are well-maintained, clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Wifi is fast. Hotel has huge parking area. It also has large grounds and has its own seating area and garden.. Reception counter is manned 24/7 so late evening check in was no issue. Overall good value for money.

Location is good and is in quite area but if you want a little noise Khoasan Rd is where all the action where Bars and Street Foods Stalls about 15 min.walk.

In Term of TV my only complaint there was no English Channel even though the say press English only will take you in French Channel but is not big deal without it for me after a long day outdoor I like to turn the TV and see what's going on in the world I've just watch on my IPad.since no English Channel but hopefully in the future they'll add the English channel when we are there guest mostly Caucasian.

Close to pier 13 for easy access to subway via river and river transportation. 5th floor open space and garden area. comfortable beds, breakfast, staff was great.

Limit to (2) 650 ml bottles of drinking water per day. Did not trust the water dispenser for 1 bht per liter next to the laundry mat. Had to go to 7 11 to get (6) 1.75 bottles of drinking water : only 50 bht for the six pack. Breakfast did not start until 07:30. Our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was nice.
