Good location. It was easy to find on Google maps. I'm a solo female traveler and I was completely safe walking around at night. The room was super clean. The AC was cold (although I prefer windows open). Lots of great restaurants nearby. I could easily walk to the tourist sights. I was usually lazy and took a Grab scooter home for around 40 baht. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to complain about the hotel itself. There are not many public transport connections in this area. The fastest cheap option would be a bolt motor taxi. Bus 15 is nearby, but you will possibly wait an hour for it as the schedule on google maps is inaccurate.

I arrived at night and wasn’t sure I liked the location as the cab took me through loads of back streets, but once inside it was spotless and staff very nice, welcoming and helpful. The front desk is manned 24/7. Great showers, although I found the floor tiles a bit slippy when wet so I put towel on floor. As I got to know the area I found your close to Khao San Rd (which I didn’t actually visit) and if you walk to the main Samsen Rd there is a lovely coffee/breakfast bar called Murmur bar. Again very friendly staff. Across the road there is a vibrant restaurant/bar area.

You need to rely on tuk tuk or grab as your a bit away from BTS or M. However I would recommend using BTS skyline train from airport to Phaya Thai BTS then a cab from there to U-Need is less than THB200. BTS super cheap and staff at ticket office very helpful. We used this on our return. Travelling to U-need from airport by Grab took 50 min. We actually stored our cases at BTS Phaya Thai and travelled about another 6 stops to visit Chatachuk mkt which was amazing.

The place is located very central and in a nice and calm neighbourhood just 10min walk from Khao San road. The place is very convenient, clean and peaceful. Saw Khu and Saw Lar are very kind and caring, helpful and reliable. They helped me a lot. I felt that I live with a local family during my stay at this place. I definitely recommend this Place. Thank you very much dear saw Khu for all your care and kindness.

The room was crystal clean and I felt very safe here, which made my stay comfortable. The location is also very convenient, being close to Khao San Road. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, but it’s still cozy. One thing to keep in mind is that the birds around can get quite loud in the morning, which woke me up a few times. In Thailand, you need to take off your shoes everywhere, which might feel a bit odd at first for Europeans. While it can be a little annoying, I ended up loving it—it really allowed me to experience Thailand to the fullest.

Very nice staff. The accommodation was in a very quiet area but close to Khao San Road (for places to eat) and the pier for the tourist boat (for sightseeing). Very comfortable good sized room, very clean and bright. Nice shower and good air conditioning. There was a kettle for making coffee in the morning, and they also served free coffee in reception in the morning. The wifi was good. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Bangkok. Top tip for dinner: Much better than Khao San Road for dinner, cross straight across the main road at the crossing and go down the road opposite. There are lots of much hicer restaurants there. It is a pity I only found it on the last night.

It was very good experience to stay at the property. The taxi driver easily reached the property using google maps. The room was clean and nice. The bed linen were neat and clean. bathroom was good. View of city from window was good. The location is very good, still the property is a bit out of center of action so ambience is quiet and relaxing. you have to walk for 5 to 10 minutes to get to restaurants and street food vendors or grocery shops. The famous Khaosan road and lot of action and nightlife attractions are also at walking distance, like 20 minutes. Complementary coffee and tea are available in forenoon hours at reception (ground floor).

There is no elevator and climbing stairs several times a day could be difficult for aged travelers. It was inconvenient to get to reception from 2nd floor for coffee or tea. One has to leave his shoes or slippers at the entrance and walk in bare foot or in socks through out the property and in the room. Am not saying its bad but its better if the visitors know it before hand.

The guesthouse was excellent. The staff and manager were excellent, extremely supportive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and free of insects. The ambiance was quiet and the entire hotel/hostel was managed very well.

The rooms were small and may not be comfortable enough for people with bigger families. But since it was just me and my spouse, we were able to fit comfortably.

Very helpful and genuinely friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, close to the river and old town landmarks, clean room and hallways, comfortable bed, good a/c, mini fridge, bottled water, luggage storage, shower available after checkout, ...

Nothing to complain about - the room is rather small and simple but well organized, and there's no elevator but the staff is ready to help if needed :)

Amazing place in Bangkok for a few days. We really enjoyed our stay here with a super clean and spacious room.
