I'm going to cut to the chase. There were cockroaches - but hold on! The staff handled it better than anyone would expect. At 6am, while my wife was suffering with tonsillitis, we saw this cockroach and I formed the overnight staff. By the time we'd finished breakfast, the management got in touch with us, told us not to enter while they disinfected the entire room for an hour with an ozone machine. They offered us free drinks while we waited and they apologised profusely. They were great to speak to the whole time. Now, the room itself was relatively clean. The location was as amazing as it was close to the old town. Laundry was relatively cheap, it cost us about 100thb for 3 weeks of clothes to get washed and dried within a few minutes. The bathroom was well equipped and the bed was free of bed bugs (we have a UV torch to check this). The WiFi was very good around the entire hotel too.

The views from the hotel were not great but it was fine. Sometimes one of the staff members comes across as careless, I think it's just a matter of lack of customer service training to be honest.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful even from the first check-in. There is also a friendly security guard posted infront of the property at all times. The area itself was walkable to tourist markets and lots of food options but it was just far enough that it would be placed in a quiet area. Bedding was comfortable, a bidet in the bathroom -- which was a plus! Overall highly recommended place!

The space in the room itself was JUST sufficient. It was a budget-friendly hotel so we could not expect much but it was enough to move around in. We did not walk because the road to this location was small and we did not feel so safe walking on such road. But it was easy to use E-Hailing services for this location. But quite far from the airport and city centre.

After hours of searching of options on where to stay in Bangkok. I made a great decision and very happy with my decision. Really lovely four days to start my solo trip in Thailand. The staff and breakfast were amazing. The location is really amazing as it’s walking distance from some big attraction. I’m working remotely & traveling so I was able to work in my room. 7’11 is an easy 3 min walk away. I arrived at 8 am in the morning so I was able to leave my bags behind the desk. Highly recommend to everyone.

It’s a really nice hotel. It doesn’t look big from the outside but it’s on 4 floors (and it has an elevator!) The lobby and the little terrace where you could have breakfast are cozy The rooms are not big, but they are very clean and the bed is comfortable It’s 10min walking from Khan San Road but still it’s a very quiet area If you walk 1min to the Main Street many bolts/grabs pass by to go into the city center The staff is helpful and there is a security guard every night all night

The breakfast is not buffet, you have to choose from a menu so it’s not really allergy-friendly I’m lactose intolerant (and I informed the hotel prior to my arrival) and still I had to take my lactase pills every morning There was nothing without milk or butter Anyway overall it was a really nice stay

it felt very safe and staff were very welcoming and friendly. it had a safe so we could leave our valuables when going out into the city. breakfast had a lot of options and was very tasty and cheap. overall, very good value for money. would recommend to anyone :)

location is great as very near to khao san road, however as three young girls walking to the hotel in the dark we didn’t feel very safe as it’s down a dark side road. also, in the amenities it says there’s an airport shuttle/ taxi option that they can provide and this wasn’t so. when i emailed to find out about it, i didn’t get a reply.

The hotel is ideally located for public transport by boat (but not the metro) and the main attractions are easily accessible within 15-20 minutes. It is located in a quiet street, but there are shops and restaurants within a short walk (Khao San Road is also quite close) and there are also nice sights nearby. The breakfast is excellent (including coffee!) and there is a large menu to choose from. We also received a breakfast box when we had to leave early (but coffee was not yet available). The family room was quite small for 3 people but well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean, towels and toiletries were also available.

The hotel provides a private transfer between the airports and the airport. While you can find better Grab prices during the day (about 450bt tolls), we also chose the hotel option when we had to leave very early (larger car 600bt for 3 people and 3 luggage). Unfortunately, the driver seemed to be under the influence of a substance, and we were really scared by his driving style :( The hotel should check their drivers better because they can cause serious trouble too!

Our group have an amazing stay at Let’s Zzz Bangkok! The rooms were spotless, with clean bedding that had no unpleasant smell, making for a very comfortable night’s sleep. The hotel also provides washing machines and dryers for guests, which is incredibly convenient for longer stays. The night duty front counter staff, who seems like the boss, was exceptionally polite and accommodating. The housekeeping team was also very polite and did an excellent job. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to Khao San Road, perfect for enjoying the vibrant nightlife, and not far from Wat Phra Kaew for daytime sightseeing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok! A group of family and friends.

If you're planning to go to Khao San Road and nearby areas, Let's Zzz is situated in the best place, with access to all types of transport only a few minutes away from cab. The staff are very friendly and speaks English well so don't be afraid to ask them for recommendations or advice. The facilities are where value for money comes in, they have safety lockers, baggage storage, airport shuttle and breakfast options (latter 3 are charged separately). We first went to Bangkok and then was flying to other areas of Thailand, so we found the baggage storage option very convenient. There are several street vendors right in front of Zzz, but keep in mind they might not be there at night.

We ran short of cash towards the end, so we asked whether we could get the cash we paid them back if we pay by card - but they refused this offer. I guess it was an extraordinary offer after all. If you're a budget traveler and is not planning on taking cabs; Zzz is situated a bit far from all major transport routes. Although the location is central, you do have to travel a bit to catch any kind of train, ferry or major bus. Everything else was excellent and I highly recommend the place.

Very clean, good location . Does not have food options, only breakfast. Very particular about money, wouldn’t add it to your bill will literally charge you at the spot for every bottle of water or whatever.

Initially our family room did not have a working Air conditioner, however when asked they got another room prepared for us but the way they hurled us and our stuff into the new room was terrible. The reason behind the rush was they wanted to clean our previous room ( without working Air conditioner) for another guests . That room was so warm, it shouldn’t have been given to any guest.

The hotel is great! Excellent location, close to Kao San Rd. but not too close which is great. The room is very comfortable with a small fridge, good bathroom, absolutely no complaints. The hotel also has other amenities that you might need: a microwave, coin washing machine, terrace for smoking downstairs... The breakfast is also very very good. And they can store your luggage at the reception for a few hours if needed.

They are quite strict about check-in and check-out times. As we were picking up our stuff, a lady came to knock on the door literally three minutes past check-out time to say that we must leave the room NOW... rude but fair I guess
