A little late for this review as i got too this hotel on the evening of 2nd feb, firstly i would like to say the reception staff were absolutley fantastic! Lovely warm cookies on arrival, Easy quick check in got to my room and i was suprised with balloons, a cake and a card by the hilton my room view was beautiful and the bed was very comfy , toiletries the shower was fantastic really lovely smells of shampoo, condtioner and bodylotion, lots of water bottles to drink, the cleaner who made our room was so lovely and nice room 1605 i think i was. breakfast was good first thing i would have to drink in the mornings is hot water with lemon and on day 2, SHA in the restaurant remembered this and the next day it was already on my table which was great Service could you let SHA know please, i used the pool the beds just fabulous great beds outside so comfy, i was only here for 3 nights on my last day our checkout time was 12 and NEIL let us checkout out 3pm because our flight was 7.15pm So THANKYOU NEIL (manager) also FILM on reception was so lovely and friendly had good chats with her on reception , kit and and pu were nice. We got more warm cookies on the last day ,overall one of the best Hiltons ive stayed at by far and that js because of the hospiltality of this hotel!! great area , had a thai massage next door aswel best one ive ever had, Me and my neice will be back we came from England Manchester

I stayed in this hotel as a part of my work from Qatar. The check-in was smooth and they even gave us a complimentary cookie as well. Access to the rooms needs an electronic key and the rooms were apt enough with a mini bar and complimentary water. I had ordered for room service and it was prompt and the food was delicious. This hotel has a restaurant in the ground floor and also other restaurants in other floor as well. The location is the best part. If we exit from the rear part, it takes you to the lobby of the Main Hilton in Sukhumvit and the alley that has the Skyview Hotel which is all on Sukhumvit 24. At the end of that alley is the Emporium Mall on the one side and the EmQuartier Mall on the opposite side of the road. Have 24/7 shops near as well as good massage parlors. Overall the stay was very good. Breakfast was included in the booking and it is served in the ground floor restaurant - was multi-cuisine in nature.

The access to the rooms needed an electronic key and the lifts were very small, old fashioned with no air circulation and felt congested. Breakfast looked multi cuisine but then the meat options had pork in it mostly eventhough the food was enjoyable.

The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Everything is perfect, it was rainy week and they provided umbrella. Easy access, you can use Doubletree and Hilton entrance/exit.

They did not refill our shampoo, conditioner and body wash. sigh. Thought it’s common sense, we stayed for 3 nights but we only got 1 bottle each on the first day we arrived hmmm.

Overall my experience was great. Clean, cozy and comfortable stay.

I didn't like that no one informed me about deposit of 5000 bahts upon checking in. They took all of my cash in USD that was even more than 5000 bahts. I had to figure out how to get cash somewhere else. So if you are planning to exchange money after arriving, not a good plan.

The breakfast was good,but location was far from train station.

It was a bit expensive.

Located very well in the heart of Sukhumvit. Very easy access to the sky train. Taxis are easily available wherever you want to go. Located next to Hilton which is a better hotel and you can use their facilities as well. Very good place to stay with a family.

The room smelled after the housekeeping was done with cleaning. So had to ask them to spray properly after they were done. Ordered room service once, the food was below par and very pricey.

Location, friendliness of staff and comfortable rooms. The location is right near Emporium and a stone through from Emquartier, which are both great shopping malls in the area. It is also close to the BTS station, good massage places like Asia Herb, food places (both street, cafe and fancy places). The Hilton is also behind the hotel and the restaurant grill there is great! Bed was comfortable and and clean.

The traffic on the street can be crippling if your want to get anywhere by a grab but this can be anywhere on the the same street or along Sukhumvit. The rooms were also a little tired, and our bathroom had drain bugs.

Clean, safe, shortcut to Hilton (which also meant closer to Phrom Phong BTS station) and not forgetting the close proximity to Rung Reung Noodle shop and also Ebisu Shoten Japanese Restaurant (for a late night fix) :)

Presence of sleazy, dodgy massage parlours in the vicinity of the hotel. Take the shortcut from Hilton to avoid having to walk through those massage parlours. No form of disturbance experienced per se, just a personal disinclination.

it’s convenient location with different food choices around

The smoking area floor. Hope it can fully convert to a non-smoking hotel. even staying on 11 i can smell cigarettes from the smoking level

Helpful staff and very comfortable rooms.

Room was a bit dark and the bathroom mirror is not in front of the sink which makes shaving difficult. An extendable shaving mirror attached to the wall would be very useful. USB points beside the bed would be great for phone charging too.
