It’s across the street (or bridge) to Terminal 21, a shopping complex with an amazing selection of cheap food, as well as the BTS line so that I can get anywhere. My room was very large and can very comfortably fit four, so it was quite excessive as a solo traveler. Shower Water pressure is amazing. WiFi is okay.

Some services that I assume would be complimentary were not. For example, towel exchange is 100BHT if you needed more than one change per night. On the bright side, it’s written and pretty transparent so it never felt sneaky; just odd. Other nitpicks: The lights flicker every time you turn off the shower. Getting a Grab in afternoon/evening traffic can be hairy as there’s no dedicated spot or ramp for this place. They give out coupons to dining and breakfast downstairs, but it feels like a distraction from their main selling point which is their location~ WiFi requires a sign in but drops sometimes, requiring a re-login. The reception says that max is 3 devices.

The location was the crowning point among others. Right bang outside Asoke and Sukhumvit station where you can get off after switching from the airport rail link, so super easy to reach from the airport. Terminal 21 across the road, lots of restaurants and bars up and down the road at walking distance. Rooms and bathrooms were also great, although one of our room was windowless which I wish they’d informed us of beforehand.

Just the one room which was windowless, otherwise nothing else

Super friendly and helpful staffs. Safe, clean and good location. Pretty calm as I got the kind of room as I requested for my longer stay over 10 nights there. I also could get much more drinking water whenever I need it for free. They cleaned the room every day and fulled fill what is missing in the toilet carefully. The blackout curtains are good.

Toilet and shower, I don’t feel privacy with the unlockabel almost see through sliding door. It was difficult to get tje suitable warm water from the shower, if it wasn’t too hot, it was too cold. It would be nice if there is microwave in the room. As I came from the airport via airport rail link and the bts to the hotel, I just notice that when I almost arrived to the hotel, there is no elevator from the skywalk to the hotel. As I have a big heavvy draglaggage, it was too difficult to me to get it downstair to the hotel. Fortunately some nice and kind foreigner guy offered me a help. I would like to offer him a cup of coffee after that but he was in hurry to somewhere and just ran away when he saw that everything was ok. 😅

Perfect location, can get to both train systems in the dry. The lighting takes a bit of getting used to. The room is quite cool so any clothes washing takes ages to dry. No air con needed. The stars are the staff who are excellent in all respects. Email communication is first class. I am neutral on the weird breakfasts. You get one pick from a very good menu plus 1 small cup of tea or coffee. If you want another you have to pay for it. There is no cereal, fruit juices, bread/toast etc etc like other hotels have. A good point is that they serve breakfast until 4pm so easy to go out for the day and one of the bigger items on the breakfast menu (eg the club sandwich and chips) will do for the rest of the day, though their evening menu is good and very well cooked.

he only bad thing, and it is important, almost a deal breaker, is the wifi. Some mornings I couldn't even get the news, Facebook, sport etc. A bit better later on but still poor, especially for putting photos onto Facebook.

The hotel is located in a fantastic location since it is near to Asoke BTS station and Sukhumbit MRT station and allows for easy access to different parts of the city. The room that I was allocated was very quiet and didn't have much external noises since it was within the hotel and does not have a window. The ala carte breakfast/brunch provided was very good and the extended breakfast/brunch hours (up to 4pm) definitely allows more flexibility.

There was 1 night where the bedsheet felt a bit 'sandy'. Apart from that, it seems that they change the towels and bedsheets on a daily basis even though the used towels were hung up and I didn't place the "change bedsheet' indicator on the bed. It would probably have been better if they didn't change it so frequently as part of the water-saving efforts.

The staff were excellent - always cheerful and helpful. They make u feel so valued. (My friends were staying in other 5* hotels and the staff there choose who they smile or greet, no warmth felt despite it being 5stars.) Unlimited refill of drinking water in the room - I am so thankful - for other hotels, I always have to drop into 7-11 n lug water back before I close for the night. The location - MRT/BTS all there what more can u ask for?

my room doesn't have a window - which was not obvious when I booked it - it was not the fault of the hotel rather that of Booking.com for not pointing that out boldly and tried to sneak it past our attention.

Location was great. Convenient to trains. Room was clean and comfortable. For a busy location the room was very quiet. Staff was friendly. Good value for the location. They gave me an upgraded room. Hotel seemed very safe and secure.

Shower/bathtub is very high and was difficult to get in and out of. I'm 5'7 and it was difficult. A shorter person or someone with mobility issues would not be able to do so safely. Not a specific complaint about this hotel but with hotels I've stayed at in Southeast Asia in general: The lights and AC require the room key to be inserted in a slot for them to work. They only give you one room key. I understand hotels want to be "eco conscious" and keep energy costs down. But it means you can't leave the AC on when you go out. It not fun coming back from a long, hot day in Thailand to a hot room that then takes at least 30 minutes to cool down. Please provide a spare key.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in the middle of Bangkok. The location couldn’t have been better. It was right next to two different metro stations, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was positioned in a way that kept the room cool without blowing directly on us. We slept really well every night. The staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank-you to Slim for all his help and support, which made everything even smoother. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was also a highlight. The food was delicious, fresh, and a great way to start the day. Everything about our stay was just right, and I would confidently say it was a 10 out of 10. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was all good

- A pedestrian bridge from Asok station is directly connected to the hotel. Also, less than 3 min walk from Sukhumvit station. - Nice and kind staffs!! - Elevator facilitated. - Room size is very big even for solo traveler. - Clean at everywhere in the hotel. - Bathroom is also great. There’s a big bathtub, very happy for Japanese traveler. - Drinking water for free. Also black tea and coffee are ready in the room. - There’s a big shopping mall “Terminal 21” near the hotel. Convenient place to find foods, souvenir, books and more.

- This is not because of hotel, but it’s sometimes cars and motorcycles are noisy because the hotel is facing to a big street.

Let me start with the positives: The staff's behavior was exceptional, and I truly appreciated their attentiveness. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the train station.

Now, for the negatives: 1-The breakfast was not buffet-style, and I was limited to only one option. The design was perfect, but I would have preferred a buffet instead of receiving just a single plate of breakfast without any juice or fruits. This had a negative impact on my experience. Since I couldn't see pictures of the different breakfast choices, I selected randomly. Although it turned out to be good on the first day, I didn’t like it at all on the second day — and unfortunately, I had no other option to choose from. 2-the hot water in the shower was inconsistent. It would fluctuate between too cold and too hot, which was inconvenient.
