Non smoking with balcony room otherwize everything was great

I got a good rate but somet8mes it is expensive considering it's location. However I've stayed here a few times and the rooms are great, even the standard rooms can have good city views. Aircin,fridge, WiFi, shower all excellent.

Not a deal breaker but the shuttle bus to sukumvhit road has fixed times now, It used to be on demand as and when.

We like the facilities (everything works, electrical socket on the wall in our room 408 are good!), cleanliness of our room but also the rest of the hotel are clean and shiny, Staff are always polite. Special thanks for the breakfast Host (gentleman with glasses) in the restaurant. He recognized us every morning and served unasked automatically a bowl with olive oil for my wife and Thai dessert for us during our holiday in Bangkok. Never encountered this kind of professional behavior at other places in Thailand.

The location which is far from the BTS station Promphong, you need to walk through the polluted air during day light with the sun shining on your head.

Good location, comfy bed. Free cold drink in the lobby. Pool on the roof.

They ask for a deposit of 1000 in cash. This is not very practical, as a tourist you don't want to have money left over upon check out.

The location is great and the staff are super friendly and pollite. It was very clean and good air conditioning. The pool was closed for maintenance, but they paid for transport to another hotel pool any time. Also they provided me with a suitcase storage service for full 2 weeks free of charge!

The room without balcony - even though there is a small balcony they dont allow the door to open. The breakfast was less than I expected, although prepared professionally and served hospitably. The pool was closed for maintenance, unfortunately this was not communicated before cancellation period.

The room was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It offers great value for money. I will definitely consider staying here again if I need accommodation in central Bangkok.

I arrived quite late at night (around 9 PM) and found that the parking area was nearly full. The security guard asked for my room number and mentioned that he might need to call me to move my car later. To avoid being disturbed during the night, I requested him to move the hotel shuttle and allow me to park in that spot instead. At first the guard looked reluctant, but the staff nearby heard my request and finally moved the shuttle for me.

The place is neat and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is very good for European standards compared to other places in Thailand. Staff is friendly.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom in our second night which we didn’t see anywhere else in Thailand. It was 6AM and the staff promptly came to remove it so that was nice. The location is not good for tourists in my opinion, this area is more of a business district, there aren’t a many Thai restaurants around, it’s a more international place so I wouldn’t stay in this area again as a tourist. But aside that, it’s very central in this business district, the poor choice of location was more on my side.

Well located, you can walk to the shopping centre and main road nearby. It was a fairly spacious room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room did the job. The security guard at the small carpark was a helpful at getting our bags from And into a taxi.

The view wasn’t as good as I thought it would be from the balcony. The front of the hotel faces the street which is quite nosey but that didn’t bother me, it might bother some guests however. The sofa was a little bit dirty but this at didn’t bother me as I didn’t use it. The swimming pool was out of order during my stay which was disappointing. Overall this hotel does the job fine.

It was my second time staying in this hotel. I enjoyed it even more than the first time! I didn't like the location of the first room they offered (facing a noisy part of the neighbourhood) and the reception staff kindly assisted with providing a room that was very quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the lounging area with kitchenette, sofa and big TV was perfect to relax in the early morning and evenings. I also have to add that the smell of the cleaning product they use for the floors is sooo good - you feel it in your room and as you walk on the corridors of the hotel, very nice.

Not a huge thing, but a few years ago they used to include Thai pandan custard as a spread available in the breakfast buffet. This time, it seems they don't use it anymore. I would recommend to bring it back, it was so delicious to spread on bread or croissants. Just a personal preference, but I am sure many local Thai guests will enjoy that too ;) Thank you again for a fantastic stay.
