Staff are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. Good language skills, particularly in reception. Breakfast service was enjoyable with it being presented in a neat little box. Normally I stay in hotels with more facilities, such as room service, but I was not disappointed here.

The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the roo and bathroom size(I’m a fairly big guy) but that did not detract from the enjoyment of the stay overall

The location is great and is near to other places in the city. We rent a car so, transportation was not that much of an issue. The place is gorgeous after walking down stairs to the main lobby, it was like a totally different place from the main entrance. Lovely layout and very modern. The staffs (check-in, cafe, porters and guards) were super nice and helpful. There are three breakfast options for you to choose and you can refill the dish you like, but I didn't refill as the portion was quite generous and I was so full. The room is amazing, there is a natural light coming in which I loved so much (thumbs up to the design). Definitely thinking to revisit whenever I come to Chiangmai.

The parking space was a bit too narrowed and almost right in front of other houses. There are probably 4 spaces with roof on top and I guess you could double park around the area as well, fortunately that most of the travellers didn't park the car that much so we had a space to park overnight. I believe improving the parking spaces would make this place even more outstanding. And another thing, there were a blackouts a couple of times which I believed it was due to the over usage of electricity in the particular area during Loy Krathong Festival, and the staffs did apologize for the inconvenience. But overall, loved the stay!

Beautiful little hotel, would definitely return. Room was a good size and the breakfast was great. Great location to walk into Chiang Mai town, but far enough away from the noise to get a good rest. The staff were always smiling and very welcoming.

The bed was a little firm for my liking and the pillows weren’t great, but that’s just nit-picking.

K Maison Lanna team provided exceptional service, from Front Desk: Khun Pailin and night lady (sorry I didn't get her name) to the bell-hops and security guys. Beautifully minimalist designed hotel with a lovely garden is in a quiet and safe area. Easy close walk to great food (Woo cafe serves delish Khao Soi!) and Spa (Rarin Jindha spa!), amongst others. I was pleasantly surprised to have Breakfast well-presented in a lovely wooden picnic box! Egg benny was my favourite. Great espresso too. In-room Air purifier kept my allergies away!

Pillows too soft for me, I would have appreciated firmer pillow option. A vegetarian breakfast option would make a nice additional breakfast option too. Swimming pool located right next to the cafe where guests gather is too noisy for a relaxing swim.

It’s a homely vibe, the breakfast was very good, delivered to your room at your chosen time every morning. It’s a small boutique hotel but very cute.

I arrived in the evening, after checking in asked for my bedding to be changed as it wasn’t clean. The night receptionist was unapologetic and a little rude. Wasn’t the best welcome, it’s was a disappointing start to my stay.

I like the breakfast area - facing the pool and shady. The breakfast is beyond expectation (try the Lanna one!) and overall the hotel's aesthetics is very pleasant. I don't mind that the location is not central because it means quiet nights / good sleep.

The room is too small for two. I think it would make a great choice for solo traveler but for two it's a bit too tight.

Amazing staff and service. A bit of a remote location (20-30 min walk from old city and across the river) but it just so happened to be the Yi Peng lantern festival during our stay and so we were in the perfect location for it. They even provided us free loy krathong (lanterns to float down the river). The breakfast was nice; you get to choose between a thai or western menu (thai is way better in my opinion).

Lobby is beautiful but the room was not comfortable. It was more stuffy and small, unlike the pictures advertised online. Room amenities were worn and kind of cheap (frayed towels etc). Wifi was spotty.

The staff especially Yod & Pailin at reception were most welcoming & helpful for all activities & bookings . Som our waiter was most gracious & nothing was too much effort . Marvelous hospitality

No bar facility at night The carpet on the 1st floor walkway was dirty & tatty - rather remove & keep to the white tiles as in rest of hotel .

The property is slick throughout, and has a Zen futuristic feel about it. The staff are really friendly, the lounge is nice to chill in and the lanna breakfast is delicious. The bedding is very comfortable.

No night bar, coffee wasn’t great.

It was a very cute and lovely boutique hotel. I love the design from landscape and interior, to signage. The staff are very kind and helpful. The room we stayed was Lanna duplex. It was relaxing that we enjoyed the lush landscape outside the two-storey high glass when sitting or lying. The breakfast called Lanna set was delicious, healthy, and well presented.

the glass railing in the duplex feels not very safe, although it should be safe. we asked kids not to lean against it.
