This property was the most excellent find and we couldn’t ask for more. An absolute perfect stay in a lovely property, all down to the host wawa, so welcoming and helpful in sorting us excursions, homemade breakfast free of change in the morning, and tips for local restaurants, she made our stay in koh lanta very memorable and will be returning again one day. Location was great was 5 min walk from the beach, the staff were so kind and amazing, wawa made mine and my boyfriend’s anniversary so special. Pastries and watermelon were left at our door in the morning and our room was just unbelievable. So worth the money. 🥲

Location very handy for activities and beach. Quiet in bungalows. Salt-water pool very quiet area and clean, Staff very friendly and responsive. Wawa, our very sweet hostess, was a kick and generous in time and response. Her daily morning offering were always generous and tasty. I do miss the absence of a real good coffee place nearby or in the room.

The bathroom being outside the AC area took a bit of getting used to opening and closing the door all the time. Loved the shower, though. Could have been more lighting in areas. And hooks and drawers for a longer stay, but that's typical of Thailand in general.

I loved the hotel! It was very comfortable, beautiful, clean, everything I could ask for. I am very grateful to Wawa for her help when I got sick and for all. She is very kind and caring about her clients. More details: - room has kettle, fridge, tea and coffee bags, robs, shower gel and shampoo, etc - rooms and the territory are regularly cleaned - pool is big enough, it was nice to have a swim - bed is big, very comfortable - every morning they left for us some amazing snacks (yogurt with fruits; banana muffins and watermelon; sticky rice and mango) Totally recommend this place to everyone

Everything! We loved staying at this resort, it is super clean (you have to take your shoes off to go into reception and your room - which tells you a lot!) it also gets cleaned everyday too, your fridges are restocked with water, cola and snacks. The pool area is stunning, the wifi works super fast, the shower worked fantastic. It’s a very relaxing environment and the grounds are kept extremely well. The lady that runs the place, Miss Wawa, goes above and beyond and you can tell she genuinely likes her job and is a kind and caring person. She made our stay even better, she was very attentive, any time we needed her she would be there immediately. She is the star of the resort! Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone, it’s a real hidden gem!

Staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The female staff member who check us in was super welcoming upon our arrival which really made us enjoy our stay at Na Vela all the more. Although it wasn't included in our booking she even left me and my friend daily meals, which was beyond thoughtful and really warmed our hearts.

I'd say the bathroom facilities were a little dated, but this wasn't a major issue because they were functional and clean. Our flat also faced the main road which was ever so slightly noisy, but it didn't personally interrupt our sleep. Also depending on your plans for Ko Lanta, we realised upon our arrival that the location was a little north of the island even on motorbikes some of the main beaches to visit are a 40min+ drive.

Our host Wawa has to be the nicest person you could ever meet and made our stay so special. First morning she left mango sticky rice outside our door, then pasta salad the next day and then fresh fruit on our last morning. Our room was in the main building and was very spacious. Large double bedroom with lounge area plus kitchen and bathroom. Fridge was re stocked every day also. We hired a scooter on site from Wawa, no hassle and was on the road within minutes. She also told us good places to visit for sightseeing and food. The pool area is a hidden gem. The water was a perfect temperature on a hot day and the sun loungers were comfy. The gardens around the pool were well kept and the gardener was there everyday working. There is 6 bungalows along the side of the pool which looked lovely from the outside. All in all it was a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Koh Lanta

You know how you get skeptical when you see so many positive reviews? Well, dont be. This was by far the most relaxing stay during our Thailand trips. Everything is as expected. The hostess, Wawa, is a delight. Upon arrival, my girlfriend was sick from foodpoisoning so Wawa made her a tea which was the first thing she could hold down. And every morning, she brings by pastries and/or fruit. Even the minibar coca cola, water and snacks are free and refilled daily. We found the bed to be the most comfertable we've had. And the bathroom is beautiful. The gardens are kept impeccable with daily maintenance. The pools are beatiful. Everything is just right. Do book the villa if you want to be far from the noisy street.

Could the curtains next to the bed close a little better to truely keep it dark in the morning? Sure, if I was nitpicking. Does this retract from the lovely and extremely comfertable experience? Nope :) Would book again in a heartbeat.

Most memorable stay yet due to the lovely lady, she made our whole experience. So kind and thoughtful, she left different breakfasts outside our door each morning. The rooms are gorgeous spacious, clean, bathroom and outdoor private shower and the room was cleaned each day and fridge/snacks filled (no extra charge) location is great 10 mins walk from the pier, loved the pool so fresh and clean. Just so peaceful, butterflies in the gardens, staff working hard everyday keeping the grounds spotless. So impressed with this place, will recommend to my family and friends. Only downside is we found the nicer beach towards the other end of the island, about 20/30 drive, the closest beach is 15 minute walk but wasn’t our favourite apart from fire shows in the evening. Also visited lanta animal welfare 12 mins away highly recommend supporting this charity if you’re an animal lover!! We ate at Greek restaurant 15 min walk down the road, 10/10 if you’re looking for something other than Thai food! Didn’t want to leave, thank you so much xxx

Loved everything about the property

The hotel was located close to the pier so it was easy to get to the boat trips and the night food market. The outdoor pool was just big enough for a quick dip after a long day and the bungalows were super cute. Snacks and water were replenished everyday and we had a really comfortable stay! Waawaa was super super nice. Thank you for looking after us. You made this trip for us. Had a little hiccup with our airport transfer and she managed to fix the issue for us and we are so grateful!!

At first when you pull up on the road by the office it doesn’t have much curb appeal. But don’t let this put you off as when you walk through to the back it’s a little mini hidden gem. The pool area is a little tired and could do with some new sun lounger pads and parasol etc but we actually really enjoyed our stay!
