The bougie golf cart the staff can transport you around the resort is awesome - especially on arrival, after a long journey. The breakfast set up overlooking the beach is beautiful. The resort grounds are kept immaculate. The staff themselves are super friendly & helpful. We had a room with a private pool - it was amazing. We loved the family run restaurant opposite the resort as well - great food, amazing staff & cheaper than the resort restaurant! We definitely will be back next time we're on Lanta! (hot tip - if you use anything from your room minibar - grab a replacement from the local store nearby & pay nearly half the price for it!)

More sun lounges - if you don't get there first thing in the morning, other guests claim the sun lounges for the day - even if they are not using them. The coffee could have been better - but to be honest, we're coffee snobs - so don't read too much into that!

Everything. The garden cottage was perfect. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the wifi is fast, the view is peaceful, even with the other cottages around you. The staff is efficient and polite. The pool in front of the sea was never crowded ( but we were there in low season) and the sea is fun to swim in ( little bit of waves, not too shallow) Because the resort is at the northern end of the island, you have the beach pretty much for yourself ( and the other guess of the resort). Everything was clean and quite taken care of. We rented our scooter with the company in front of the reception and they delivered it to the resort. Gym is small but convenient, breakfast has everything you need. We haven't tried the restaurant except for the breakfast cause we wanted to explore what the island had to offer.

Proximity to beach - the deluxe beach front villa was wonderful

Woke up (before sunrise) to find sun beds already bagged! This simply shouldn’t be allowed - there is a hotel notice saying it’s not allowed, but it’s not reinforced

The beachfront hotel offered exceptional comfort and a stunning ocean view, surrounded by lush gardens. Our balcony included two beach chairs for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. The staff was remarkably friendly and we enjoyed the delightful breakfast. The General Manager personally engaged with guests during breakfast, fostering excellent relationships. We were grateful for the room upgrade during our extended stay, which enhanced our already wonderful experience at the hotel.

There is nothing to complaint about. It's perfect.

The hotel is localized in a very quiet area. Also, all the staff and hotel manager are super carefull with guests.

The beach, just a few steps from the hotel pool, is not very clean. Also, we could find a few jellyfish which may not be safe for swimming.

the location and the resort were superb and very clean. The beach was lovely and the range of different accommodation choices were excellent. I will look at others for my return trip ... maybe a beach side bungalow or villa. Having a gym and spa was great and the beach massages....

Not much. The only thing was if you had late check in at night like us there were no provisions for food or room service and other options out with the hotel. It would be good to have some options upon arrival as you are tired and hungry. Having said that the breakfast was amazing and the view was to die for !!!
