Bay villa staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Due to quieter time we received an upgrade to one of the more modern villas which we really enjoyed. The villa pool and space was very modern, clean and luxurious. We received a very warm welcome on arrival in taxi then at villa. The villas are set high on the hill so a service is provided to transport to lovely local Haad Salad beach that has a very charming Salad Hut restaurant and numerous other choices. Walking up the hills is challenging especially in the heat. Hire of scooters available but more confidence required to drive in this hilly area. We loved the views from our villa and quieter and lush, treed location. Food deliveries also available.

3rd bedroom downstairs with bunk bed small but master bedrooms upstairs were beautiful.

The apartment is super-comfortable and the location and view are stunning. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant/café. The pool is very nice with the view to the bay.

We were a bit surprised that there was no cleaning service to check on the apartment to clean, exchange towels and stock up stuff like soap etc.

We had the 5 bedroom villa with pool. And were with a group of friends. The Villa is huge and had a Pool billiard, a sleeping room with bathtub, 4 normal sleeping rooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen and an outstanding outdoor area with pool and the lounge area. Everything was perfectly clean. We could watch the sunset perfectly from our pool area, which was absolutely stunning. There are 3 different food deliveries to choose from. Those were ok but there is better food in Thailand elsewhere. You can call the staff to bring you up and down the hill before 18.00

Pretty minor, but: After 18.00 you need to walk up to the Villa, which is pretty steep. You should bring drinks and Snacks from 7/11. 2 of the 3 Restaurants close pretty early around 18.00.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the mornings was very good. The views from the room was excellent.

Because the rooms are up quite a steep hill you are often reliant on the staff picking you up and dropping you off at your room. This mostly worked fine, but sometimes we wouldn't get a reply when we asked. This mostly wasn't an issue, as we could walk down the hill. However when it's raining it's not ideal!

Staff were incredibly helpful with extending our stay and aiding us in transferring our luggage between villas. Room Service was prompt and always done with a smile from staff. The villas themselves were unbelievable with amazing views and if they were anywhere else in the world such as LA, Dubai etc. you would pay thousands for even a 1 night stay. Overall, I couldn't recommend Bay Villas enough and my friends and I will definitely be returning next year on our travels!

The villa is wonderful located with a breathtaking view. The bedrooms are big with nice bedrooms and the living room is very as well. The pool area is just amazing. Every night I took a moment to have a look to the view and had the lucky feeling

We had a stay for 5 nights and they didnt clean it during our stay. Also there was no vacuüm cleaner so with two little kids you can imagine the rubbish.. Further we would recommend a start/welcome package with some cleaning stuff..

They managed a shuttle to pick us from pier and dropped to villa and the villa was ready for us. A short time after, a reception guy came us to give detailed info regarding villa and neighborhood etc. Whenever we need they help us to ease our life during vacation.

Our villa was a bit out of the complex but it's ok. And the bathrooms has no curtain etc on windows which I feel uncomfortable.

We initially arrived in a small room and were not satisfied, then we moved to another villa and it was perfect, as was the service from KITI and the entire staff. Comfortable beds, an amazing villa and a stunning view. They contacted us beforehand to check on our arrival, and we had communication through a group WhatsApp the whole time.

I can’t fault the property at all beautiful house modern and the view, that’s worth the money alone, let alone the hospital provided by the staff at the property, Kenny was our main man to go to if we needed anything he can help with almost anything you need help with, just message him he will respond

I liked the room the location and the caffe was good what it offers for the price you get and very comfortable stay. The pool was always clean, the staff was always available and caring.

There’s no net in the balconies so if you want some fresh air and open the glass door bugs are always coming in.
